Cet appartement au premier étage bien meublé et récemment rénové est situé dans une rue calme au cœur de Bar Harbor. Il s'agit d'une nouvelle liste de propriétés HomeAway disponible à partir d'août 2018. La maison est à quelques pas du chemin de l'île Bar, du chemin Shore, du port, du village vert, des restaurants, des magasins, de l'épicerie, du cinéma, du musée, des banques, du bureau de poste, de la pharmacie et de toutes les commodités du village. Bar Harbor est une destination accessible à pied, avec des sentiers de connexion vers le parc national d'Acadia et un service de bus gratuit Island Explorer situé à proximité au Village Green.

Le spacieux appartement au premier étage a un hall d'entrée, une chambre avec un lit queen size, une salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des herbes, des épices, du café et du thé, et tous les outils et appareils de cuisine divers comme à la maison. La cuisine s'ouvre sur un grand coin repas / salon, une table pour quatre et un coin salon qui se transforme en un lit de taille standard. Au large de la cuisine / grande salle se trouve une buanderie et un salon séparé avec un grand canapé sectionnel et une télévision à écran plat.

Le pont d'entrée de la cuisine a un barbecue à gaz et le porche donnant sur le jardin est un endroit merveilleux pour siroter votre café du matin ou déguster un verre de vin dans la chaleur du soleil de fin d'après-midi.

Very nice accommodation

I was looking for a quiet get away near everything Bar Harbor has to offer and this did not disappoint. Clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this rental.

Acadia National Park Trip

Rented this place in Bar Harbor and everything was great. It was so nice to have room to spread out and not feel cramped. The place had exactly what we had hoped for and more. You could walk to shops, restaurants and the water. It even had a porch where we sat to enjoy drinks and the sunny late afternoons. I would definitely return to this residence should we return to Bar Harbor.

Perfect Retreat

We rent vacation rentals many times throughout the year, and this home was absolutely the cleanest we have ever stayed in...like not a speck of dust anywhere! It was so nice to be able to walk to dinner every evening. The harbor is also an easy walking distance We recommend staying here to everyone!

Great location; so very quaint and clean; the owners were extremely responsive and provided excellent information! We will definitely go back to Acadia/Bar Harbor, and will almost certainly stay at the property again!!

INCREDIBLE Home Away From Home

First of all, the location was fantastic! Dead center in town but off on a small side street, we had our own parking space alloted only to us. We were equidistance between the downtown boat docks & the main shopping & restaurant areas.

Heart of Bar Harbor

Could not be a more convenient location. Minutes walk from restaurants, shopping, as well as the walk to Bar Island. Wonderful apartment to rent. Love this place!

Cute home in great location

We could easily walk to everything in Bar Harbor and were a short drive from Acadia National Park. We enjoyed kayaking & biking with Coastal Kayaking Tours and hiking on Cadillac Mountain. We had coffee and breakfast around the corner at Slice of Eden. The home had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We were happy to have AC in the bedroom, although the window unit was a bit noisy turning on & off during the night. I would recommend this rental and would gladly stay there again!

Great location. Clean and well managed.

This is our second time at this property; we liked it so much that we came back. The location is great (it saves a lot of money not to have to pay the city on-street parking fees). The apartment was immaculately clean and well furnished. The owner stocked all kinds of things you may have forgotten. Communication with the owner was pleasant. It was a quiet, comfortable place. Plenty of space. We highly recommend!

Starting the summer off in Maine

My husband and I spent four days in Bar Harbor at this great place. The location was perfect. We simply walked a few blocks down into town. The unit was well equipped. We were well rested to start the day thanks to a comfortable bed. We were very thankful for the off the road parking too. The unit is one of several in the converted home so you may hear the footsteps of those upstairs, but again, this place has all the great features for any Bar Harbor rental. We would recommend and stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Amazing anniversary

This house was way more than I expected! Everything was so cute! Many games offered and my husband beat me twice at scrabble! We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do! Amazing how close to Acadia national park, yet in the heart of bar harbor! I most definitely recommend this get away house to anyone visiting the area!! Thank you so much!

The property was very clean and had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked and included some spices. The property is in walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor and you can walk to the grocery store. The bed was comfortable and the seating on the front porch was great for reading, knitting, and enjoying a drink of wine or ice tea. There was a nice selection of games.

Undeniably Perfect

When I first viewed this property to potentially book our stay, I was skeptical when I saw there were hundreds of reviews and they were all 10/10. But all of the reviews were accurate. It is in the perfect location, which is quiet and out of the way. But it's close enough to downtown that you can walk to everything. In addition, the house was stocked with miscellaneous items (foil, salt and pepper, pasta, pasta sauce, first aid kit) so that you didn't have to go to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. My wife and I are definitely planning on coming back and staying here again.

Comfortable, Well-located First-Floor Apartment in Bar Harbor

We enjoyed our 2-week stay in this spacious one-bedroom apartment! Clean, well-outfitted, a short walk to everything Bar Harbor has to offer (ex: <1 block to grocery store) and a few minutes drive away from 4 ways to enter Acadia (important depending upon where one wants to go in the Park to avoid traffic). Having a second 'living room' was very handy - allowed for Zoom calls and working in privacy. We had 1 question upon arrival and Doug answered within minutes - question resolved! We would definitely stay there again!!!

Pristine, cute apartment with great access to Bar Harbor

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kim and Doug's place! This place was extremely comfortable and immaculate when we checked in, couldn't have asked for more. It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood street, just off Cottage Street but still very convenient to walk downtown for shopping, restaurants and exploring. We had everything we needed here and really appreciated the washer/dryer for taking care of hiking clothes after a long day out in Acadia. Enjoyed the early mornings being able to walk around town with no crowds and enjoyed the proximity to many great restaurants so we could walk everywhere. Communication with owners was great and they provided a very comfortable, well-cared for place with thoughtful touches (extra extension cords, blankets (we didn't need them), full kitchen with utensils, etc., plenty of towels). Would stay here again for sure and no hesitation to recommend it - lovely apartment with attentive, gracious hosts. A nice find in Bar Harbor for sure!

Excellent place! Awesome location!

This property is amazing. Very nice furnishings and very clean. It had everything we could possibly need. At first I was a little worried about other renters being in the other portions of the house (as we usually rent an entire house or property), but this was no problem at all. We barely could even tell anyone else was on the property. The location was just amazing. Stayed all week and never paid for parking one time. Walked to every store, restaurant, bike rental we visited. Driving into the park was quick and easy too whether you entered by Kebo St onto the one-way section of the loop road or went in via Eagle Lake Rd onto the two-way section. Not sure when we'll get to go back, but when we do I will definitely check the availability of this rental first. Never met the owners, but there was really no need to. Everything was smooth and easy and they communicated everything I needed to know. Made some great memories. Would go back tomorrow if we could!

Comme à la maison

L’appartement est super, propreté , calme, très bien équipé , le lit est confortable . La localisation est parfaite , à moins de 5 mtes du bord de l’eau et à 2 mtes du centre-ville et de l’épicerie ( a pied) Accès rapide pour le parc Acadia. Doug répond rapidement à nos questions .
