Cela ne devient pas beaucoup plus pratique que cela. Directement en face de l'accès à la plage publique de Sand Fiddler. 2e. unité de coin au sol a une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Asseyez-vous sur le pont et profitez de la brise rafraîchissante de l'océan tout en dégustant une excellente cuisine locale. Le condo peut accueillir 4 personnes, un lit queen dans la chambre et un canapé-lit queen. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles, casseroles et poêles. La cuisine a amélioré le réfrigérateur et le lave-vaisselle ainsi qu'un four et un micro-ondes de taille standard. Les séjours plus longs sont sans tracas avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pour prendre soin de tous les besoins de lessive.
Nous n'autorisons les chiens de petite à moyenne taille que s'ils sont pré-approuvés.

Like visiting a friend's place!

The home is comfortable and cozy. Jeff's mom, Georgia was friendly and welcoming in all of our text exchanges. The location is wonderful, a stone's throw from the beach and pier, and a pleasant 40 min walk to the boardwalk area and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet. The two of us our pup had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again if visiting Carolina Beach.

as described on VRBO. Cozy, comfortable, pet friendly (1st trip with our dog). Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. Updated kitchen & baths! Bed was very comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay, super cute property. Easy to access, easy check in. Pool access was a good bonus as well when the grandkids got tired of the beach. There was a significant pot smell, I presume it was from one of the neighbors. It was not within the house though so that was good. Generally speaking it was pretty quiet stay. We thoroughly enjoyed and will rebook again

The condo was perfect for me, my husband, and my dog. Jeff was so easy to work with, and answer every question with little to no wait time I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who asked thank you for providing such a great space for relaxation and renewal.

Everything was so clean! We had such a great view and could even see a dolphin from the balcony this morning. The kitchen appliances are so nice and up to date. Our little family of 4 fit perfectly and we really enjoyed our week stay. Great area and so peaceful. I do recommend bringing beach chairs. There was only one fold up chair so we had to venture out for some but I asked before coming and knew i may need to have my own. ☺️

Nice location

I liked the view from our balcony and the short distance to the beach. The place seemed to be good for the most part. However we were wrongly accused for a stain that was on the carpet. I am a clean and respectful person. If I made the stain I would of owned up to it. But because I had no proof the stain was there prior to arrival, I had to pay for it. This didnt make me happy mainly because there wasnt even a discussion about it. Just assumed it was us. Therefore that will be our first and last visit.

The pictures of the property are out dated and in need of updating. The “apartment/condo” is tiny and in need of maintenance and repairs (the sliding glass door handles are being held on with electrical tape) as an example. A deep cleaning is needed especially around the HVAC vents. It is recommended the owner invest in new furniture as it is worn and needs attention. A large amount of money was paid, due to the holiday and when we arrived, things became apparent the two didn’t match. We did not get the value or comfort expected, as the price was high and probably could have stayed at a 4 star hotel for the same price. Plus they would have provided all the different amenities such as, sheets, towels and toiletries. The location, being very close to the beach ideal and being dog friendly was a huge plus. Parking was good as well. Given all of the issues/concerns listed above, in its current condition we will not be recommending this property to our friends or others.

Great Beach location

The location is great with nice view of beach from balcony. It is right across street from beach entrance and the pool was fabulous and never crowded. The kitchen was nice and had everything you would need. The bed was comfortable. There are two toilets adjoining the shower which was nice. This is a second floor unit with only stairs so it wasn’t much fun hauling our stuff up and down or taking two small dogs in and out. I realize that some peoples idea of clean is different than my own but this place didn’t even smell clean when we walked in. That was the first thing we took notice too. The carpet had multiple large stain spots all over and I had a very hard time walking on it with out socks on and even letting my dogs lay on it. The shower was so gross that I wouldn’t even shower in it until I cleaned it myself. That’s not such a fun thing to have to do on a vacation. The rugs and shower mat were not fresh and clean either. If there is a cleaning company hired, they apparently aren’t doing their job as this place was dirty. I would believe that there are regulations that require sanitation of rental units in any state and they definitely aren’t being followed in this unit. I guess if you’re not a clean freak it would be an ok place for the price but definitely not up to our standards. No we did not reach out as I believe reviews say it all and I should’ve heeded them. Also we were already here and ‘no refunds’ so we made the best of it.
