Shorebirds 309 est entièrement équipé et meublé pour 6 personnes. 3 chambres (king, queen et 2 lits jumeaux) vous faisant vous sentir spécial dans votre propre évasion de plage. Ce condominium récemment rénové et joliment décoré est parfait si vous êtes à la recherche d'une escapade d'un week-end rapide ou d'un "Staycation" sur la plage - sans les frais et les tracas des voyages lointains. Pajaro Dunes, situé à égale distance de Monterey et Santa Cruz est un endroit idéal offrant tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre et profiter de la famille et des amis.

Ce petit coin de paradis offre 1,5 mile de la plage la plus vierge et isolée où vous pouvez collecter des coquillages et des dollars de sable le long du chemin.

Notre maison fait partie d'une communauté fermée, vous profiterez donc d'un séjour sécurisé et paisible. One the quietest residents on the property

Location, Location, Location! Close to the Nature Center, Athletic Courts and edge of property that brings peace and serenity. Patio looks out to empty lands and view of the rip tides.

Excellent. Property was exactly as described. Access to the beach and the ocean was extremely easy. View of the beach on the balcony was beautiful. Access into Monterey was quick and easy. Our trip included a day of travel on Big Sur, Monterey Jazz fest, wine tour. Great food. Would stay again.

Lovely views, clean & spacious!

We really loved our stay - we were a tad disappointed that there was no fireplace as it was not in working order during our stay but it was to no fault of the owners and they gave us a heads up… refrigerated was not working upon arrival and while we were given a loaner it was inconvenient and cumbersome - all that being said the condo is quite spacious, well maintained and nicely appointed. the unit is on the last building so it was nice to feel like we had a bit more privacy - that being said - in this unit you are also a bit further away from the ocean and have more of a partial view even though the dunes are also very pretty.

Perfect getaway!

The kitchen was very well equipped which is always important to me. Location was excellent- away from the hustle bustle of Santa Cruz, but close enough to duck in for visit. The only minor complaint- comment, is to notify folks about the path and amount of stairs to get to unit. Not a big deal for most, but we had some hobbled folks. Did not ruin stay by any means! Will do again!

Clean and comfortable. TVs are old and not smart. The only advice I would have is to have a short instruction list for the remotes.

Love Pajaro Dunes

This was a great place to stay for some family beach time. The space had everything we needed, was clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again. The only downside was that the blinds on the door looking out to the ocean didn’t open. We called the maintenance guy and he tried to open them and couldn’t… said he couldn’t fix it until after we checked out. So we didn’t get the full view, but that’s ok. I’m sure they’re fixed by now!

Great getaway

My family of 4 had a great time. It was the perfect unit for us with plenty of room. Great views of the ocean and a short (steps) away from the beach. It was very quiet and private. We got an overcast weekend but still had a good time and took many walks. The beds were comfortable. We could hear the ocean and saw seals and dolphins from the window and deck. We went to a few restaurants that were recommended in the guest book and they were both excellent. Bring beach towels and blankets. Also, no dish towels. There are two old chairs on the deck and 1 beach chair. It would be nice to have a few more.

Perfect place by the sea

The four of us walked in and said "NICE!!" The property was clean, a great view of the ocean because it is high enough to see over the dunes and comfortable like home. Since I am the designated breakfast chef, I was excited to see the electric skillet and four slotted toaster:). We hope to return next year same time.

Beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay in 309. The views were outstanding and the home was very comfortable. We had all of the amenities we needed during our stay. Not a single complaint. Looking forward to next time.

Perfectly Pajaro!

Enjoyed a relaxing week at Pajaro Dunes with our two teenaged daughters. The condo was immaculate, well appointed, and a great space to relax and just enjoy family time. The view is beautiful, and the beach is just steps away. We especially loved our hummingbird visitors that sang to use from the tree off the deck. The area is a great jumping off spot for day trips to San Francisco, Monterey, and Santa Cruz.

Great stay in Pajaro Dunes!

