Situé dans la prestigieuse vallée d'Avila, cette maison est le lieu de rassemblement idéal pour des vacances en famille ou des événements sur approbation. Ceci est une maison de luxe personnalisé sur 13 acres avec environ 3650 s. F. Cette maison a cinq chambres et quatre salles de bains. Une cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils de qualité professionnelle qui comprennent deux fours, grand ßlot central avec évier de préparation et grand garde-manger. Le plan d'étage ouvert a plafonds voûtés, trois cheminées, planchers de bois dans les espaces communs.

The house was amazing! Perfect size for my family and extended family. The house was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. The backyard was a huge plus. The outdoor games kept us all entertained! Perfect location too. I will definitely stay here again. The owners were super helpful and responded right away if we had any questions.

Such a great spot for a small reunion of classmates from Cal Poly. Great location for hiking the ridge by the house, heading in to downtown San Luis, or the beach in Avila or Shell.

Fabulous Property

We were in Avila for a family reunion and this was a perfect place to house the 11 of us and we were able to enjoy the beautiful backyard with some of the extended family. The host was very easy to work with. Would love to return sometime.

What an awesome place! Tons of room to spread out, and the outdoor area was a highlight—perfect for relaxing by the fire pit. We lucked out with sunshine on Saturday, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend this spot for a great getaway. Thanks so much

Girls Weekend on the Central Coast

We had a fantastic weekend vacation! Check in was perfectly convenient. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The home is fantastic for a large party. Wonderful location for large family gathering

We stayed here with our extended family to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday. We loved the location and the many different zones inside and outside to sit and talk. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we cooked several large meals together. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we really appreciated having 4 bathrooms! Fantastic stay!

Great place for large family gatherings

We had a great vacation in Avila Beach. The layout of the house and yard were perfect for a multi-family visit. There was plenty of room for our large group to be together without feeling cramped. The kids loved playing in the yard and relaxing in the bunk bed room. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. Communication with the host was easy.

Amazing Property, Wonderful Host

Our experience could not have been better. The property was as beautiful as the photos looked. Jasi was an amazing host answering questions quickly both prior and after our arrival. We had family staying in the house with us and hosted our wedding on Saturday. People couldn't stop commenting on how amazing the house and outdoor spaces are. The valley setting was lovely. Highly recommend for hosting an event or just relaxing with a larger group.

50th Wedding Anniversary

The property is beautifully appointed and comfortable. It is located a short distance from the beaches at Avila and Pismo as well as to wineries and dining in and around San Luis Obispo. Our host was always available for questions and assistance. Our grandchildren enjoyed the big, fenced-in backyard and we enjoyed the spacious kitchen and great room for meals and entertaining. We look forward to staying here again.

PERFECTION!!!

The farmhouse is absolutely perfection!!! When we arrived, the farmhouse looked exactly like the pictures in the online listing. Once we opened the door the house, it smelled fresh and clean. As we entered to the rest of the house, it was bright and just...perfection...."WOW" is the word that came out of each one of our mouths. Exactly like all other reviewers stated in the reviews, bake goods from Avila Farm (delicious) and a nice bottle of local wine...what a gracious host. The kitchen, pantry, linen & supply closets are all FULLY/generously stocked. Oh, the farmhouse is not stocked with warehouse brand supplies [Charmin toilet paper for example ;)] Jasi is the most amazing host you will ever meet! She checked in on us daily just to make sure we have everything we need to enjoy our stay and unlike most host, I actually didn't receive an email first thing during the day of check-out with a long list of "things to-do" prior to checking-out. The check-out was very simple. We know she takes excellent care of the farmhouse with beautiful decorations and fresh plants. Final note, unlike other places where we stayed, there is no rush to provide a review and/or requesting only a 5-star review, otherwise, contact the property manager directly. Our family of 3 generations from age 5-65 and 15-month rescue retriever enjoyed a beautiful family reunion at the farmhouse. This is absolutely a 5+star property and we have planned to stay here again soon!

Perfect!

The house and property were perfect for us! We had a group of adults. Yet, there was room for everyone to have their own space when they needed it and plenty of room to cook and gather. A wedding reception was hosted in the back yard! Beautiful yard, the unique vintage trailer was fun for drinks and dessert bar. Really everything we needed from tables, chairs, outside heaters, BBQ, Traeger and enough room for event parking was included in the event pricing. The hosts were easy to communicate with.
