Belle maison spacieuse et personnalisée à louer au terrain de camping familial Ocean Lakes. Espace extérieur très spacieux, accessible aux personnes handicapées, cuisine gastronomique, téléviseurs à écran plat dans toutes les chambres, grande SMART TV dans le salon principal, 2 télévisions à écran plat en plein air, matelas et literie de qualité. Grande vanité en granit à l'étage. Peut accueillir 12 personnes confortablement. Trop de grandes qualités à énumérer!

L'espace extérieur est premium par rapport à la plupart des autres maisons de location Ocean Lakes. Rampe pour fauteuils roulants avec terrasse Trex. La maison est sur une large rue avec une allée en béton pleine. Pont à l'étage et beaucoup d'espace couvert en bas à l'extérieur pour se détendre et regarder la télévision.

Vous ne serez pas déçu de cette maison.

Ocean lakes

Owners responded quickly the first day when the gilf cart tire was flat anf had repaired quickly. Property needs a deep clean. Could not be on the outside porch area due to several roaches in the evenings. Had seen roaches in kitchen and bedroom. Outside shower extremely dirty and mold on the ceiling. area.

We had a good time. We had a rough start with one of the golf carts, but we got it straightened out enjoyed our stay. The owners are very kind.

Rodent Infested/Dirty

We stayed at this property a few years ago and had no issues. This most recent stay was very different. The house was not clean when we arrived and needed some updating for the $350 a night being charged. We could hear what was either large mice or small rats in the walls at night. We also saw the rodents scurrying around outside the house in the parking area. We did our best to hide the situation from the ladies in our group. Manager was very delayed in responding to our communications. Not planning on returning to this place again.

Everything is right there.

Had a wonderful time. 5 kids, 5 adults big enough for us, would be a little tight If we were all adults. Kitchen fully stocked. Location great. 2 golf carts was great. Nice porch. Outside shower was wonderful with the kids.

Loved this house!

This was the perfect house for our family trip that included 7 adults. There was more than enough room for all of us to hang out and spend the week together. We loved that it was tucked away in a quite location, but still close enough to everything we needed! The only complaint we had throughout the week was the downstairs queen bedroom bed and fan squeaked and was unable to be used. Overall, we had a great stay here and definitely plan to book it again next year!

Beach Trip

This house was awesome! Had plenty of room for the 8 people in our party. It was very clean and updated. I liked it because it was kind of hidden and not right on the road like most homes in the area. House is actually nicer and feels larger than the pictures on the website. I want to mention that this house has a ramp for anyone in a wheelchair. One of the bathrooms also has a large enough entryway for a wheelchair. Thought this was definitely a feature worth mentioning. Will definitely consider staying there again next year.

Loved it

This home was perfect for our families. We had adults downstairs and teenagers upstairs. Plenty of room to spread out and eat. We loved how comfortable it was and we had everything we needed. The only thing I’d recommend is replenishing the silverware utensils and a new can opener. Maybe a big skillet too because the largest one we couldn’t use. The only other thing was I noticed a musty smell in the laundry closet that’s was strong when we opened the door. But, other than that we had a great time and would recommend the house for sure!

Poor condition

Poorly cleaned. Showed it's age. Very difficult to contact owner. One golf cart had multiple issues, including poor brakes. Water bugs inside, bee's nest in tree outside. One person stung. Can't understand poor cleanliness for the $200.00 cleaning fee.

We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. The house is very accessible for a family member in a wheelchair, and the owners were very cooperative and easy to work with. The upstairs thermostat quit working during our stay, and after a call to the owners was immediately fixed. Our only misgiving about the house is that the garage/sitting area and deck upstairs were covered in leaves and pollen and had not been cleaned at all for spring. Also, while the interior was clean for the most part, rugs needed vacuuming. This could all be because it is early in the season, but we spent most of our first day sweeping leaves and dusting outside. Then, we found a leaf blower. I wanted owners to know that if they had paid someone to get the house ready for renters, the job was not done. Lovely place, though, in a very quiet and peaceful area, and we enjoyed renting their golf cart also.

Property needs some up keep but not a bad stay.

