The location of the condo is excellent. In walking distance to shops restaurants and beach. Quiet property and we’ll kept grounds and pool area. The host was marvelous and extremely helpful I will definitely return.

We spent hours on the lanai enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close enough to town to walk in but far enough away for privacy. We would definately stay here again.

Enjoyed staying in this fully equipped condo, had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool, grounds and bbqs. were very well kept up and cleaned every day. Nicely located just south of Kona. Very comfortable king bed. Joann was very helpful and responded quickly before and during our stay!

Wonderful stay!

First of all communication with the host was top-notch and very responsive to all of my questions. Secondly, the view is spectacular! The accommodations were very comfortable, including a nice comfortable bed and a great shower, as well as everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal or eat in. The location was ideal for visiting attractions both north of Kona and south of Kona. And parking is free. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lovely landscaping and a crew maintains the grills and grounds each morning. We were so excited to see whales and dolphins literally from our lanai!

Loved the tropical breezes and sounds of the ocean from this nicely appointed apartment that had everything needed for a very pleasant stay. Our stay was storybook. Couldn't ask for a better location...walking distance to town. The oceanfront view was amazing. Joann was over the top supplying everything one might need plus more. We would highly recommend her condo for anyone wanting to experience the Hawaiian paradise. Enjoy! Mahalo

Wonderful Vacation at Sea Village

My husband and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary with a vacation to Kailua-Kona. We stayed in unit 2303 at Sea Village and loved the location of the complex, an easy walk into town each day. The unit was clean and updated nicely with an amazing view. The owners were wonderful and treated us to lunch at the Green Flash for our Anniversary which was a surprising treat. You will find everything you need in this lovely condo for a most enjoyable vacation.

Enjoyed our stay here. Everything was labeled and clean; lots of amenities. Nice view of the pool, spa, grilling area and ocean. We had an issue with the toilet and it was fixed promptly. Great communication and follow up with the owner. We had to go downstairs to watch the sunset as we couldn't see it from our lanai; I guess certain times of the year it is not visible. It was nice having AC in the bedroom and movies to watch. We were able to log into our Netflix and YouTube accounts from the TV so that was a plus!

Anniversary

My husband and I just returned home from our 2 week glorious vacation. We cannot rave enough about the property, the condo, or Joann! The condo is close to everything and you could walk to Lona Town if you wanted. It has everything in it you could need or ask for including, beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels etc. The condo is comfortable and has an awesome view of the ocean. The lanai is a perfect place to watch the sunset. Joann is very responsive if you have any questions at all, but the binder she has put together with all the information about the condo and Kona itself is great. It’s like having a concierge service at your finger tips. The hubby and I will be back to her beautifully decorated condo in the future!

Excellent place to stay

We enjoyed our week here in Kona, comfortably based out of the Sea Village condo #2303. Everything was just as advertised, and Joanne was really easy to work with. We really loved having morning coffee and evening drinks on the lanai, watching the waves and hearing the ocean. And on our last night, I saw the legendary “green flash” from the lanai! The condo has everything you need, including beach gear, and laundry. It is immaculate, but not fussy. We also liked having Green Flash Coffee right next door. Those folks know their Kona coffee! One comment: the bedroom is on the street side of the building, and you will hear the traffic on Alii Drive. We found it to be in the “white noise” category, but it is noticeable. This is a great condo, and we would recommend it to anyone.

Great view!

The condo is clean and beautifully decorated with everything about Hawaii! The view from the lanai is perfect in the center and 3rd floor for privacy! Perfect location! We went in August and I was worried about it being hot but I brought some mini fans and was fine! Kitchen has all the appliances and tools needed to cook. Host is really helpful with pointing out thinfs to do and has a whole book of helpful stuff! Pool and hot tub are nice! I miss it already! I didnt need to rent chairs or umbrellas while i was there for the beaches. I brought a lightwieght festival blanket to sit on and found shade in caves and trees. I prefer to be in the water most of the time! There are tons of things to do on the island besides beaches! We rented a car and went everywhere. This condo is a great location if you dont want to rent a car because theres a lot of nearby things to do!

The unit worked perfectly for our trip to Kona. Joann was great host quickly responding to questions. Bed was comfortable and greatly appreciated the fans. Kitchen had a the items we needed. Just bring your food spices and good to go. Property and pool area we great and the bbq's got our use.

Previous occupants forgot to run the dishwasher but was no big deal as her appliances were very easy to use. Loved having a washer and drier available. The sweeper was a great thing to have available. Could not quite figure out the tv in the bedroom as the instructions left did not work for us. Surprised that her personal Netflix did not work for us. But made due with the live stream. We overpacked so it was a bit difficult going up three flights of stairs, but well worth it once you got up there. We enjoyed the space and would recommend. She gave recommendations as to what to do on the Island. We did them all! What a great vacation!

Fabulous location and vibe!

First time to Kona. Played lots of golf and did several of the marine adventures that were available. This property with its view and atmosphere were a delight to come back to every afternoon. The grounds, pool, barbecue grills were all immaculately maintained. Less than five minutes via car to the hub of restaurants and entertainment, the location absolutely could not been any better. We had family over for a potluck/barbecue down at the picnic tables and they were all jealous of our location compared to where they all stayed closer to downtown. It was a great vacation and this property was a highlight.

Beautiful view

The condo is really nice and comfortable. The bed is super comfortable and the furniture is nice and comfortable, too. The kitchen has three things you need to do your own cooking. Bring or buy your own spices. We loved the washer and dryer being right there in the condo. There is no AC but we only missed it a few times during our two week stay. The fans were great. We discovered booking a condo with AC is at least twice as much as this lovely condo. Restaurants and shopping are close. Kona is full of great places to eat. Note that the condo is on the third floor so being able to do the stairs is a must. Think if it as a bit of a workout everyday, which is good. We liked not having people walking above us which would happen if you are on the first or second floor. This condo is great and the best place price wise that we found.

We Enjoyed Our Stay

This is the third time that we have stayed at Sea Village but the first time in this unit. The grounds and buildings are kept in excellent condition. The view from the unit overlooks the common area that includes a well-maintained swimming poot and four gas BBQs as well as the ocean. It is about a 15-minute walk into town where there are many restaurants and shops. Our hostess was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. A few things are a bit dated, but we would definitely stay in this unit again.

Clean condo with great location

Perfect location, very clean and equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories. Having a washer and a dryer in the unit was priceless as I was traveling with a carry on. An exceptional view from the balcony. The only issue was that there is no AC, but if you leave the windows open and fans on at night, it cools down.
