The host was very responsive! There was not a pool key when we got there and once I told her, there was a pool key delivered within a couple hours. Not a speck of dirt in the condo. Within walking distance to everything! Only got in the car once all week to go to the local zoo. Fireworks on the beach were wonderful on Thursday evening as well! Overall it was an excellent vacation!

Amazing stay!

This was our second year staying here and it was a great experience. We love the convenience of how close it is to the boardwalk and restaurants as well as being able to get a view of the ocean.

Great price and location

Our stay was great! The place was exactly like the listing. It was clean upon arrival and the kitchen was great! It was small but perfect for the 3 of us! The location was great as well! Would recommend for a family of 4 or smaller!

Carolina Beach is a great town!

Overall we were very pleased with the property and dealing with the manager, who was very prompt with responses. Carolina Beach is a lovely town and there's a lot to do! The beach and ocean were terrific as were many of the bars and shops.

Perfect week at the beach!

This was our 4th year staying at this condo and it never disappoints. It's perfect for our family! It's across the street from the beach as well as within walking distance to all the best places to eat and the boardwalk.

Family Vacation to Carolina Beach

Very nice place, perfect for our family. Our son loved the bunk beds. Good location with many things within walking distance, including lots of restaurants. Easy access to the beach. Good view of the fireworks from the balcony.

Great location and very clean!

We had a wonderful stay! It was very clean and easy to check in. The location was PERFECT! Very close to the boardwalk, Nollie’s Taco Joint, and the beach. The pool was a great way to end a hot beach day. Definitely recommend for any couple/small family. Our Boston Terrier loved it too!

Very clean and cozy beach condo! Small, but had all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay away from home. Looked newly furnished and well maintained. My child liked the bunk bed. :) Largely quiet for being close to a couple of lively restaurants (though we were not there on a weekend). Easy walk to the beach. Owner and assistant were very easy to get in touch with. Had a hose down at the pool to rinse off sandy feet and gear, which is nice because the beach doesn’t have foot showers to get clean when leaving. There is a bright stairwell light that shines at a bedroom window and the blinds on one living room window wouldn’t shut well. However, the owner kindly offered to replace the blinds. I just hung up two spare condo blankets over the windows instead and it worked. We needed to use the oven for food we brought, but there was no oven-safe bakeware, like a cookie sheet or pan, so we had to go buy some foil. Otherwise, everything else was in working condition!

This was a fantastic condo. Very clean and a nice beachy homey place. Had everything we needed for the week for cooking and everything. Loved the extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc as well too. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location

The property is perfect had all amenities needed. Location was no more than two blocks from everything. Can here live band from balcony every night. Hostess was absolutely amazing kept in contact and helped us out with anything we needed. Great attention to detail. Will definitely stay again😁

Cute, clean and super close to the Beach

Nicely decorated, clean, pics are accurate. 1 row from beach, beach access right across the street. Sharon was super nice, let us check in early to enjoy extra beach time. The pool was nice and clean, but we didn’t use it. We will definitely return. Thanks!!!

Great Location

We really loved the location of this property. The balcony has a great view of the fireworks and you also get somewhat of an ocean view. We were close to all of the shops and boardwalk activities and of course the ocean was right there. The only complaint was that the main bed is uncomfortable but could be easily fixed with a mattress pad or new mattress. Otherwise accommodations were great and host was very responsive.

Girls weekend

This was a wonderful condo. It provided all the necessities for the stay that we needed. Way more than the house we moved too for the rest of our stay. It was a great location to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk that we let our teens walk to during the day. If we come to Carolina Beach again I would love to stay at Two Gulls on the Beach again. Thank you very much for being gracious hosts. Christina Norman

Awesome stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the condo! It was a huge plus that we could bring our pups with us. The condo is clean, well stocked with basic essentials, located in a safe area, and within walking distance of the beach. It was a short walk to the boardwalk and other places in town. The condo was on the second floor, 4 sets of 8 stairs. The pool was very clean, and I noticed it was cleaned often. The host is very good at communication and is friendly! After spending a week there, I highly recommend and look forward to staying again next time.

Perfect location convenient to everything! Public beach access across the street, convenience store, a taco joint next door and boardwalk a short walk away. Can’t beat sitting on the balcony and having perfect view of Fireworks without having to deal with the crowd!!
