VEUILLEZ NOTER: Le Kauhale Makai est en train d’être entretenu à l’extérieur du bâtiment.
Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan Pacifique et les montagnes de West Maui à partir de ce deux (2) Condo de chambre. Cette unité dispose d'un lit queen dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon, permettant cette unité pour accueillir jusqu'à six (6) personnes. Il ya de nombreuses améliorations et de rénovations à travers le condo. The Best View Ever

This condo was perfect! It had the best view from the patio and it’s steps away from the beach!!!

Amazing stay

This property was great for us. Two couples and a baby had more than enough room. The location was fantastic so centrally located. They had everything we could need and we were able to have a pack and play delivered before we arrived. Really happy with the communication and ease.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in Maui. The Kauhale Makai complex was very nice.Unfortunately, this condo was in desperate need of repair. Living room drapes torn; bedroom drapes cruddy; Kitchen cabinet panel missing; window slat missing from guest bedroom; guest bedroom bathroom sink faucet leaking into cabinet; tv missing from master bedroom; need light bulb replaced. Not sure how this rental company could rent this unit in the current condition. They should be embarrassed & held accountable!

If we were notified of the challenges you were experiencing we could have scheduled repairs and cleaning while you were out enjoying the beauty of Maui. Since your stay the kitchen cabinet panel was replaced, guest bedroom sink fixed and lightbulbs replaced. We are also in the process of updating drapery and windows. November 2022 Stay

Living room drapes torn;Bedroom drapes cruddy;Sink faucet in guest bathroom leaks into cabinet;Kitchen cabinet panel missing; Glass slat missing in guest bedroom window; Tv missing from master bedroom;Light bulb replacement. Probably, the worst conditioned condo ever rented. You should be embarrassed renting this! Mahalo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was super clean and only a short walk across a well-kept lawn to the beach. The property has shuffleboard, golf, and horseshoe equipment available to sign out as well as a community pool and hot tub. There are also a number of gas grills available should you feel like grilling out. Kihei is perfectly located in the center of the island and makes it easy to visit either side of the island without needing to spend extra time driving across the limited island roads. Management was very responsive any time we needed to reach out. Thanks for hosting us!

Small condo but great location

Had to be in Maui for business (I know), and needed a place for a few days. This condo fit the bill, great location in central Kihei right on the water. Fantastic view of west Maui and the Ma'alea coastline. Unit is reasonably well equipped, although it is definitely showing wear and tear in some areas. Hosts were terrific to work with!

It was clean and in good operating order. Only 1 beach/pool towel provided for a 2 bedroom unit. Plus side was 2 nice beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas and several boogie boards.Master shower is VERY small and dark. Large balcony with 5 chairs was wonderful as was the view. Traffic noise from Kihei St was annoying. Overall it was quiet and management company was responsive. Again nice place overall but did not live up to the price paid.

Mother/daughter vacation

The condo was perfect size for just the two of us. Located away from most tourists but only a couple miles to all the stores and restaurants. The pool and beach were great to visit every morning. Only thing I was disappointed in was had to pay for the washer and dryer but it was a minimal cost. Beautiful view and great location.

The perfect Island Aloha getaway! The unit is clean and comfortable. Perfect Updates have been made to the rooms with fresh new linens, comfortable beds, coffee, kitchen items and a gorgeous view. The unit is quiet and easy to access- I am extremely impressed with this place. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

Central Location- Wonderfull Views- Direct Acess to Beach

Newly refurbished unit, well stocked, good central location, friendly residents and staff. We stayed with our family of five for two weeks at this lovely condo. Renting a vehicle and making a few Costco runs highly recommended. We drove short distances (10 -20 min.) to snorkel (free of charge) from popular beaches / surf / hike and site see . Lots of turtles on beach out front of condo. This is the second time we have stayed in this building. The last stay was in February and we were delighted to watch the whales breach right from the lanai. We were a bit too early for the whales this time but otherwise had a fabulous trip.

Great location and view in Kihei!

We had a great stay at this property! The views from both the living room and the master bedroom where amazing. The property was clean and well stocked and the furniture was modern and very beautiful. The only issue we had was the loud music from the house next-door. Thankfully it was good music and not rap so it was somewhat enjoyable and didn't last past 11pm. Would DEFINITELY stay here again !!

Nice view, worn out

The property is well located and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo is in major need of an overall reno. The furniture is worn out and moldy in some spots. This property needs to be completely updated.
