C'est notre maison, nous ne sommes pas une société de gestion. Maintenant, à propos de notre condo; La vue sur la mer à Kona Pacific! Venez profiter de la grande île de notre belle unité, propre, vue sur l'océan. C'est une unité de coin spacieuse et bien entretenue au 5ème étage avec une immense véranda. Notre unité de deux chambres et deux salles de bain est très spacieuse (829 m²) avec une surface habitable supplémentaire de 269 m² (269 m²) située autour de la véranda où vous pourrez vous asseoir et profiter du paysage tropical luxuriant et de la vue sur l'océan. Nous sommes continuellement à jour et l'ajout de nouvelles touches à notre condo; les dernières améliorations étant remodèle complets de la cuisine en Mars 2016 et salles de bains en Février à 2015. Récemment, nous avons également ajouté quelques nouveaux fans meubles, œuvres d'art, et lanai plafond. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité pour votre usage, un climatiseur et un ascenseur à proximité.
Le complexe Kona Pacific est un bâtiment en béton très calme avec jardins très bien entretenus qui comprennent une piscine avec un espace barbecue adjacente avec tables de pique-nique, cabane, longues, et mini-cuisine. Nous avons également une place de parking couverte réservée pour votre petite voiture intermédiaire, mais l’avantage de Kona Pacific est qu’elle est très bien située, à quelques minutes à pied des restaurants au bord de l’océan, de plusieurs plages et des boutiques de Kailua-Kona.

This condo was in the best location. Close to the main shops, stores, and restaurants in Kono. The condo was well equipped with everything and very comfortable. The balcony was amazing with its views and comfort. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Private Oceanview Condo

Very private, quiet and well maintained property. Short 5 minute walk to the closest beach which was great for watching the boogie boarders and surfers. We toured several coffee farms up in the amazing refreshing climate of the upcountry. Within walking distance of the main restaurant and shopping area. We would definitely stay here again.

4th of July week

Condo is perfectly located at the end of town, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Gina has literally thought of everything. Condo was spotless and has everything you need for beach days.

Great location!

This was a great rental! Very close to downtown so you can easily walk everywhere yet quiet in and around the unit itself. We loved the lanai specifically. You have a great view and we enjoyed reading and drinking our coffee out there every morning. Would definitely stay again :)

Awesome Condo

This condo is well kept, clean, and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The trees next to the balcony gave us great birding opportunities! The Rosy Cheeked Lovebirds were beautiful! The condo is away from the crowds and yet close enough to walk to restaurants, stores and ocean.

What a fabulous condo with amazing lanai views of the ocean and the beautiful property of Kona Pacific. Excellent!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Gina & Jake's. Very clean and comfortable, great location, and you have just about everything at your fingertips that you could possibly want. And Gina was quick to respond to any questions I had. I only cooked breakfast but the kitchen seems very well equipped. Nothing negative to say at all, even the pool was great. We knew in advance about the parking and we got a Nissan Sentra and would have not wanted anything bigger so that is our only word of caution. I'm not sure when we'll be back to Kona, but when we do, we would definitely want to stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

34th Anniversary & Newly Retired Getaway

Our 1st trip to the big island, celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary and recent retirement. The Seaview condo could not have been more perfect. The location is awesome, within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants on Ali'i Drive. And the view of the ocean and sunsets were beautiful. After a day of site seeing, it was nice to have a welcoming and relaxed place to come home too. The condo was very clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home. On our next trip to Hawaii, we hope to make The Seaview our home away from home. Thank you for sharing you condo with us.

Clean, comfortable, convenient condo with a view

Gina’s Kona Pacific condo was a lovely home base for our trip to the Big Island. It was very clean and I particularly appreciated that the sheets and towels were not heavily scented. We enjoyed having beach chairs, towels and an umbrella to use on beach outings. The lanai is fantastic. The lounge chairs and ocean view do not disappoint. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed breakfasts of fresh papaya and mango on the lanai. We would definitely stay here again.

Swimming Pool

We arrived to see signs that the swimming pool was closed and renovations were being carried out, which was slightly disappointing, as close by beaches were not really suitable to swim in or sit on. Car park space is very compact. Otherwise great location especially for the Kona Ironman event which we came for.

What a nice place to stay!!!

We looked at multiple places to stay and chose this condo as it was close to shopping and dining. My wife and I celebrated our 34 yr anniversary and were nothing but elated with this place. The condo was immaculately clean , well furnished, easy to find and the private parking spot was very nice and accessible. Gina was wonderful to communicate with and responded promptly. The condo is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants as well as minutes from the airport. You have a great view and literally the lani is situated where neighbors are not visible and as such you are not visible to them, talk about feeling like your own private retreat! Thank you for a wonderful experience we now see why you have a 5 star rating! Mahalo!

Beautiful, exactly as described

I couldn't be more pleased! The condo was clean and set up with everything we needed to enjoy the week. The view from the Lanai was gorgeous and we enjoyed our coffee from there every morning. We only swam in the pool once but it was nice. Lots of places to eat a short walk away and many with ocean views. I would definitely stay at this VRBO again if we come back to this island. It did not disappoint.

Home away from home

We loved our stay here! The home was so well stocked down to the rice cooker and the salad spinner-it met all our needs. The view is fantastic and the complex was very quiet. While sitting on the patio, we saw so many birds and the landscaping was beautiful. The condo is situated so that the trees provided much privacy from the complex next to it. We felt completely tucked away. The covered parking space was a bonus and the home is well stocked with beach toys. A very short walk to shopping area, food, and the oceanfront. The property owner was very polite, responsive, and communicated with us prior to and after our stay. We will be staying her again for sure!

Recent Stay

Loved the location of this property! It was a great first introduction to Kona. The outdoor space was amazing. There were so many fans in the apartment and a sea breeze that we never felt the need to use the AC (there were some 90 degree days). This was had all the amenities we needed for our stay and were glad that we chose this place for our longest stretch of the trip (6 days). We enjoyed the pool (which was mostly empty) a few of the nights. Loved the restaurant across the street. The bed did get a bit uncomfortable after the first few nights. There is a mattress topper but may want to consider replacing the mattress. Plenty of pillows though to cushion more if you need it.
