La véranda est prolongé pour plus d'espace. 2ème étage, de sorte que 1 escalier! Cette propriété est absolument spectaculaire. Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club est une communauté fermée de condominiums. Il y a trois courts de tennis de style professionnel avec éclairage de nuit; un pro de tennis est à votre disposition tous les jours pour des cours ou l'amélioration de jeu coaching.
La grande, récemment rénové piscine est idéal pour "tours" et aussi pour de petites activités des enfants de l'eau. séances d'exercice sur la base de Piscine sont proposés chaque matin. Les douches et les toilettes sont situés dans le grand pavillon près des tribunaux piscine et tennis.
Une des caractéristiques les plus intéressantes de la Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club sont les nombreux sites archéologiques. Ces zones protégées fournissent un aperçu de la vie il y a des années hawaïennes. Chaque site dispose d'une description affichée est des activités qui ont eu lieu il y a des années et des années.
Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club possède de nombreux jardins et des sentiers pédestres. Fleurs et feuillages tropicaux sont abondants. Il y a plusieurs aires de barbecue en plein air pour les clients à utiliser.

The property needs a total refresh. The screen doors would not open easily. The unit smelled for two plus says until it was aired out. The beds are beyond useful life as is most of the furniture. The kitchen was clean but again needed updates. Pretty clear this unit has been heavily used plus most of the beach chairs are broken. I was able to salvage two for use we have stayed at the complex now for the thrid time and wont be booking this unit because of the issues above

We’re sorry to hear some of the beach chairs and furnishings did not meet your expectations, and we will certainly review those items with the owner and maintenance team. We also appreciate the note regarding the screen doors and initial odor upon arrival, as that feedback is helpful for us moving forward. Condo was clean, furniture was standard and acceptable, great view as per VRBO website, response to one request answered promptly.Kitchen was substandard:Non-stick fry pan and two sauce pans were unserviceable, including damaged surfaces plus fry pan lid missing its handle. We replaced the large fry pan because it was unusable and left it there. Preferable to have either plastic or wood utensils to protect nonstick surfaces-when the items are replaced with new ones!Various silverware from various garage door finds, also rust on some silverware and most knives in the counter block were rusty.Very slim inventory of glassware and only two small bowls that would be used for fruit, yogurt, etc., Plastic plates less than desirable. Plastic cutting boards are a joke.It would be great to have the following:Salt, one box of Kleenex, enough large trash bags so we can take out the daily because we are staying in a tropical environment.Miscellaneous problems:Dirty ice chest, broken Beach chair that was replaced, ironing board cover is stained. Some bug problems including tiny little crawling bugs in the kitchen and two cockroaches. Consider exterminator service.I hope you advise the management company Knutson and Associates about all these problems and the good comments.Sincerely, Annette

Awesome view and location

The condo was perfect for us. Great location with amazing views, especially of the setting sun. The entire property was great. In a perfect location with easy access to the "downtown" area. Property owners were easy to contact and even reached out making sure everything was ok.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at this location for a week with my two young kids and we had a great time. It’s clean, safe, and absolutely gorgeous! The view of the Pacific is very beautiful with huge balcony, large glass walls, and lounge to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed, closet had plenty of linen and towels for a large family. The best part, the house also comes with lot watersports things, like snorkeling gears, water boards, coolers, beach umbrella, etc. Manager was very prompt to answer any questions and ready to solve any hiccup asap. Overall, will rent that place in a heartbeat.

The view is incredible! Seams like if we were in the unit, we gravitated to the wrap around balcony. We saw quite a few whales. The unit was clean. Love that it had a few beach towels, chairs and coolers. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!
