We were very thrilled with this condo! Very clean, and all furniture very comfortable. Kitchen was spotless and dishes, silverware, pots and pans very nice! You can't beat the ocean view. The host was very helpful and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better beach rental! We will be back!

We had a great time at the condo. The view and location were perfect overlooking Nye Beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops to walk to. The condo also had everything we needed. I’d recommend bringing some wood for a beach fire at night; there wasn’t anywhere close to get any. We’ll definitely stay here again

Great location. Easy walk to shops,right on the beach, and great view from the deck. Very clean, could use updating bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. Coffee, tea, and sugar not supplied.

The area is great, very close to shopping and the beach is literally steps away! The unit we stayed in was good but could use some general maintenance. Nye Beach is a good starting point for sightseeing in either direction on 101. We would stay here again!

Amazing views! Very clean, and great communication with the manager. The only thing that was a bit confusing was where the key was located and the numbering on the building. However, that could be more of an us problem than the property problem :) Highly recommend this location. Nearby restaurants had delicious food and phenomenal service.

The property has a used feeling, holes in pillows, broken leg on chair and not clean. It has a great view of the ocean and bed was comfortable. For the price, expected much nicer and cleaner accommodations. Very disappointed!

I'm so glad you enjoyed the ocean view and found the bed comfortable. I'm very sorry about the broken chair leg, worn pillows and that the cleaning did not meet expectations. That falls well short of our standards. We are addressing this with housekeeping and maintenance so damaged items will be repaired or replaced and cleaning procedures reinforced. Ocean fantastic. Needed coffee and salt Tupperware.. just a few things I needed that I didn’t have when I got in. Room very cozy and safe.

Pictures showed the property in a better light. Condo has a million dollar view but here were our issues...Single key! Not happy about that. Security gate was left open 24/7 even though we were given a special code to unlock it.Very little storage areas for guests. Only one small closet had some space for guests in the bedroom and very little at that. No space in kitchen cabinets for guests after shopping for food. Furniture and kitchen stuff were very dated and of poor quality. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable! No coffee filters. (had to borrow some for morning coffee from a fellow guest of a different unit.Coffee pot was small and be aware...did not have an automatic shut off. We had four other couples staying at the same facility and I was more impressed with those units. Had guest baskets on arrival which I thought was a nice touch!Location was great but I would not stay in this unit again.

Great rental with easy beach access

Kitchen was extremely well outfitted. Unit was clean and the view is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
