The main residence is 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with an incredible wraparound porch with views of Terrace Hill. The home features a generous open floor plan allowing guests to easily and comfortably flow between the kitchen and the living room. The home is wired with Smart Technologies and a panel in the living room instantly turning on lights, TVs and more. Stainless steel GE appliances including refrigerator, microwave, stove accompanied by a wall-mounted pot filler, and dishwasher accent the modern kitchen. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the deck or the beautifully landscaped front yard!

Downtown San Luis Obispo is only one mile away with a number of different fun ways to walk, bike or drive to your favorite restaurants, coffee shops and shopping destinations. Cal Poly is a short 1.5 miles away and Terrace Hill (SLO's famous in-town sunset viewing spot) is only 1/2 mile away.

Beaches, wineries, hiking and the best of everything that San Luis Obispo County has to offer is a very short drive away!

Everyone in our multi-generational party enjoyed this gracious, newly remodeled home. The large common space made it easy for us to gather for meals and games in the evenings. We highly recommend booking, and we will do so in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this home in SLO. It was CLEAN, which I truly appreciate. It was well decorated and up to date. The views from the back of the home are quite peaceful and we were all quite comfortable in our rooms. The home does sit on a busy street, so there was traffic noise. It was close to impossible to make a left turn out of the driveway for much of the day. It is about a 1-mile walk into town.

Absolutely lovely and immaculate

Our very best experience with VRBO rental! Kitchen well appointed; beautiful bed linens and plenty of bath towels. Comfortable beds. House was immaculate and Tricia was on top of communication. You will not be disappointed.

Visit to Cal Poly

The house was lovely and despite being on a busy road was very quiet. It was a great location to pop in and out of downtown, over to Cal Poly, down to Avila, etc. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

For an annual friends trip we chose SLO and could not be happier with the BEAUTIFUL home we got to spend the weekend at! The home was perfect for enjoying time catching up with friends and the proximity to downtown San Luis Obispo made it easy to go out for a nice meal and do some shopping. The property manager went above and beyond for us. We can’t wait to visit again!

The sweetest home

Walking into this home was like walking into a catalog! The remodel on this home has been done so well and the host does not skip on amenities! Everything about this house was so cute and welcoming making you feel at home the minute you walked in! Tricia was an amazing host and always quick to respond will definitely be visiting here again!

One of the best

We had the best stay at this property as a group of moms looking for a relazing weekend getaway. This property has amazing accomodations and is extremely clean. The house was clean and crisp finishes as if it is not even a rental property. The owners provide bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, makeup remover with pads). This is by far the best house we have stayed at!

Perfect weekend getaway

A group of my girlfriends and I came to SLO to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We were concerned about the weather after seeing flash floods in the area but Tricia remained very communicative during the process and was very understanding of our travel concerns. When we got to the property, it was more than what we expected! The home was so beautifully designed and decorated, well equipped with everything we needed. We would love to come and stay here again!

Fantastic weekend!

We stayed in this beautiful home for our annual family girls’ trip. The house was immaculate and so cute! It had all of the needed amenities and lots of little things that were great surprises- tea, sugar, lots of spices, etc. The property manager was fantastic and responded to emails and phone calls almost immediately. We had 2 elderly family members in our group, so we had a lot of questions about the house to ensure that it would work for them. Tricia had all of the answers! Check in and check out were seamless. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Such attention to detail in all of the spaces. There were charming Christmas decorations up to enhance our stay. The kitchen was amazingly well-equipped with everything we could need - and then some! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

A fine home

We enjoyed our family stay in Tricia’s home. She is an excellent host. The home has been recently remodeled and feels new. It is also nicely furnished and very well equipped. The location is close to downtown and CalPoly. Traffic on Johnson Avenue can be heard when outside.

Friends Weekend

A group of six women, all friends from childhood and now living all over the United States, gathered together at this wonderful house in San Luis Obispo for a long weekend. The house is beautiful with good spaces for gathering. We were able to walk to the downtown area and drive to nearby wineries and hikes. We didn't need to contact Tricia about anything however, how she handled check-in, leads me to believe she is a person who is organized and on top of things and would work to make things right should you have a question or concern. I highly recommend this house for a family or friend gathering.