The house is tucked behind a couple others but has plenty of parking. The included golf carts work great. The kitchen floor is coming up needs replacing. The upstairs plumbing drains terribly slow which Im sure it is due to all the sand in the P traps. The kitchen is not very well stocked so you may want to bring a few pots and pans if you plan on cooking. Overall not a bad place but it could use some TLC. We enjoyed our stay. I can say I probably will not return to Ocean Lakes. It has become way to crowded with more high risers going up. The beaches are so packed you cant even walk. The pool and water park are the same. Teenagers run wild playing vulgar music and using fowl language. We rented 2 golf carts from Ocean Lakes and both where junk. When we tried to exchange them they told us nothing was wrong with them. The lines at the store, snack bars etc are extremely long. If you like long lines and rude tennagers this is the place for you. After 20 plus years I will not return.

Yearly Beach Get Away

Hoping this helps someone else considering this property. Pros: Good location. Golf carts were AMAZING. The garage held several useful items like a wagon, chairs and other beach goodies which was great! Cons: The house was not cleaned when we got there, with the exception of the bathrooms. Outside area had items left over from someone else. The trash had not been emptied, had a horrible smell and had to be cleaned. The golf carts were disgusting and had to be cleaned before use. It stinks to have to clean a house before being able to start your vacation. The listing doesn't clearly say anything about bedding and towels. There were two large bags, that looked liked linens, but because the listing doesn't clearly explain the rules around linens, I wasn't sure if there would be a charge to use them. There were comforters on each bed but they were old, had stains, and musty smelling. The beds were very uncomfortable as well. There was a lot of mold on the master bathroom ceiling. The bathroom rugs were old, musty, and had stains and were in the dryer when we got there. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. There were water bugs, which is to be expected when close to the beach, but I've never had so many inside a house while at the beach before. This house has so much potential and with a few small, inexpensive changes, it could be an amazing house for vacationers. However, in my opinion, based on the condition of the house, it is not worth the price paid.

Worst vacation stay ever

We had so many issues with this house and will never stay here again….house was nasty when we got there after paying a cleaning fee (hair in the showers, fingernail or toenail clippings on the bathroom counters, floors gross and made our kids feet black on bottom immediately, carpet disgusting upstairs and all furniture including ceiling fan blades was so dusty which made our family sneeze our heads off all week and we saw numerous roach bugs and had to check all our bags when we got home to make sure we didn’t bring any home which also made us decide to leave a day early because we couldn’t take it anymore), advertised with 2 golf carts which is one of the main reasons we booked the place- the blue one went at a snails pace and broke down Monday morning and we had to push it across the campground back to the house which was awful, the owner had ocean lakes pick it up Tuesday to look at it and I messaged her if they knew how long we’d be without it, after 24 hours they finally messaged back saying I could go check on it myself which I thought was horrible customer service so the advertised 2 golf carts wasn’t true in our case, advertised as fully equipped kitchen well all frying pans were ruined, could not use, I sent owner pictures and she said I could go buy some and she would pay me back but who wants to go pan shopping while on vacation, the upstairs shower takes about an hour to drain, the downstairs took forever to cool down the first 2 days and finally got cooler but not as cool as we’d like when it’s so hot outside. Also after check out the host falsely accused us of breaking a cabinet where the trashcan was, heck we didn’t think they had a trash can, in the kitchen like most people because we didn’t look in the cabinets for a trashcan, who puts one inside a cabinet, that’s gross to me?? We used the one on their porch all week. I have filed an incident report with VRBO for this false claim. Our family saved our hard earned money to make this vacation great however, unfortunately, we just picked the wrong house for that to happen.

Great experience

This property was just as described. This street was fairly quiet. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions that I I had prior to the beginning of our vacation. She was also quick to respond to me when the front office required approval to allow an additional vehicle to come in Ocean Lakes. We enjoyed our time in this house and would definitely stay again. The property owner was great to work with!

Hi! My name is Tierney and I grew up in Myrtle Beach. I moved to Rock Hill to attend Winthrop University and after receiving my teaching degree, I stayed. Ever since starting a family, I knew I wanted a place to bring my family back to and experience the things I did with a child.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this property because it felt like a home when we walked in the door. We also love the amount of outdoor space. Many of the homes in Ocean Lakes are so close together that there is no room for hanging out outside if you aren't on the deck. We loved the yard area for children to play in. It is in a great location in Ocean Lakes. You are close to everything!

Our property has a long driveway for parking so you can use the area underneath the house for other activities. Plenty of outdoor space! It is equipped with a large table with chairs and a TV!
