Belle, spacieuse, Kihei Maui côté océan de la route, deux chambres, deux salles de bain condo. Maui Sunset, unité B201. Top rénovation de qualité en 2015 avec comptoir en granit, cuisine personnalisée et de salle de bains. Profitez de la vue sur le jardin et de toutes les commodités du célèbre complexe Maui Sunset, notamment une piscine, des barbecues à gaz, une connexion Internet gratuite, un ascenseur et un parking gratuit.

LA PISCINE EST FERMÉE DU 4 AU 7 NOVEMBRE 2019 POUR L'ENTRETIEN ANNUEL

Chaque chambre dispose d'un lit king size, de la climatisation et d'un lecteur TV / DVD. Il ya aussi un lit mural queen; beaucoup plus confortable qu'un canapé-lit. Cette unité d'extrémité, B201, dispose d'une véranda avec vue sur le jardin et d'une véranda plus petite au large de la chambre des maîtres avec vue sur la montagne.
Le condo est complète avec laveuse / sécheuse, planche à repasser et tous les appareils de cuisine et de commodités. Les serviettes de plage, des chaises, et une glacière sont fournis pour vos excursions à la plage.
Détendez-vous avec le café du matin sur la véranda, en appréciant les jardins tropicaux méticuleusement entretenus. La plage est à quelques pas de belles promenades et de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Le téléphone est inclus avec les appels locaux gratuits et partout aux États-Unis et au Canada.
Si vous restez 14 jours ou plus pendant la haute ou la haute saison, nous fournirons un service de nettoyage une fois par semaine.
Le responsable sur l'île est très sympathique et toujours disponible pour vous aider en cas de besoin ou de problème imprévu.

Great place on the beach

The property was great - a quick walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The condo was furnished nicely, and we appreciated the beach equipment! Would love to return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Immaculate grounds for kids to play, putting green, pool. Great crash pad, and location to go out and see sights of the island as well.

10 days in Kihei

Darrick was very responsive. He checked in with me after we arrived at the condo, post a bad storm, and before our trip, he was very engaged and friendly. The condo was as to be expected, clean, organized, and perfect for our group. The condo came with very nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas. It also included other beach toys and a cooler. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Great condo not fancy but clean and cozy . Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay being on the beach and the pool was a bonus Very close to all you need The condo was very well stocked in the kitchen bedrooms and had beach supplies Very clean Great place for families

Kihei condo

Great condo in a great location in Kihei. Condo was clean, grounds at the complex were beautiful, many types of games provided like croquet, cornhole, shuffleboard, etc. Darrick was a great host, would rent from him again

Great beachfront location!

We have stayed at Maui Sunset several times before and the complex never disappoints. Great location with stores, coffee and restaurants in walking distance. The complex has a fun pool and relaxing hot tub and several other activities for all ages. The unit itself was very spacious, clean and well stocked with the basics. It fit our family of six perfectly!

Kihei Vacation August 8-13

We enjoyed our stay despite arriving Tuesday night during the fires. Darrick checked in with us Wednesday morning to make sure everyone was safe. Our grandsons loved the pool and the amenities. The location was great. Despite the horrific tragedy, we were able to enjoy our vacation. We will definitely stay her again.

the condo

was very clean and well maintained. The location was great and the beach just a short walk. The courtyard with pool, games, tennis courts and barbeque area was great. We were a group of 5 and there was plenty of room. The beach towels, chairs,coolers etc. were great to have. I would highly recommend this condo.

Relaxing Getaway

Maui Sunset is a beautiful and extremely well kept property. We live in NE Ohio and this was a great place to get out of the cold weather. We grilled several times and were pleased to see that the grills were completely cleaned every morning. Our one suggestion would be to have a bar near the pool for adults to purchase refreshments while relaxing by the pool.

