Location can't get any better. 4 miles from the beach of Oak island, one mile from the famous Southport Ferry. The upgraded, costal historic Condo is in the heart of town, where all the best restaurants, shops, and live entertainment, yet you still feel and see the view of the deep blue water.
Let's not forget the private rear courtyard with in-ground pool! You have so much privacy in the pool, and no one else will share it with you.
Two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, the master bath has a jacuzzi tube for your evening relaxation. Balcony overlooking the main street in Southport. Also you can see the blue water from the FRONT PORCH.
Our stock up fridge of all the goodies, will make you feel just right at home. Fresh linen, fresh towels. Truly a luxury feel and Southern hospitality.
Centrally located between Wilmington and Myrtle beach, Vacation can't get any better.

Location, location!! We loved being able to walk to everything. Spacious attractive condo, well stocked kitchen. The shower in the jacuzzi bath was not the best but the other shower was great! Definitely want to come when the pool is open.

This was a great location in Southport. We've previously stayed closer to the Marina, but really liked the centrality of this location, as well as the private pool. Another great feature was that you don't have neighbors next to you except businesses, so I wasn't worried about my early-riser child waking up people trying to sleep in on their vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with items to cook with. Parking was extremely easy. We will be back next year!

Relaxing Stay

So great to relax on the balcony and off in the distance you can see the Cape Fear River. Walking distance to everything that Southport has to offer and you will love the cleanliness.

A hidden gem

Just wanted to stay longer. Beautiful town, great location and fantastic property. Nestled between Wilmington and Myrtle made it so we were able to maximize our trip. We will seek this location again when we come to visit our family in NC. The owner was amazing and really made an effort to make our experience special.

Family Time

Property owner was very accommodating. She had snacks and drinks on arrival. Really nice touch. Close to lots of great restaurants and shops. Son love the pool. My mother enjoyed the balcony. Every room had comfortable furniture. Only down side finding parking during the day, but in late evening no problem. Would love to return for girls weekend. Great Memories made.

Back Again!

We loved this location and the private pool! This is the 2nd time we have stayed over the 4th of July and it's the best place to watch the parade. Sitting on the balcony, in the shade, watching the parade is the best. A short walk downtown to all the shops and restaurants, you can't beat it! The private pool is so great and refreshing in the morning before the sun is hot. It's like a hidden oasis. I would really love to see the weeds taken care of and the pool cleaned before we arrive. The pool was cleaned the 2nd day (probably on a schedule) but the weeds are really bad. We noticed there is a new privacy wall constructed which is nice. This year the temperatures were so hot that the pool was too warm to swim in after 2pm. The only shade is under the table umbrella, so maybe bring a canopy? There was not a hose to cool off the deck and cement around the pool. They do offer pool toys/floatation devices, which were fun to use. The bedrooms are as shown on pictures and the beds are comfortable. The back room (master) gets really warm due to the thermostat being at the front of the apartment, so keep the door open for air flow. The master closet is nice and spacious and has a ton of hangers, as well as the washer/dryer. I do want to say there may not be hand soap in the bathrooms, nor toilet paper or kitchen garbage can bags, unless the previous renter left some. The cleaning crew does leave a couple of dishwasher and clothes washer soap pods.

EXCELLENT location. Easy walking restaurants, and shops. Very clean. Key pad entry was troublesome. May just need a battery. Advertised with a pool but it was covered. That was disappointing as it was hot.

Our stay was perfect. This is the heart and pulse of Southport. Walking distance to Fishy Fishy, Provisions, and countless other staples of the area. My favorite the swings by Oliver’s!!! Trust me

Great spot in Southport!My wife and I took our first trip down from Raleigh to check out Southport, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location—everything you need, from shops to restaurants, is just a short walk away. We loved starting our mornings with coffee and ending our nights with drinks out on the porch. Check-in and check-out were super easy, no stress at all. Definitely a 10/10 spot if you’re looking for a quiet, laid-back getaway.

Very clean property and perfect spot in the downtown area. The only thing we did not like is right next to the pool area it’s a large construction area that’s open and you can see into the backyard. The house was very clean and the bed and couches were comfy. It was a little hard to find as it’s a private entrance above a hair salon but once we located it, it was a very convenient spot!

First time to Southport

Location of the condo is perfect! Can walk most anywhere, beautiful historic homes, loved the bells from the Episcopal Church! Condo is very spacious, great layout. The balcony is very nice, there was no propane in the fire table however. Would have loved to sit beside the fire as the evenings were pretty chilly! Had brunch at Oliver's on our way out of town. Great views! Will stay here again!

Perfect!

This place had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway! We parked upon arrival and didn’t get back in the car until we left. Such a convenient place to shopping and restaurants. Very clean, excellent wifi connection. We will definitely be looking to come back! Highly recommend!
