Il s'agit d'une grande maison de 5 chambres avec 3 salles de bain complètes prêtes à l'emploi. C'est une maison d'angle, donc il y a beaucoup de stationnement dans la rue et une allée pour deux voitures pour se garer. La cour arrière a construit des bancs de sièges le long de la jardinière, un barbecue au propane, une baignoire jacuzzi et une fontaine qui peuvent facilement divertir 15 à 25 personnes. Il se trouve à courte distance en voiture de Cal Poly et du centre-ville de San Luis Obispo. Les transports publics sont disponibles au coin de la rue.
Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible gratuitement. La chambre principale, le salon et le loft à l'étage disposent de grands téléviseurs avec Apple TV qui vous permettent de vous connecter à votre compte iTunes afin que vous puissiez regarder l'un de vos abonnements iTunes.

Great Thanksgiving

Very nice house with many rooms. The check in was easy and directions for the house were easy to follow. Great location with easy access to hikes, parks and beaches.

I booked this place for my wife and her bridesmaids to get ready before our big day, and everything worked out wonderfully! The host was great and very attentive. Great area as well. Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay

Me and my family of 11 stayed at this house and had a wonderful stay. The house and its descriptions match and we were satisfied with all the house had to offer. The location was perfect and we were central to downtown SLO, the airport, and some of the beaches which worked out very well. Communication was flawless with the host and we had no issues with check in procedures.

Wonderful home for graduation

We had our family with us for our twins’ Cal Poly graduation. Wonderful space to have time to gather and celebrate in beautiful SLO. Cecile was super available and helpful and added nice little touches for us!

Wonderful house and serene backyard

This house was just perfect for our group. It was clean, well stocked, and the backyard is a beautiful oasis complete with a seating area and hot tub. The host, Cecile, was so nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Good Vibes

This was a nice place and my group really enjoyed our time. The house is in a quiet neighborhood not too far from downtown San Luis Obispo, the beach, and Costco - super convenient! It comfortably slept everyone in my group and we got a kick out of all the interesting art in the home. Overall I would recommend!

Attention to Detail and and Excellent Stay

This was the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at. The little details like the personalized welcome sign and chocolates, stocked fridge and pantry, and thoughtful touches put it over the top. Great location near everything in SLO. Thank you!

Family stay

We had a great family stay! We planned a surprise party for our Cal Poly daughter. The owner was so helpful and responsive. Her welcoming touches were cute and appreciated. Our ages were 17-50. We spent $18 on an uber to go downtown one night. Home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a fun stay. Thank you Cecile

Wonderful gathering place

Cecile and Michael's was our favorite rental to date. Family and friends that stayed with us or visited each commented on what a find it was; from the many places for conversation inside and out, the comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, the interior and exterior design, natural light, and more. The house was so-well prepared with great attention to detail, including the many emptied closets and cabinets for storing everyday items that would otherwise spill out of suitcases. It quickly became the central spot for our west coast reunion and graduation celebration. All around this is among the finest of what home rentals should be!

Wedding Weekend

Had Family in for our daughters wedding. Loved the back yard and the seating area. Was great for morning coffee chats and evening soda pops. One concern was the "loft beds" were not really beds and had to get a blow up mattress for a couple of the adults that stayed there. But would definitely use it again but not have adults scheduled for those single beds. Thanks.

Relaxing & convenient location

The house & property were spot on relative to their description. We had 10 young to older adults staying their for a graduation & birthday celebration & it couldn’t have worked out better! The yard & property had lots of comfy sitting spaces to enjoy each other together or break off to have a little space of your own. It was close enough to easily get to slo for graduation festivities, but in a beautiful, family neighborhood which was relaxing. Cecile was an amazingly helpful, thoughtful & accommodating host. She welcomed us with a wonderful birthday sign for my husband & a variety of refreshing drinks for our enjoyment. Thanks for helping make this weekend extra special Cecile.

Serenity

Cecile and Michael were the most gracious hosts! They responded promptly and even came by within minutes to help with any concerns or questions with the hot tub/dishwasher. Their home was absolutely gorgeous & we had everything we needed to host & entertain a large group. There was never a shortage of towels or blankets. The outdoor area was spacious and the fountains were created such a serene space. We are all very grateful that The De Martinis’ & Blancartes’ shared this beautiful home with us! They even gave us luxurious Blancarte face masks!!! I would definitely return & bring my family here since it was so convenient to the beaches & vineyards.

Nice home lots of bedrooms

We had a pleasant stay at the home, which offers plenty of rooms and a very nice backyard. It was convenient to be able to text the owner directly. She was very thoughtful and left a gift for our guests, which was extremely kind. Upon checkout, she messaged us about some spots on the white couches and a piece of furniture that had been moved from the living room to a bedroom. While we're not sure how the spots could have been caused by us, she assured us that they were covered under insurance, so there was no need to dispute it. We've never encountered this situation at any home we've stayed at before, and we travel often. This experience has made us aware of the importance of taking photos upon arrival.

Couldn't be Better

Can’t say enough good things about this wonderful home and Cecile and Michael, our gracious and kind hosts. The house easily and comfortably accommodated the 12 members of my family. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t available for our use. On arrival we found some treats as well as some provisions thoughtfully provided by the hosts to get us started. The backyard is indeed beautiful and everyone from the youngest to the oldest in our group enjoyed spending time relaxing, playing games, and soaking in the hot tub. The house is in a great location, convenient to everything. Again, thanks to Cecille and Michael for enabling our family to have such a memorable reunion.

Great for extended family

I came to SLO with my family, my sister’s family, and my dad. What a great house! Everything followed the description on the website, and Cecile, the owner, was so attentive and thoughtful. Communication with her was quick and responsive, and she added thoughtful touches like a chilled bottle of white wine for our arrival, and a welcome sign for me and my family. The only thing to be aware of is that the two twin beds in the loft area are two futons/couches that lay flat. Not totally what we expected but still worked. The hot tub was so great, and there was a fun ax-throwing set (plastic) in the backyard as well. Cecile made her house so welcoming for guests, we appreciated it so much. It was in a quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for us. Walking distance to the middle school so our kids could go over there and play on the fields and courts. We had a great time, thank you so much Cecile!

Great girls weekend

We loved how many rooms and beds this place had! The accommodations were lovely - we enjoyed the bottle of wine and the nice new fridge with great filtered water + ice! Communications with the host was seamless. Thanks for the stay!

Lovely Stay

Gorgeous house, very clean, lots of socializing area. Host was very responsive and friendly. Location was close to restaurants and 17 minutes away from Pismo.