Nice Unit

Very nice and clean unit but unfortunately the master bedroom is located right on busy Kihei Road where there were a lot of people whizzing by and playing very loud music. Also, the a/c in the master bedroom is very loud as well so trying to block the noise by closing all the windows and drapes did not really help our sleep. The smaller guest bedroom seemed to be much quieter.

Nice stay!

The condo was as pictured, nice and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking easy. They had a lot of amenities to enjoy outside, the pool, a putting green, tennis courts, and shuffleboard that the kids had fun with. On the last day we found out our flights were delayed until evening so Darrick let us check out much later. So nice of him. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Fabulous Property

The unit and the property was beautiful and so very well maintained and clean! The kitchen was very well appointed making any meals we had in very easy to prepare and we very much appreciated the in-suite laundry. Our only challenge was that the in-room air conditioners were very noisy. Otherwise, I would definitely want to visit Maui using this property again! Thanks Bruno and Barb

It’s the little things that make a difference.

I think this is the 3rd or 4th time staying at one of Darrick’s condos and he does not disappoint. Not only is a beautiful condo, great area but he’s gone out of his way to pay attention to the little things. So often with these condos you have the bare minimum and that’s it. Never enough for a full weeks stay or more. Here is soft towels, loads of amenities needed in day to day life, even curling items, female products and much more. The place is clean and welcoming. Thanks Darrick.

Awesome location, condo, sunshine/beach, and owner!

Darrick was a great owner. This was our first VRBO rental and he made the experience smooth and definitely a "do again" experience. The condo was very comfortable and fully equipped. We found if it wasn't in the condo, we didn't need it. Darrick called to check in within us the first couple days and then called the last day of our trip to say he was on the island. Later he stopped by to make introductions in person which made it very personal. Maui Sunset was conveniently located to everything we needed. It was very clean and the lawn was "golf course" quality. The complex was quiet, even during busy evening times. This it definitely a place to come back to.

Beautiful, clean, and spacious condo with a gorgeous view!

We had a two-week stay with three adults and two young children and were very happy with this condo. There was lots of room for everyone, great space for the kids to play, and we even found the fold-out bed to be remarkably comfortable. The place was immaculate, and well stocked with dishes/utensils, household products (e.g. cleaning products, tissue, etc.), and beach necessities (e.g. towels, chairs, cooler, etc.) We loved the view from the lanai, the gorgeous yard, and the easy access to the beach - particularly for the amazing sunsets! Travelling with kids, it was great to have access to the large pool and hot tub, and we also made use of the on-site concierge for booking some great activities. Darrick was very accommodating in working with us on our arrival timing, and was always quick to respond. Our only minor complaint was that there was a fair bit of street noise while sitting on the lanai in the evenings, but this was much less noticeable during the day, and not at all bothersome inside of the condo, which was very quiet. We'd definitely love to stay here again next time we're in Maui and will be sure to recommend it to friends as well!

Not the best stay for us

Our unit flooded up from the shower on the 3rd day. It was very stressful and ruined our plans for the day. My husband bailed water into the toilet until a plumber came. It was 3 hours of plumbers and strangers coming in and out of condo. We were not allowed to use any water in condo during this time. We would have liked more timely communication from the owner after the flooding. We never felt like we could safely leave anything on or near the floor again during our stay. We were refunded one day’s worth of the charges for condo.

A Rental

The condo was very clean upon arrival. It was very comfortable for the 4 adults in our group. It was so nice to have the Murphy bed in the living room so my adult son didn't have to sleep on the couch. The extra lanai in the main bedroom was extremely convenient for drying our wet swimwear and towels. The owner was very accommodating and communicated extremely well. We would love to stay in unit B201 again!

Kihei stay spring break

Condo was as described and met our needs. Beds comfortable. Kids loved the pool and activities offered like shuffleboard, bocce ball and tennis. Beach best suited for paddleboarding. Very shallow and rocky. Good news is condo centrally located to other beaches that were better for swimming. Would stay here again next time we come to Maui.
