La Caroline du Sud est connue comme l'état du Palmetto et vous apprécierez sans aucun doute les brises du porche de Palmetto Breeze! Ce petit bijou de maison se trouve à seulement 150 mètres du sable et, avec 5 chambres et 5, 5 salles de bain, 14 peuvent confortablement passer une semaine parfaite à la plage. Bien sûr, chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain privée, ainsi qu’une télévision et un lecteur DVD. Le bel espace de vie comprend un téléviseur grand écran et des portes qui s’ouvrent sur le porche. Une belle et spacieuse piscine, ainsi que de nombreux parkings en font un lieu de séjour confortable. La cuisine est mise à jour et a beaucoup de sièges pour tous. Mieux encore, vous pouvez même apporter votre bébé en fourrure, car la maison est adaptée aux chiens. Overall the house is fine. The furniture has seen better days, but fine for a week. The house, unfortunately, was filthy. The floors left our feet black on the bottoms, bathrooms were not cleaned and the house had a good layer of dust and grime. The property management company did refund the cleaning fee and replaced a damaged television. They were quick to respond, which was appreciated. I didn’t think to take many photos, but included a few.

Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay atat palmetto Breeze. Floors were not clean on our arrival so I cleaned them myself. Linens were not on the beds so I put them on myself. Everything else was good.

Palmetto breeze

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house. Parking for 2 and a golf cart was adequate. House was pretty much as described on the site.

Where do I start. The location of the property and the layout were very good. Close to the beach and enough rooms and bathrooms to make it very comfortable. However, when we got there, the place was a pig sty. Nothing had been vacuumed, and we found hairballs, nail clippings, safety pins, hair clips, sand. It was so bad that my wife started vacuuming and that is really what you want to do when you get to a place on vacation. The pool area had bottle caps, more hair clips, empty McDonalds cups, lids and straws. The grill was unusable and the pool had not been vacuumed, so there was sand all over the bottom. The lids on the garbage cans were filthy, as were the counter tops. I cleaned the counters and some kind of red goop came off. The kitchen table had not been cleaned and was sticky. There was mold on the shower liner of the master bedroom, and gum stuck on the side of the basin cabinet by the toilet paper holder. We called the realty company and told them about what was going on, but since it was the weekend, there was nothing that they could do. Finally, someone came by on Tuesday and looked at the issues. They brough us a new grill, and had a couple come in to clean, but they really did nothing. Sadly, they were older and it really seemed as if they were having trouble just being there. Net is that I have pictures of everything that I saw and have posted below some of them, and I will never rent from Dunes realty again.

Great home by the beach

With 2 families ages from 50-4 everyone had something to do, with their own space. This home had a refreshing pool and the beach was just steps away. Kitchen was well stocked.

Aug 2020 vacation

House was clean and just as we hoped and expected from the photos. Quick walk to the beach which was wonderful and the pool was a fantastic addition to help with the enjoyment of the trip. The only thing missing was a gas grill. There was a charcoal grill but not quite the same although this was surely not a big deal at all and we made due. The neighborhood was nice and of course close enough to everything from supermarkets to restaurants. We were lucky with our weather as well so overall a great trip. Dunes made check in simple and everything was ready upon arrival just needed our groceries and we were all set. Would rent this property again without hesitation.

Good time had by all

We were disappointed that the house had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, however, it was quickly taken care of when we visited the office to let them know. Now understand that it may have been overlooked following the hurricane, which is understandable. The rest of our stay was wonderful. Very relaxing, and time well spent with family.

Great house at the beach

We enjoyed all the bedrooms with each having their own bathroom in addition to a half bath on the first floor. The kids loved the pool!

We really enjoyed this house. The rooms are much bigger than the pictures show. Pool was great and the beach is less than a city block away. Will stay at again!

Great Vacation

We had a great time at a great location. House is a short distance from the beach, and plenty of space. Only complaints were the AC was not cooling the best but the management responded quickly, and the couch seemed broken and uncomfortable to sit in very long.

Can’t wait to come back!

My family and I truly enjoyed the Palmetto Breeze! It was in a beautiful little area, very close to the beach and area attractions, but also nice and quiet. The house was beautiful on the inside and nicely furnished. We brought our furbaby with us, and I loved that I felt safe while walking him, even at night. We had issues with the air conditioner, but they quickly came out the same day I called and had it fixed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Great place few complaints

Great house. We loved having bathrooms with each bedroom. Great kitchen and the keurig was a plus. The pools were extremely close together but it was still fine for us. Easy walk to the beach, very close even for the 2 yr old.. The dryer doesn't work well and takes about 4 to 5 hrs to get clothes dry. Besides the dryer the only complaint was the rental company never let us know check out cleaning process....so we were still there when girls arrived to clean and I had to then get the sheets and towels and put them in the bins. The property is great just need better communication with dunes.

Nice Property

Located one block from the beach which made it easy. A nice pool in a fenced yard. Plenty of parking for friends. Only criticism would be on cleanliness. Floors were dirty, ceiling fans caked with dust. But I understand that the cleaning service have limited time, and it has been my experience that must of them are not great. That being said, I would return to this property.
