We were in Bar Harbor for a long weekend for our sonâs wedding. This apt was the perfect size for our family â cozy, clean & easy walking distance to downtown area + short drive to Acadia. We would def stay here again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bar Harbor and Acadia NP. The accommodations were clean, convenient to the Park, and just what we needed. We would definitely recommend this listing.
Perfect location for our trip to Bar Harbor & Acadia - walkable to all of the shops & restaurants, and an easy drive to Acadia hikes. The off-street parking was amazing to have!
The house was well-stocked and comfortable, and generally clean (bedding and linens, etc) but could very much use a deep clean and vacuum.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There is plenty of room for us and our 2 adult children. The location is perfect as we could walk to everything in Bar Harbor and not have to deal with parking. We hope to be back someday!
The owner was very helpful and so nice. The property was perfectly located, The parking was super easy. Loved the big and well stocked kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was an unexpected bonus. I couldnât have asked for a more perfect place to stay while my adult daughter and I were in town. 5 out of 5 stars in every aspect from my perspective.
This a wonderful place to stay. As they say: "Location, location, location"!! It is central to everything in Bar Harbor, and it has two free parking places!! We enjoyed our stay very much would definitely return when we come back to Bar Harbor. Thanks Tom and Chris.
The apartment was clean, filled with interesting art, books, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The location was superb! We could easily walk to the harbor, the restaurants, and shops downtown. We enjoyed breakfasts at Jordans, and lunch/dinner at the Side Street Cafe and Finback Ale among our favorites. We both discovered the wonder of tides for the first time at Bar Island. Wow!
I lived and worked in Bar Harbor for years and I spend as much time here as possible. My brothers are fortunate enough to live here year round. In 2004, we built this house for our mother. This is where my family and I stay when we're here.
