The unit was ok, not great. We stayed in Las Palmas for a family reunion and visited and at least 8 other units. Key takeaways:1. It certainly feels like an investment property, not a home. They have many signs helping you remember this fact. (No smoking, instructions on what to not flush down the toilets and a list of all the fines you will be charged for not following their rules)2. The bedrooms were drab and the furnishings sparse. No dressers or chairs, just a bed. At least put in a luggage rack (you can put a cheap one in for 30) No throw pillows or other things to make the home feel comfortable. The furniture in the front room is cheap and the cushions are brick hard. Communication was slow and inadequate. During our stay, the back sliding door handle fell off (which I understand things happen) so i called amanda and left a message with no response. Then i called the other number provided. But again no response. I reached out to VRBO to contact them and nothing. Being that this is a first floor unit, we were worried about our safety with the back door not being able to be locked. The response i received the next day was âcould you send pictures?â They seemed completely indifferent. They did send a locksmith out but i never received a follow up response to ask if things were ok and resolved. On top of it all, when we arrived, the washer (not dryer) was still running. So I guess in addition to being a guest, Iâm housekeeping needing to dry and fold the laundry?!
Loved the layout of the place, it was great for what we needed it for. It was nice to have a pool right out the back door. It did appear some renovations were still being conducted since there was some unfinished tile work in the master bathroom. There were multiple games missing pieces too but nothing to stop the fun. Overall it was a great experience!
First of all, the beds are INSANELY comfortable! We slept like babies. It would have been nice to have a place to put our luggage. The only furniture in the bedrooms was the beds and a couple side tables. No dresser, chair, or even a luggage stand. We just put our suitcases on the floor, but that may not be comfortable for some guests. The wifi went out while we were trying to watch a movie. We tried to find the modem, as instructed, but it wasn't where the property instructions said it would be. No hardwire phone was available, and with no wifi, I couldn't reach the property manager and had to bother the owners. It was frustrating.Even with that debacle, the location was in a quiet part of town that looks like it's just starting to grow. St. George is small but charming.
Simple, refreshing, felt like home. We stayed here for a family reunion so we were out and about most of the time, but coming back to this condo at the end of the day, waking up at the beginning of the day, naps for the kids⊠felt like home. Clean, comfy, great spot in the complex, not crowded or load⊠just overall a wonderful, easy, relaxed, smooth, epic experience. Thank you so much Amanda!
This property was cute, comfortable, and clean. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of bedding and extra blankets and pillows. There was ice in the ice maker before we got there which was great for the hot day. It is right next to the pool (though we didnât swim) with plenty of pool towels. The couch was very comfortable. Everywhere we went was 10 minutes away which was great, even Tuacahn was only about 15-20 minutes away. I would gladly stay here again.
Very clean. Great property. Have stayed at this condo property several times but this was the first time at this condo. Will definitely be staying again. Everything was perfect. Steps away from the pool and hot tub.
This property was very pleasant, clean, and conveniently located. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Access to an outside greenspace and pool area was a real bonus
We enjoyed our short stay at this walkout condo. Clean and well supplied. The one thing I would recommend is having a chair, bench, or chest to set luggage on in bedrooms.
My mom and I stayed here for a conference. It was perfect for our own space. We each had a bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. We didnât cook so I donât know how stocked it was. But it had everything that we needed for our stay. It is ground floor which was perfect for my mom.
We had a great stay at this condo. It has a well stocked kitchen, nice tv, and is well updated and maintained. It could use a good deep cleaning (kitchen cabinets, light fixtures, floor boards, etc), but is very clean on all the basics. The bed was comfortable and it is bike riding distance to paved trails and parks. Also has a washer and dryer, which we didn't have need for this trip, but I appreciate that in a vrbo
Absolutely loved our stay! over all home was clean, quiet, and comfy with a nice modern decor. a little musty smell.
Loved access to heated pool and hot tub.
Really enjoyed my stay here with sister.
Will definitely come back and stay for next Zion trip.
Enjoyed St. George town as well.
Convenient location and lots of amenities at condo but unit dirty & not up to par.
The condo was convenient & the facility offered lots to do, but the oven was dirty so the fire alarm (only 1 of 3 so are the others working?) went off every time we used the oven. The lazy Susan was sticky and had lots of insect detritus on it. We found 6 cockroaches in the unit and as there was no table to put our suitcases on in the bedrooms, they had to stay on the floor so we are worried about bringing the cockroaches home with us. The lock on the back sliding doors was not very secure. The tiling on the bathroom floor was broken and lifting in the master ensuite and the bedroom lamp was broken. There weren't any dishcloths or sponges to clean dishes with. There wasn't a kettle, vegetable peeler, medium bowl or very many coffee mugs. Not that it was dreadful, but it was certainly the dirtiest and poorest stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in.
