Just completed in July 2024, "The Sandlot" is ready to welcome your family to a memorable Beachwalk Resort vacation. This stunning new home boasts a bright, colorful, and airy interior, ample outdoor space, and all the modern comforts you need.

With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and an outdoor shower, "The Sandlot" can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests. Whether you're gathering around the living room fireplace for a movie night or enjoying s'mores by the fire pit, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

Nice touch adding thr golf cart. Could ride down to right across the street from the beach. The beds were comfy and the space was good for 10 people but if kids, then 12 as there were 2 sets of bunk beds.

Beach Walk community is so easy, peaceful and I felt very safe there with our children running around at the pool, park, pond, and Club House. 10/10 would recommend!

(We had a few properties within beachwalk) great layout, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and blankets, kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of seating inside and out! We all loved the back patio, fire pit and golf cart! And 2 houses down from the park-great for the kids! The management company was very responsive during booking process and while we were on site through text and quickly addressed any needs we had. Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home that was extremely clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking, baking, small appliances and BBq needed to prepare and serve family meals. Checkin was a breeze and we were allowed an late check out which was very nice

We enjoyed the large kitchen and all its amenities, and the seating around the dining table, island, and the back screened in porch made breakfast and dinners very enjoyable for everybody to have a space.Everything was bright and three bedrooms upstairs and three baths was wonderful. We also enjoyed using the golf cart and the fire pit. We would definitely return to sandlot in the future.

Girls getaway

Loved the house! Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. No real complaints though we could have used a few extra shower towels and the water dispenser wasn’t working but maintenance did come quickly to try to fix it. Overall a great stay!

This is my third time at Sandlot and it is absolutely perfect. If you like to cook the owners have everything set up for you. All the beds are very comfortable. It is a great couples get away or ladies retreat. And of course perfect for families.

We have stayed in BeachWalk before and booking through Beachwalk rentals was the best experience yet. They were attentive from check in to check out. We had a battery on a smoke alarm need replacement. The maintenance guy was there in under an hour to take care of it and all I had to do was text them. Highly recommended the house and booking directly through Beachwalk rentals.

There are lots of areas and games in the house that the kids enjoyed. We ate every meal on the amazing screened in porch. It was located right by the playground. It has a golfcart so it is just a few minutes to get to the pool and Lake Michigan. We will definitely be back again! This is our new vacation spot!

Love the resort . Very nice house for our multi generational family. Had tons of fun even though the weather wasn’t the best. The house had lots of extras including the golf cart, games and beach equipment.
