Formal dining at the farmhouse style table seat or grab a quick bite in the fully equipped kitchen at the additional table or bar top.

Screened in porch with comfortable seating areas, tables and relaxing party lights. Pull up a chair around the beautifully designed, must have, firepit, or compete in a friendly yard game or two while the family chef cooks dinner on the gas grill.

4 parking spaces, 2 in the front along the street, 2 in the back in the driveway. Overflow parking lot within walking distance.

-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

Sleepin' Inn rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Friday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).
