Maui Sunset #B-417 is a fourth floor 2 bed 2 bath unit with beautiful ocean views. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, window unit AC in both bedrooms as well as the living room, and ceiling fans throughout. In addition this unit provides complimentary wifi. Maui Sunset #B-417 has a king-sized bed and a large SmartTV in the master and includes an en suite bathroom with a tub. The second bedroom provides twin beds, and the convenient second bathroom includes a shower. The living room is equipped with a queen sofa bed and a large SmartTV. For outdoor enjoyment, Maui Sunset #B-417 supplies beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Sleeps 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Maui Sunset is a fabulous oceanfront property in Kihei that has lush tropical landscaping, large pool which is heated during the winter months, hot tub, gas grills, workout room, and tennis courts out on the beach for your use. Guests return here year after year which says a lot about this property. Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy magnificent sunsets.

Maui Holiday Family getaway

The property was a nice size for a family with two young adult children. The condo was centrally located in Kihei near shopping, restaurants and beaches. The pool area was nice and the view from the unit was beautiful.

Amazing stay!

I had an amazing experience with this booking! The location was perfect—close to the beach yet in a quiet area, which made it incredibly relaxing. Nice, updated condo

Very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place is tastefully appointed, has a beautiful view and a great pool on the property. The beach is very nice to walk on but not so much for swimming due to the abundance of coral. A/C and fans worked perfectly. The building experienced some maintenance issues during our stay (elevator and hot tub out of order), but the overall grounds are meticulously well kept.

Beautiful view

The view from the balcony is spectacular. We can see sunrise on one side and sunset on the other side. The washrooms are quite small. The ac units are loud and doesn’t have a thermostat. You manually turn it in when the room is warm and turn it off when it’s cold. The building itself is quite old. Despite that, the location is very convenient and the grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. Overall, we’re happy with our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a clean as advertised unit with a beautiful view of the water and sunsets. The check in was relatively easy. Plenty of towels and linen. The Kehei area is full of all the things you will need for your stay. Restaurants galore and a Safeway 3 minutes away. The vibe in the two buildings is excellent. The pool was cleaned daily, 8 community BBQ’s, tennis courts and meticulously kept very large lawn for croquet and any other activity you like to enjoy.

Great Stay at Maui Sunset

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are well kept. The unit was clean and the furniture was updated and in perfect condition. The views were amazing. We liked the location and were able to walk to some restaurants - our favorite being Nalu's South Shore Grill. The bathrooms and bedrooms are on the small side and don't have views but I liked that there was more living space with a slider and windows looking out towards the ocean. It would be helpful if they added some bedside tables for the bedrooms but they did have a nice dresser and closet.

Nice place

The condo was cute and had everything we needed. The buildings are really old, but the grounds are nice and we loved having a hot tub there. Just a couple minute walk down the beach you can see turtles come onto shore at sunset and go back into the water at sunrise. Very neat.

Beautiful view with great amenities

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the view and amenities more than we could have expected. While there was a minor issue with check-in (code didn’t work), it was resolved quickly and kindly when we called the reservation number. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

Everything at Maui Sunset was as advertised. Check-In was easy, and took minutes at most. The accommodations were as described and very comfortable. Everything from the pool, to the beach, to the breathtaking sunsets were special.I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Maui

The perfect spot

We've been to Kihei many times though this was our first stay at the Maui Sunset. The property is beautiful and well maintained, the condo has a great view overlooking the pool area with the ocean beyond. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Overall, a great place to stay and we will definitely return.
