Enjoy our slice of heaven at Cake by the Ocean! This beautifully designed oceanfront condo is perched in the best part of the building, top floor, with panoramic ocean views all around, perfect for a couple, small family, girls trip, surfer retreat or a mini double date getaway! Wake up to the sound of the ocean and enjoy your coffee on the balcony taking in the outstanding sunrise by the pier! The unit has one bedroom with a king bed, smart TV (Connect your Netflix or Hulu!) and bedside lamps with built-in USB chargers. The living room can host an additional two guests with a very comfortable pull out queen sofa bed with gel topper. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy a nice home cooked meal if you choose. Washer/Dryer in unit, and access to the outdoor pool steps away from the building with a privacy fence. Enjoy stepping back in time with our record player and collection of tunes to help you feel the beachy vibe! Use the tide clock to track the best times to hit the beach for a fun shell hunting excursion. We are a 4 minute walk to the nearest beach access, and a 3 minute walk to the Carolina Beach Pier, rated BEST waterfront dining in 2024 per Wilmington Magazine! A short 3-5 minute drive to the boardwalk where there is a ton of fun, food and shops!

A few things to note about the property:

- We are a top floor unit and unfortunately we do NOT have an elevator. There are four flights of stairs to get to our unit, but we promise the view is worth it! We like to let our guests know ahead of time so they can plan accordingly.

- Please note, we are an Oceanfront property, not a Beachfront property. It is a short 4 minute walk to the beach access, but directly in front of our unit you will see the rocks that protect the properties from the tide. Take a look at our photos off the balcony for reference.
