Peek-A-Boo is a completely renovated family-favorite home located on the well-known Robertâs Way, just two houses from the beach in Seaside, Florida! This dreamy beach hideaway will have you feeling like a local in no time. Youâll know youâve arrived at this shaded retreat when you spot a charming white coastal bungalow surrounded by beautiful trees and the distant sound of crashing waves. A favorite feature of the home is the rear porch overlooking Seasideâs best-kept secretâRoswalk Parkâshaded by towering climbing trees and perfect for little ones to play in the afternoon. The open-air porch features outdoor dining for four and two additional Adirondack chairsâideal for al fresco meals or your morning coffee in a peaceful, shaded setting.
Designated parking for one vehicle is located at the front of the cottage. Step inside to find a thoughtfully renovated kitchen with custom, built-in cabinetry, a full-size refrigerator, four-burner electric cooktop, mounted microwave, and all the cookware and dishes you need for meals at home. Just off the kitchen is the open dining and living area. The dining nook features a custom, built-in banquette that comfortably seats five to six, perfect for families with kids. The adjacent living room offers designer furnishings, including two club chairs, a cozy sofa, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TVâperfect for movie nights in!
Downstairs, youâll find two bedrooms. The first features a queen bed, hanging closet, luggage rack, mounted reading light, built-in nightstand shelves, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom includes a double-over-double bunk bed and a small closetâideal for young families. Both bedrooms share a beautifully renovated full bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs in the bonus loft, youâll find a king bed with luxurious white designer linens and a convenient half bath. A private Juliet balcony off the loft overlooks the town and provides a peaceful retreat with gentle Gulf breezes and sounds of the sea.
The location is unbeatableâjust two houses from the private residential Seaside beach access at Tupelo Pavilion (only 417 feet away or a 2-minute walk), and just a 5-minute walk to Central Square and the Seaside Amphitheater, where youâll find over 35 shops and restaurants steps from your front door! Additional perks include a laundry room and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this cottage is perfect for any beach lover.
* 5 night minimum Summer; 3 night minimum Fall, Spring, & Spring Break; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.
* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $50 per day rental pet fee will be collected, in addition to the flat $125 pet fee, for a two-bedroom home. Pets will not be allowed on furniture. No pet over 10 lbs. One dog only.
