• Guest bedroom #4- Queen bed & twin day-bed w/ twin trundle w/ ensuite bathroom- walk-in shower. 2nd floor

Parking: This home has 2 parking spaces available at the back of the house. WaterColor offers street parking on a 1st come 1st serve basis along roads in the neighborhoods.

Need to know Information:
• Each guest 5+ must be wearing a guest wristband for entry into the Beach Club or Camp WaterColor. Paper wristbands will be
provided for children under the age of 5.
• Guests must check in and check out with their wristband at the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor.
• Coolers, glass, outside food/beverages are strictly prohibited at the WaterColor Beach Club and Camp WaterColor.
• WaterColor Beach Services- Open daily 9am-5pm
• Camp WaterColor is open from10:30am-7:00pm daily.
• WaterColor Beach Club is open from 8:30am-7pm daily.
• All pools outside Camp WaterColor are open 8am-dusk.

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% reservation deposit is due at the time of booking.
• The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Cancelation options available
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
• Must Be 25 Or Older to Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
