Ocean Front luxury Condo, Center of Town - sleeps 11, parking for 3 cars

This 3 Bedroom, open floor plan home located on the promenade in the center of town has picturesque views of the ocean that instantly relax you! Whether you enjoy people watching in the Summer or the crashing waves in the Winter - you will LOVE the view! We purchased this home in November 2020 and have completely renovated every bit of the interior for comfort, functionality and modern convenience. You'll enjoy the brand new farmhouse kitchen, elegant bathrooms, convenient walk up bar and the dining room that is perfect for family dinners or game night. There is an ocean side deck that is perfect for relaxing as well as a side courtyard which is great for a picnic. We have an elevator for convenience, enough space to park 3 cars and plenty of storage access for your beach toys, surf board and bikes. We are conveniently located in the center of town where you can easily walk to your favorite shops, bars and restaurants.

This is a great property with modern finishes and it's kept very clean. Perfect for our family of 4 but there was an extra bedroom so plenty of space.

Relaxing Weekend

My daughter and I came down for an impromptu stay to celebrate her birthday. We had a really nice time and we’re lucky that it was warm enough in November to sit out on the beach for a bit. The condo was nicely styled and very clean! The only downside was that the elevator was not working. We hope to stay again.

Perfect Location!

Condo was beautifully decorated. My family really enjoyed the ocean view deck. Many restaurants were in walking distance. Owner was very responsive to my questions. First time at Sea Isle, definitely at the top of our list as one of our favorite places!

Great house

We had a great time at this home. The house was clean and in a great location. We loved being on beach and watching the Osprey dive for fish and fly by the house with their catch. We loved sitting out on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

I stayed here with my sister and a group of our six friends and we had a great long weekend! The unit was very spacious and we had plenty of room and slept comfortably. The location was perfect -- close to the shops and the restaurants/bars. We loved the ocean view -- the deck was spacious enough for us all to enjoy. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Thanksgiving at the shore.

Great property as described. Nice views, easy access to beach across the street, and clean. Master bedroom had comfy bed; there was enough room for Thanksgiving dinner for 9 of us; kitchen was well equipped, and elevator came in handy for my dad who can’t do stairs.

Perfect location and a beautiful space!

I am reluctant to leave a review because i loved this stay so much and know that it may be unavailable for me to book again! I found it perfectly clean and stocked with everything one would need. Being beachfront and 1/2 block from WaWa was amazing. :) 11 out of 10 starts and I am quite particular! Looking forward to booking again.

Lovely and very well equipped apartment, Wonderful location.

We had a great week in the apartment. It is beautifully decorated and the and we spent a lot of time in the terrace. The location could not be better, convenient to restaurants, stores, the beach and promenade. The only issue we had that the elevator was not working, these things can happen but it was advertised as having one and we were not told beforehand about it. The view could not be better. We would definitely come back.

Perfect Beach House

Everything was outstanding! Location was perfect- walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, night life. Steps to the beach with spectacular views of the ocean. The back porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails and games. The elevator was a huge bonus and the unit was beautifully appointed and fully stocked with anything one could possibly need. Will definitely rent from this owner again!

Great location and view but not “luxury” as advertised

Pros - Great location, nice updates to the house. Beautiful bay windows for seeing the ocean. Cons - Very dirty. They need to have a DEEP clean. They made updates that are nice but there are still many things that are outdated and need attention. Air conditioner broke and it was fixed but when I said something to the owner the message I got was "Listen.... air conditioners break". When I am paying over $6,000 a week, that is not the answer I want to hear. I feel as if the owner was very dismissive of my concerns (dirtiness, AC). I hope the owners take this constructive criticism and make some changes in the future.

Perfect location, excellent hosts!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 14 & 17 yr old) stayed a week at this beautiful beachfront condo. Everything was perfect! Rental is the lower level in the photo and having a covered porch is such a rare treat for beach rentals. We had option to sit in sun or shade, also to still sit "outside" during a summer rainstorm. Adorable beachy decor with upgraded/modern design choices. Hosts were super responsive to answer questions and pass along suggestions for places to check out. They also provided beach tags which you don't always get with a rental. (along w beach chairs. Sand toys, beach games, etc were also avail). Location on the promenade was fun people watching awesome to hear the ocean while on the porch. Yet, still quiet when door closed and inside the condo. We are already planning for next summer and it is so nice to know we've discovered a great place to stay at and enjoy Sea Isle!

Beautiful Home in Great Location

While we did not have the best weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were grateful to have such a great home to stay warm and dry during the rain! The home is beautiful, larger than we expected but still with the cozy-feel. Location was great, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and easy access to promenade and beach. Definitely recommend!

Former Marines, NJ and NC natives - we love the beach! We purchased this home for our family in 2020 and with the help of our dad, renovated the entire property. This is our dream home yet because we are both employed full-time (Lee is a firefighter; Melissa is in sales) our schedules don't yet allow us to spend our entire Summer at the beach. Until then, we are happy to share our home with others. We hope you enjoy the sound of the ocean, the smell of the salt air and the central location as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The Quarterdeck is in the heart of town with a spectacular view of the Ocean. This unique property has 3 parking spaces, an outdoor courtyard with a private garden as well as an ocean front deck you won't want to leave. We have ensured that it is family friendly with all the comforts of home. With the additional trundle bed and sofa bed, we can now sleep 12 people. It's a great space to be shared by 2 families or a multi-generational family looking for an Ocean retreat with something to offer everyone.
