Partial Ocean View Condo in Center of Kailua Kona

My airconditioned condo is located a block from the Ocean and gets cool ocean breezes during the day and has a great Ocean View.

It is located in the center of town and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a farmers market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

The Lanai faces west so you can enjoy the sunsets every evening.

If you want to stay in we have a full kitchen including a fridge, oven, cook top, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and even a rice cooker.

There is a 3 guest maximum in my property, We have a king sized bed in the Bedroom and a 12 inch inflatable twin bed (it is actually quite comfortable).

Wonderful! Laury was a great host! Condo was very clean, had everything we needed for the week, and was in a perfect location to walk to restaurants and the farmer’s market. Would definitely stay here again!

Aside from Laundry and pool out of commission the unit was very accommodating and comfortable. Fresh fruit and plush linens were nice. After the Kona low storm which brought heavy rains nand wind it was understandable.

Unfortunately, due to the recent heavy rains we had water and mud affect the laundry room on the ground floor and the swimming pool and both are now temporarily closed.

This place is not close to representing what you are getting. Its like a College dorm. Very ugly large building. Pool is a disgusting postage stamp joke that nobody uses. Its just not why you fly to Hawaii. Location was OK. Sure the place was clean. Thank goodness wall shaker a/c worked. You aren't going to enjoy your morning coffee on that balcony. Maybe if you're hung over. Just wish they were more honest about the place. Sorry, it was disappointing not what we expected.

Aloha Jim, I am sorry that you were not satisfied. I have accurately described my condo and my listing includes pictures of everything, including the building. When this guest arrived he called me and told me that he thought he had rented a seashore cottage of some sort but later in the conversation apologized and said the fault was his. Unfortunately you cannot please all the customers all the time :-)

The stay was great everything just right exactly the same in the pic , the location is wonderful surrounding by many shops and Restaurants just walking like 2 mins to get to the shore and Alii Drive where the shops and restaurants and bar as well, the Condo is very clean and full of many good amenities for the beach and it has nice balcony with ocean view such an amazing view , I highly Recommending and the host was very helpful and easy check in and check out process.

This condo isn't fancy, but it is clean and nice and located within walking distance of EVERYTHING. We had a nice partial view of the ocean and enjoyed walking to the beach every day of our stay. Our interactions with the owner were easy and uncomplicated. It was a great value.

There were so many great things about this stay. The parking was easy to access with a designated parking spot. From the parking lot, there is a secure elevator that took us up to the third floor with only four steps to navigate with our luggage. The third four balcony overlooked a peaceful, fairly private church complex with a beautiful ocean view. There was air conditioning available, but we did not need it with the windows opened. I have not slept so well in a long time and loved waking up with the birds. The king size bed was so comfortable! The condo was wonderfully located allowing us to walk to restaurants and happy hours which were just a block towards the beach. We also drove everywhere on the island from this location which was very easy to do. The day trips to explore the island were fantastic! Everything was clean, in working order, and well stocked with extra towels and paper products in the closets. We made good use of the beach supplies and Laury answered any questions that I had concerning our stay and was extremely prompt and helpful. We would love another stay!

A wonderful home away from home!

Laury was super communicative, and their apartment is centrally located (walking distance to the shops around town) with a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment is fully equipped with beach, kitchen, and entertainment stuff - you name it. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Great little beach condo

The property is clean, tidy, and has a great location. Nice amenities and a fair price for the quality of accommodations. Close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to many bars and eateries. Assigned parking was a great asset for this place. Easy check in and straightforward instructions.

Location of the condo makes it very convenient to get to all the places in the area including restaurants. You also get a great view each night of the sun setting.
