Ces vues à couper le souffle s'étendent d'Avalon à Atlantic City depuis près de 1000 pieds carrés de terrasses et de porches couverts. Quatre chambres à coucher plus un loft, 3. 5 salles de bain plus une douche extérieure offrent beaucoup d'espace de vie avec une cuisine, une salle à manger et une grande pièce répartie sur 3 étages offrant 3 niveaux de terrasses expansives donnant sur le sable et la mer. Il y a 1 King plus salle de bain dans la suite principale, 1 chambre avec un lit queen, 1 chambres avec 2 lits doubles et une chambre avec 2 lits simples. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit gigogne sur le loft au 3ème étage, permettant de dormir pour 10 personnes. Beautiful weekend

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was clean and gorgeous with plenty of sleeping room. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean was incredible. Art was a great host and was available for communication. Would love to come back!

All the comforts of home at the BEST location EVER!!

I don’t have one bad thing to say. The whole experience was perfect. Communication with Art was top notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house was perfect for our three families and the 5 kids 9-14. My 9 year old said “it’s amazing!” Plenty of great places to eat within walking distance. I am thankful for the core memories our families made on this trip!! ❤️

Great Stay!

The location of this beach house is ideal because of being right on the beach. You can see and hear the ocean from all the beautiful deck space and inside. There is all you could need for the beach, from chairs, boogie boards and games to play on the sand to bicycles for riding through the quiet and calm neighborhood. Inside- lots of spices in the kitchen, games to play, and tv and movies. The only down side was the blinds on the first floor bedrooms. They were difficult to handle, so most of the time the rooms were dark. That did not take away from the good time we had during our stay. Quick responses from the owner. Thanks Al!

Wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Our family had a fantastic stay at Art’s house. The location was amazing — the view from the porches was perfect for my elderly parents and the kids enjoyed being so close to Wildwood. But mostly, we relaxed in the house or on the beach. I loved the various swings and couches/chairs on the porches. Thanks for sharing your house!

A home away from home

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home away from home. The views are majestic and the memories we made here will last a lifetime. The location and property are well maintained, fully stocked with odds and ends to supplement your stay (we forgot sugar for coffee). Art was so easy to work with and the communication was effortless. Our family highly recommends this property and will return in the future!

Comfort, Ease, and Panoramic Beach Views

We rented this house with three other couples for a weekend wedding in early May, before the summer season got underway. We enjoyed lounging on the house’s decks and gazing out across the dunes at the ocean. The house was immaculate, and the kitchen is very well outfitted. The host could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We’ll be back.

Wonderful stay at a wonderful property!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this delightful home more than we can say. Firstly we are so grateful for the Host’s flexibility in letting us move our weekend when we found out the hurricane would be hitting. The views and proximity to the beach and water were amazing. Everyone loved the outdoor shower! Looking forward to returning next fall.

The location of this house is absolutely amazing! Sitting on the deck listening to the waves was incredible. This house was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in and the owner was so friendly and quick to respond with questions we had.

Long weekend family birthday celebration

We found Art’s beach house to be the perfect gathering place to spend time with family. We lucked out with wonderful weather the duration of our stay and we’re able to thoroughly enjoy time spent on the beach front balconies, the beach (just steps away), the house bikes and the bbq.

Beautiful property

Spent an amazing week with children / grandson at this property. Plenty of room for all of us, spent most of our time on the deck overlooking the ocean. This was the most equipped home I have ever rented, had everything you could think of and more! Art was there to greet me and gave a tour of the house as well as showing me how to use everything. We have already decided we would like to rent there again and again! Thank you for an awesome vacation!

We are Philadelphia natives who relocated to the New York City area, and this home keeps us connected to our Philly roots. We stay connected to our family and friends through our many visits to Sea Isle.

We identified this property as our dream vacation home and we spent 7 years pursuing that dream. We finally realized that dream in 2014 and we are eager to share the unique experience this property offers with you.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The biggest benefit this house has to offer are the expansive wraparound decks that offer unparalleled views of the ocean from Avalon to Atlantic City. It is truly the best view on the island. The rooms throughout the house are also very spacious which allows for a casual and social setting we were looking for.
