Kona Makai 3-203 est un condo au 2e étage joliment aménagées avec une vue partielle sur l'océan. Le propriétaire a entiÚrement rénové la salle de bain avec une douche de plain pied en 2015! Ce condo est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour vos vacances! Votre propre réseau Wi-Fi privé à utiliser également! La climatisation est dans la chambre à coucher et salon pour votre confort! Lit king size dans la chambre. La salle de bain a été rénové, avec une merveilleuse promenade dans la douche!
Bùtiment 3 est particuliÚrement important en raison du positionnement de la 2Úme véranda privée. Il est beaucoup plus froid que tout autre bùtiment dans le complexe!

Just perfect

L appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description. Il est propre, trÚs bien agencé et trÚs bien équipé. Lave linge et sÚche linge dans l'appartmenet, siÚge de plage, glaciÚre, tout était a disposition. Le lit était trÚs confortable. La terrasse permet de prendre son petit déjeuner avec une vue mer. L'emplacement est idéal pour la visite de l'ile.

You could totally see the water and the amazing sunsets from the lanai. A little 30 second walk to the ocean front if you preferred to see it from there. The room was INCREDIBLE, and the property is immaculate. The remodel was stellar - honestly this was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in across all our trips to Hawaii. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend this room to friends and family if looking for a room that is less pricey than a true oceanfront. Also need to give 5 plus stars to Knutson and Team - we have booked with them multiple times and the service and check in is top notch! They really want your stay to be perfect! Mahalo for being part of an amazing week for us!

Insulting to consumers who pay inflated cleaning fees. AS A CONSUMER- I expect furniture to be sanitized, free of debris, stains on cloth furniture and cushion covers, rugs cleaned of stains, shower curtain washed and no food behind stove, dryer vent cleaned and wall stains from insects removed. Great Quiet Spot

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to spend 6 days on the Big Island. We loved being close to downtown and all the restaurants and in a spot that had its own coastline access, pool, and hot tub. The place was super clean and the kitchen tools and beach gear was excellent. We also appreciated having plenty of parking and a gate at night for added security. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a great place in Kona!

I was impressed with everything about this place. It is kept immaculate inside and out. The pool is warmer than most and the hot tub hits the spot. The grill and chill area right on the rocky beach is pretty epic. When I booked this place my only qualm was the carpet in the photos but that’s since been removed. Book it! Mahalo!

Two weeks Kona vacation

I had to make calls to the manager immediately requesting assistance. The manager was great in responding to our calls. All the issues were remedied by the next day. The unit was very nice with great view of the ocean from the lanai. We ate most of our meals there. The kitchen was a bit tight. Otherwise the rest of the unit was quite comfortable. AC units worked great. Didn't have to run it very long to cool down the entire unit. The water pressure in the shower was good. We enjoyed the condo and the grounds were well kept. Very pleasant stay.

The management was helpful. But the booking could be done easier, as we experienced in other similar condos: less mails (we got all twice from Knudson and ), some several times, a signment of a rental agreement we had in no other case and this was stressful for us, the download of an extra app we think is not necessary, a mail with the entrance codes one or two days before would be satisfying.