My family stayed here for my daughter's 16th birthday. It fit four adults and two teens perfectly. We loved the quick walk to the beach and enjoyed watching the sunsets and walking along the beach that didn't have many people on it. We took a day trip to Monterey but spent the rest of the time at the beach. The kitchen was nice but missing some essentials such as aluminum foil, zip lock baggies, or Tupperware containers of any kind. If you plan to use the grill, be sure to get propane from the Pajaro Dunes store or bring it with you. Overall we enjoyed our stay here!

Met our needs

The property is older and unit not remodeled. But the stay is still comfortable. Quite a drive to Carmel (45 min to 1 hr). We called ahead to see if we could check in a bit early. But still not allowed until 4:00 p.m. Then they sent us to the wrong building. Was a bit frustrating. No extra blankets (that we could find), so bring your own.

Beautiful location

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beach access is amazing and the kids loved collecting sea shells and digging forts on the beach. What a peaceful weekend away. Can’t wait to book our next stay.

Wonderful Beach Trip

Our family had a great time here. Super easy check in at the front gate (don’t forget to buy some duck food.) We all had a great time at the beach, feeding the ducks at the pond, and family dinners together in the unit. Had so much fun at Pajaro Dunes we didn’t leave the resort once during our stay. Looking forward to our next trip.

This was a GREAT unit!

First off, great unit, fully stocked with cookware (we love to eat in). Lots of space. We brought our Apple TV to watch movies, there was a bluetooth radio to listen to music, beds were pretty comfortable. The Master bath was kinda tight - but the most important places where we gathered as a family were spacious and perfect!! Big table for family games. The staff was also incredibly helpful. I have to get some things emailed and scanned, so thankful for them! The dishwasher was out of order so that was a slight bummer, but I would go back there for the next trip even if I had to wash dishes. :). Thank you for our wonderful stay!!!

Walking distance to the beach!

This was our first family vacation, we have two young child (3 and 8 months) who had never been to the beach. The place was perfect! Beautiful views and the best part was that it was maybe a two minute walk to a private beach. On the first and second level decks there were doors leading right out to the beach, it took us a minute to find them. The condo was spacious and a great place for kids. I wasn’t aware until I saw it in the closet but there was a pack n play and a high chair which I would have used had I not brought mine. There was everything you needed - pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. There was salt/pepper but that was it for spices and no condiments like some places have. There is a coffee maker but you have to bring filters and beans. Overall I would highly recommend this place and hopefully we get to come back soon! It was a wonderful family trip!

10/10 LOVED Pajaro Dunes Resort

My husband, 2year old daughter and I absolutely loved our first visit to Pajaro Dunes Resort! Shorebirds 309 is a spacious, quiet, private and beautiful end-unit that was perfect for our 3 night stay. With a sleeping toddler I appreciated the carpeted, non-creaky floors and the fact that we never heard any outdoor noise from neighbors except for the frogs and ocean waves. Being steps from the ocean is so convenient and we practically had the beach to ourselves... perfect for extreme social distancing. We also loved walking the resort property around the lagoon and getting coffee or renting a basketball from the front desk office. If you’re not familiar with the area, Watsonville is NOT your typical beach town and there isn’t much to do nearby. But if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation where you’re happy to stay put... this is it. We can’t wait to go back!

Spacious floor plan, nice views

Like many others I concur that there are good ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. The layout was great with the master at one end and two guest bedrooms plus bath at the other. The living room was spacious, kitchen was small but adequate. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated. Suggest updating decor with modern lamps, comfortable chairs and dining room table &/chairs. Everything was maintained well but a few dollars spent would definitely put this as a 5 star property. This is not for anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs. There was no ice maker and no spices so bring everything. The large TV in the living room was not a smart TV so even with a blu ray disc which said you could stream from Netflix after maintenance came up we found it was only through a wired connection which was not possible. The small tv in the master was a smart TV but we had problems with the internet and maintenance had to contact the owners. Even though there was supposed to be wi fi it did not work and were forced to use an unsecure network. This would be a problem if you need to work. Again a few dollars would make these inconveniences go away. Would also suggest having a manual for instructions on how to use the TV and other general info. There were binders but they were for restaurants and the area not for the home.
