Beachwalk Resort Lake House avec commodités et vue panoramique sur le lac Kai.

Entrer dans la palette de couleurs grise et blanche d'Irish Mist évoque une chose: le bois flotté. Les morceaux de bois desséchés que vous trouverez sur la plage sont durcis par l’eau et le vent, allégés par le soleil.

Depuis le perron, entrez dans le chalet et installez-vous dans la grande salle avec un canapé d'angle invitant et rembourré avec une chaise supplémentaire près de la fenêtre pour lire votre sélection de livres du jour ou regarder un film sur votre téléviseur à écran plat. Il y a un bureau fourni dans le salon ainsi si vous avez besoin d'un espace pour répondre aux emails ou peut-être écrire dans votre journal.

La cuisine a une belle table de ferme pouvant accueillir 8 personnes et un comptoir de bar supplémentaire pouvant accueillir 4 personnes.

Prenez l'escalier ouvert et ouvert vers le haut pour le charme frais et invitant des chambres à coucher qui ont toutes besoin d'avoir des vues.

Laveuse et sécheuse superposées pour votre usage pendant votre séjour.

C'est également ici que vous apprécierez le mur de fenêtres et les portes-fenêtres menant au porche avec moustiquaire donnant sur le lac Kai. C’est vivement recommandé pour les concerts de cricket que vous entendrez probablement le soir.

La table à manger peut facilement accueillir 10 personnes affamées pour l'heure du repas et la cuisine mise à jour saura plaire au cuisinier.

Pour votre temps extérieur, profitez de la promenade le long du lac Kai jusqu’à la jetée, où il est connu pour ses excellentes activités de pêche sans escale ou tout simplement pour s’évader un moment. Vous êtes également très proche du parc Waterfall, de la piscine, du terrain de volley-ball, du terrain de basket-ball, du court de tennis et, bien sûr, à quelques minutes à pied du lac Michigan, de Sheridan Beach.

Great location. Being able to sit and view lake Kai was great. Community seems very nice and family oriented. Most amenities were closed due to time of year but it was expected. Access to Lake Michigan was fantastic with a nice wood walkway for ease of access. Really enjoyed the property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was the perfect spot for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and you absolutely cannot beat the views of the lake out of the open concept kitchen/living/dining area. The home had everything we needed including games and toys that our toddler appreciated. There was plenty of seating throughout the home and the cable television was appreciated - we watched lots of the ongoing tennis tournament! We made use of the golf cart a couple times to head down to the beach of Lake Michigan (though you can absolutely walk as well) and the golf cart was large and clean and easy to use. The Beachwalk staff was very helpful and non-intrusive. The park was a close walk for our little one. We were there in off-season so did not have access to the Beachwalk amenities such as the pool however we essentially had the entire place to ourselves, which was incredibly peaceful. One of my favorite vacations and would certainly stay here again and recommend Beachwalk as well as this property to others - can't beat having access to the beach, lake,and swimming/fishing dock right outside your door!

We already miss the Irish Mist

The house is the best one at the Beachwalk - perfect location - great view and lovely home. We had a great time and loved being at our family's "Happy Place" for a family vacation! Wish Irish Mist provided beach chairs and rented their golf cart but no complaints about the house - it was wonderful!

We enjoyed being able to ride around on the golf cart and look around and close parking to walk across the street to the beach. A nice little community for families to get together and enjoy the quiet time. Amenities are an added bonus as well.

Irish Mist...very nice home for our vacation.

Perfect home for our 4 adults and 3 small children. Nice porch overlooking peaceful lake, nice boardwalk to beach area, but it is a hike. Pool house and snack shop very close. All good.

We have six adults and five children in our family.Our grandchildren love the location on Lake Kai, right near the fishing pier. Plenty of space for us all to spread out, and the open plan layout of the kitchen and living room (and the full view out back of the beach) made it super easy for everyone to exist in the same space. We loved that there were 2 wagons to use for pulling supplies to the main beach, and being able to use the golf cart was such a fun feature for the kids.

It’s located near the fishing pier, and lake Kai where our children spend a lot of time. We have 6 kids ranging from 6 months to 12 years and each of them had more then enough space to sleep. The kitchen and living room were open and great to hang out in. Right before our stay the owner allowed the golf cart to be included, which was wonderful! We had one rented but that allowed us to cancel.

The golf cart was super convenient to get around -- we even used it to get to the Beachwalk entrance to the dunes for family pictures. The bathrooms were pretty cramped with 8 people but we made it work. Our coffee maker was broken but maintenance supplied us with a replacement the same day we called. Great time!

It’s perfect location for multiple age kids. Little ones can be playing at the beach, others can be on the fishing dock, or head to the clubhouse without crossing roads, just taking the dock. It was clean, the workers are always friendly to our children. I love that Irish mist has a golf cart included as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another wonderful stay at Beachwalk. This was our 5th year staying in Irish Mist. The owners seem to do improvements every year. It's much appreciated. The only issue we had was the back door handle kept falling off. It took 3 different maintenance men to come 3 times to resolve it. They were over right away. They eventually had to come back the next day with a new handle and we were unable to lock the door 1 night. All in all they did all they could in a timely manner and were very professional. We definitely booked this house again for next year.

You cannot beat the location with it being on Lake Kai and just a few houses from the pool. Furniture was very comfortable - including the beds. We had 10 people and everyone slept so well!
