Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club#4-102 is an incredible DIRECT OCEANFRONT ground floor unit, entirely remodeled throughout.
3 Split Air Conditioning units installed throughout this spectacular offering.

Knutson & Associates Property Management is so proud to be representing this absolutely breathtaking ground floor unit in building 4. Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice a large open, fully remodeled kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops. Fully Equipped with cookware, dish ware & all appliances you'll need.

The Open Living Room Room Walks out onto a spacious lanai which fronts the water, being Direct Oceanfront. Listen to the waves crashing from your little oasis!

Tiled throughout, this spacious floor plan is incredibly unique with special features that many units at Surf & Racquet Club do not have.
The Master Bathroom has a large soaking tub, with its own walk in shower as well!
Louver jalousie windows allow cool air to pass through the space if you need. Both Bedrooms in the Front & Back have comfortable King Sized Beds.

Direct oceanfront views from Living Room & Master Bedroom! You can comfortably sleep 4 people total in this 1170 square foot luxury condominium.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

Beautiful condo with amazing ocean views! We loved sitting on the lanai watching the sun set each evening! Location is a perfect jumping off point to exploring the other parts of the island. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Beautiful resort

Loved the ground level ocean view, grounds and property. Everything we wanted with easy access to beaches, snorkeling, turtles, restaurants and grocery stores including Costco!

Beautiful condo

The condo was just perfect for two couples. It was clean and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay watching the sunset every night. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. Especially recommend Sunset Kai Lanai.

Don't think twice, just book this property! They had everything we needed during our stay including beach chairs, umbrellas, lots of fresh towels and linens, utensils, AC, and above all a beautiful view. We are already looking forward to our stay here in the future.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was very nice, the only complaints I would have would be the sliding glass door did not function at all in the bedroom and only partially working in the living room. Also there was no designated guest parking spot for this unit, so if the two visitor spots were taken, it could be a bit of a walk. Loved the unit though!

Great Place To Escape

If you need a place to getaway, relax, enjoy stunning views of the ocean at your footsteps, this is the place. The condo was as advertised, spacious for two couples, very nicely decorated and a great lanai to begin and end your day on. I would highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying there again if we ever get back.

Beautiful sunsets & condo !

Self check in was very great- nice touch they left the lights on inside for us as we arrived late. Beautiful condo stocked with everything we needed including plenty of beach towels & chairs. The view was awesome- every night we watched the sunset-amazing! Grounds were very well kept and surrounding area was quiet. Pool was great and nice size-enjoyed it every day!

We loved our stay, very nice opening doors while we sleep to hear the ocean and enjoy coffee on in the morning! Clean and stocked. Only complaint was the washing machine left our clothes super smelly.. just needs a good cleaning I think.

The location was convenient although you had to drive to downtown, but we liked being in a quieter area. The view was to die for and the patio was huge! We had a wonderful baby moon in this oceanfront property and would love to stay here again. We had everything we needed and more. It is very close to some nice beaches, magic sands beach being our favorite. The property was equipped with necessary beach gear and had a fully equipped kitchen. They also had some basic kitchen condiments and made it easy for us to shop and cook our own meals. Extremely satisfied with the stay and highly recommend to everyone, including elders and kids.

Assorted swim accessories in chest on lanai.Cons: bedroom off the Living room is not private-the sliding screens do not block out any sounds or light from the LR. No dresser in same bedroom-no place to put large luggage pieces Parking in Visitor spaces -only 2 available for the 2 bldgs in our parking lot. A little walk to other parking lots.Overall- I’d stay again-loved sitting on lanai and looking out before and during sunsets. Amazing and usually quiet.

Perfect location

The property is beautiful, location is perfect and very quiet. Condo unit needs some attention. Back slider door latches don't work properly. When it's switched to unlock and you close them it catches and they lock. Got locked out! Owner keeps their car in the designated spot for unit and there is only 2 visitor spots available by unit. So it's inconvenient at times when the parking is full you need to park further away from condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous stay! The condo is lovely and the location is fantastic! We all had a great time exploring the grounds, using the pool, and playing ping pong. While in Hawaii we went zip-lining, snorkeling, boogie boarding, and hiking. We also cooked some great BBQ meals on the convenient BBQ grill, had some fun dinners out, and enjoyed the wildlife in the area. We've been planning this vacation since 2020, and are so thankful that we were finally able to go. Blake and the other rental agency personnel were great to work with and they helped us with some of the simple concerns we had while we were there. We hope to stay again sometime. Mahalo

Labor Day weekend away

The condo was very clean and spacious. It was very beautiful. Lots of amenities. Washer and dryer. Spa bath tub in the main bathroom. The view was amazing and we could watch the canoe race past. Coffee maker did not work and there could have been more toilet paper and paper towels but we just bought our own. Everything else Howe er was excellent and I would recommend staying there. 10 out of 10. Mahalo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were delayed getting to our destination. Could not get in touch with anyone at the rental company for the first two days of our stay. The rental is not clean and is a good distance from the best beaches. There is an odor that smells like sewage that appears to come from the bathroom shower or drain. There is a vent in the master bath that is excessively dirty.

Spectacular view and great AC

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view of ocean, although oceanfront there is no noise disruption got quiet sleep. AC worked great and was very comfortable indoor temperature. Great tile floors throughout all the way out to lanai. Washer and dryer the cleanest I’ve experienced in the 8 consecutive years visiting the islands. Furnishings are old, bed is lumpy. Several light bulbs were not working, most notably the pendant lamps over kitchen island. Guest toilet runs if not tended to. Window covering for bedroom don’t go all the way to the mirrored wall creating huge peekaboo, lacking privacy for bedroom area. Biggest drawback no designated parking spot, and not enough visitor parking for the 2 buildings sharing the lot, only 2 spots for 2 buildings. Additional spaces available 2 buildings away.

Wonderful condo with ocean views

Location, location, location! This condo is all about the location---right on the ocean. You can actually hear the ocean waves when you're in the condo. The air conditioning was great to have in all rooms as it was rather hot and humid during the day. Will echo some of the other reviews about the glass sliding doors that lead to the lanai---they lock for some reason when you close them from the outside. They are also quite sticky and need some lubricant so they run smoother on the tracks. This was the case for the screen doors as well. They were quite difficult to open and only my partner was able to open them. They need be replaced as it is probably the sea water that has caused corrosion on the metal tracks. Also, the unit was either missing/low on some basic cooking ingredients: no salt (we bought some and left it in the unit for future guests), no cooking spray (only cooking oil, of which there was a small amount left in the bottle), and no coffee for the coffee machine. For those staying longer than 5 days, please note that they do not provide additional toilet paper or soap/shampoo than what is initially provided and they expect you to purchase your own if you run out. Kind of bizarre and a little ridiculous in my opinion. As another reviewer also pointed out, the only parking spaces available are the visitor spaces as the owner apparently parks in the designated spot for this unit. That may require a little walk sometimes but that didn't bother us.
