Un magnifique condo en bord de mer dans un complexe privé avec vue sur l'océan et la ville de Kailua. Ameublement élégant dans cette maison impeccable loin de la maison. Entrez dans une magnifique cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec de beaux comptoirs de granit et de nouveaux appareils. Tapis confortable sur vos pieds dans le salon et les chambres.
Les deux salles de bains ont été rénovées. Le maßtre a une douche à l'italienne, tandis que le bain d'invité a une combinaison baignoire / douche. Laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur pour votre commodité.

L'unité 3-203 du Surf & Racquet Club est une toute nouvelle location de Knutson & Associates Property Management que nous sommes fiers de représenter. Nouvellement ajouté en mars 2018! Soyez l'un des premiers invités à rester dans ce condominium de luxe.


Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club est une communauté fermée de condominiums. Il y a trois courts de tennis de style professionnel avec éclairage de nuit; un pro de tennis est disponible quotidiennement pour des leçons ou un coaching d'amélioration de jeu.
La grande piscine, récemment rénovée (Redone en 2016) est idéale pour les "tours" et aussi pour les activités nautiques des petits enfants. Les douches et les toilettes sont idéalement situées dans le grand pavillon prÚs de la piscine et des courts de tennis.
L'une des caractéristiques les plus intéressantes du club de surf et de raquette de Keauhou sont les nombreux sites archéologiques. Ces zones préservées donnent un aperçu de la vie hawaïenne il y a des années. Chaque site contient une description des activités qui ont eu lieu il y a des années et des années.
Le Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club possÚde de nombreux jardins et sentiers de randonnée. On va directement à une plage !! Les fleurs et le feuillage tropical sont abondants. Vous trouverez plusieurs zones de barbecue en plein air.

Just what we needed!

Our stay was amazing. My favorite part was sitting on our Lenai listening to the surf. We wanted to play pickleball but there was no gear. I messaged the manager and by end of day they delivered a new set. We had bought a collapsable cooker and beach bag. We never even used them as they had what we needed including beach chairs. The place was stunning and comfortable and everything I needed to stop thinking about work.

Very nice breeze through both bedrooms. Well appointed. Disappointed that although there were lots and lots of tv stations, could not get currents stations with news, sports and shows. local mgr could not help when contacted. We hope to stay there again next year! should fix the kitchen faucet that sprays water when using the flex spout line. could use more supplies ie, toilet paper, soap, etc. Great spot and I recommend it to others!

Spring Fling

Overall, very positive experience. One debit is cookware. Pots and pans are worn aluminum. In this day and age where people are concerned about the impact of microplastics in food container products, Teflon coatings and aluminum, some inexpensive stainless pans and pots would be a welcome addition.

Wonderful!

Enjoyed mornings and evening overlooking the ocean and watching the sunrise and sunset. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for our days spent on the beach. One of my favorite properties we have stayed at!

Very nice unit

This is a very nice unit. The king bed we used comfortable, nice kitchen, living area and especially the lanai. The views of the ocean and Kailua are beautiful. Watching the sunset doesn’t get much better than this. A few small things could be done to make this a 5-star property, such as installing new toilets because the current old ones barely flush, replacing the tower fan which is noisy and barely works, and upgrading the ceiling fans. The housekeepers could also scrub the bathrooms a bit better. Bua really great unit

Reviewer Comments: This was my second stay at Keauhou Surf & Racquet which I highly recommend for its location, pool, gorgeous views, and lovely well-maintained grounds. I've had a great experience with Knutson both times. This condo is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax oceanside. The KTA market up the street has fresh ahi and organic produce, and our condo's modern kitchen had every pot and utensil we needed (but I always travel with my own sharp knife!). We enjoyed meals on the lanai. Beds are comfy, and we loved hearing the waves at night. The living room furniture is attractive and in good repair, and the carpeting felt so good to bare feet. There are ceiling fans in every room as well as large portable fans in the bedrooms, and there is a through-breeze from the sliding glass doors that open to the ocean, but be forewarned it does get hot in August!

Paradise

This property exceeds expectations! The lovely photos actually don’t do it justice. It is beautifully laid out to take advantage of trade winds. Right on the coast, with stunning views and sunsets. Very well appointed (nice, comfy furniture in and out, functional kitchen). It’s also well located — shopping, coffee, restaurants and in town Kona are nearby. We rented a car to explore the island. Parking is clear! Very quiet too, mostly just the sound of the ocean and that’s a gentle sound. Highly recommended!

Beautiful condo

This listing was absolutely perfect! It was very clean, easy to locate, and gorgeous views. While this property does not have AC, we were very comfortable with the windows open and fans on. I would definitely return to this listing. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed including spices and oils for cooking/grilling. The washer and dryer were amazing to have in the unit as well. All of the beach accessories were greatly appreciated and in great condition! I would highly recommend this unit!

Wonderful

Two couples shared this condo for a week's vacation. It had everything we wanted--nicely furnished, good kitchen, great views from the nice sitting area on the patio, and overall a very quiet complex. It's also in an excellent location, easy access to a grocery store and restaurants up the road, or a short drive into Kailua-Kona town. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this condo for a week. The unit was very warm inside when we arrived, but we opened the windows and turned on the fans and it quickly cooled off. Unit is very clean, grounds are well maintained, pool was great, good location near everything. We had a minor maintenance issue which was addressed very quickly. Overall a great experience.

Several dishes in cupboards weren't clean.

Fantastic view

Great location with ocean front property. Only 1/2 mile walk to a good snorkelling beach. Very well equipped property with swimming pool, tennis, pickle ball , and barbecues. Property is very well maintained with manicured lawns and beautiful flowers throughout. Condo was very well equipped with kitchen supplies and many beach supplies as well. We had a great stay.

All of our issues were quickly responded to. Since we stayed in October, I thought not having air conditioning would be okay. Due to climate change, I think I will always stay in an air conditioned unit from now on. I thought having carpeting so near the beach was a bad idea, but it is very nice to walk on barefoot. There are lots of extras available like chairs, umbrella, snorkel, fins and tennis rackets.

Ironman 2022

Perfect location to stay out of the main drag for Ironman. Short car trip into town for the event and beaches close by quiet and epic snorkeling. Apartment has an incredible ocean front view and a fully stocked kitchen. Ample free standing fans is lounge and bedrooms to keep you cool. 100% would recommend and stay again! Check in and communication throughout quick and easy.

Family Summer Vacation 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the location of this property. The sounds of the waves rhythmically beating against the lava rocks with the tropical flora sites and sounds are true paradise. I would have packed up the entire newly remodeled kitchen and taken it home with me if that were possible! A little disappointing: both bathrooms are windowless and do not have working fans! All the bed pillows could use replacing. They carry the oder from previous users. No number of pillow cases could conceal that smell! Those are the only setbacks. It's an amazing unit!
