Ocean Memories condominium is the perfect setting to create wonderful memories of your stay at the Oregon coast. Whether collecting seashells, agates, mementos or just moments during your stay, you will leave relaxed, refreshed and recharged. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean all the way to the Yaquina Head Lighthouse from this 2-bedroom 2 bath ocean front condominium.

The open concept living and dining area is a perfect space to relax, read a good book, enjoy the view or put together a puzzle. A large desk is also provided for those that may want to work remotely but still get away! The tidy kitchen is fully furnished where you can either cook up a fantastic meal or order takeaway from many of the fabulous Nye Beach restaurants that are scattered throughout the neighborhood. There is one comfy bedroom on the main floor with a king bed and a full bath. Upstairs in the loft area is the second bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom. The view from the loft bedroom is one to enjoy - stunning sunsets and early morning glistening waves. Sit out on the balcony and sip one of your favorite beverages while you people, whale, and ocean watch - it's a perfect way to relax.

Ocean Memories is conveniently located on the central Oregon coast which makes it a perfect launching point to explore many of the coast's natural wonders.The condominium building has an elevator for those that don't want to take the stairs! The Nye Beach neighborhood is know for its beach, shops, galleries, and great restaurants, all within walking distance. Don't forget to check out Yaquina Head Lighthouse, the working bay front in Newport, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, and many other spectacular natural areas.

Wonderful Accomodations!!

This property is beautiful!! It has all of the conveniences of home. A very well appointed kitchen with all things needed to enjoy a meal in. Also, it is very convenient for walking to all of our favorite restaurants in Nye Beach. Amazing view of beautiful Nye Beach and very easy access to the beach. Will definitely stay again!!

Incredible ocean views

We sat on the balcony, sipping wine and watching waves. The full kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals to maximize our time watching waves. Beach access was easy and coffee nearby at Stephanie’s was delish

Perfect weekend trip

The location of the condo and the condo itself were perfect for my friend group and our yearly beach trip. The condo was comfortable and spacious, and the view waa fantastic and we spent a lot of time looking out the windows or sitting on the balcony. The location was also ideal as it was so close to everything we needed and we didn't touch our car once.

Hanging friends on the beach

We picked this property for the view, and easy access to shops and restaurants. It was too perfect. Watching the waves, spending time with friends was exactly what we wanted and we want to come back to the property.

Great location, just a bit lacking.

We’ve stayed in this condo complex before and absolutely love the location, the view, and the beach access. Unfortunately I think we were a bit spoiled with the other unit we stayed in. Our first night we ran into sheets that had not been changed and a shower that had not been cleaned. We’re not highly picky, but that was a drag. I let property management know, but did not hear back. We washed the bedding ourselves. The rest of the place seemed quite clean. Downstairs had a big comfy looking bed, but we went for the loft bed because of the view and ocean sounds. It turns out two tall people don’t really fit in that bed. Regarding the living room, I think taking the desk and patio furniture out and adding comfy seating with a coffee & end end tables would be a great change. Just a thought. It wasn’t inviting for watching the ocean. The kitchen and baths were well stocked, and the upstairs washer/dryer unit came in handy.

Clean condo with Ocean view

Great Nye Beach location, right next to the Nye parking lot and beach access. Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. The view of the ocean was breathtaking which you can see from the Living Room, Dining, Kitchen and upstairs bedroom. Bedrooms had nice separation for privacy. Upper bedroom is an open air loft with ocean view, but you can't see anyone up there from below. The downstairs bedroom is very private, no view of the ocean from it, but it has a quaint Nye neighborhood view. Both have their own bathroom. The upstairs suite is much roomier, large, oversized shower, washer and dryer and a nice skylight. No windows upstairs open, so ventilation isn't available. The downstairs suite has a small bathroom, with a short shower. If it had a handheld shower, it would be much improved for tall people. There's a small hanging closet between this bedroom and bathroom. The living room has a couch facing an adequate tv equipped with Spectrum cable. There is internet and a nice desk in the living room, so nice place to work from. Kitchen is clean, not fancy, not new, but certainly adequate. No Kurig machine, but they do have a coffee pot and hot water pot. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware, etc. Fridge and freezer with ice all work well. Wall heaters are the heat source. Didn't see an air conditioner. They supply beach towels and some beach fun items. Overall, a comfortable condo with great beach access and views and is super convenient to walk to the Nye restaurants and shops from.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable for sure, very firm. And this is silly, but the pillow cases were way too slippery. Was tough to keep a pillow where I wanted it as I slept through the night. A nice soft pillow case would have been great.

This place was just perfect. Such a beautiful view, and all the amenities.Communication with the property manager was wonderful, and everyone was so helpful to ensure a great stay. I would definitely come back to stay here again.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this location in Newport. It’s an amazing property that is right on the beach and in walking distance of many different cafés, restaurants, art shops, and stores. Besides the ocean view, everything was clean well organized with a fully stocked kitchen and two large beds to sleep in as well as two bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again soon.

We had such a wonderful stay in this condo! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and being right on the beach was so special. The condo was stocked perfectly! From beach chairs to puzzles and books to a well stocked kitchen, this condo had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here, well stocked condo with easy beach access. Great location to drive to Yaquina Bay Natural Area, Seal Rock, even Cape Perpetua. Beautiful view, right on the ocean. Full kitchen. Easy walk to beach. Balcony protected from the wind. Loved the loft bedroom because of the light and air from the open patio door. Back bedroom bit dark if you want privacy from the back shar d hallway, balcony and would benefit from a ceiling fan and windows that opened from top for privacy, tho that's true of many condos on the coast. I do love this condo and coming back!

Amazing Nye Beach view

Very clean. Well stocked. Excellent location - right on beach and restaurants and small market just a short walk away. Easy check-in/check-out. We caught some crab and were able to steam it with steamer pot provided in condo. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful

It was a great time and it had wonderful beach access and views. The only thing I would improve are more pictures of the place. We didn't know that the upper room wasn't enclosed so we couldn't put our kid in bed early in there. We had to put our pack n play in the bathroom so that it would be quiet enough.

Great Stay on the Coast

Very comfortable two-level condo on the beach. Big windows facing the ocean on both levels. Cool Nye Beach neighborhood. We had a great time and appreciated the cleanliness and and well stocked kitchen.
