Trois chambres à coucher, deux étages, 1776 pieds carrés, un garage pour voiture, au bord du lac, maison de ville située dans le tout nouveau complexe de luxe d'Oakwater, fermé et fermé, à seulement 1,5 km de Disney World. Spacieuse suite parentale avec lit King Size, commode / miroir et TV plasma 26 '. Deuxième chambre principale meublée avec un lit queen size et une télévision plasma de 26 '. Troisième chambre joliment meublée avec deux lits jumeaux, commode / miroir et TV plasma 20 '. Laveuse et sécheuse fournies au rez-de-chaussée (1er étage).
Cuisine pleine grandeur avec tout nouvel ensemble d'ustensiles, porcelaine, argenterie, cafetière, mixeur, grille-pain et lecteur radio / cd. Tous les appareils (réfrigérateur, four et lave-vaisselle) sont neufs. La salle du petit-déjeuner comprend 4 sièges avec une grande fenêtre donnant sur le lac. Le bar peut accueillir deux tabourets de bar. Coin salon meublé avec canapé-lit (queen size) et causeuse. Le patio blindé est équipé de 4 chaises et d'une table pour profiter de la vue sur le lac.
La salle à manger sert 4 personnes. Le salon est meublé avec un grand canapé et une causeuse. Un téléviseur plasma de 46 'avec télévision numérique par câble et lecteur DVD est là pour vous offrir le divertissement de première classe. Un garage pour une voiture offrira la facilité de stationnement. Nous fournissons une serviette en papier de départ, du papier de soie pour salle de bain, du détergent à lessive et à vaisselle, des sacs à ordures et des savons. Les locataires devront acheter plus de fournitures au besoin. Les fournitures de démarrage sont juste pour donner une longueur d'avance.

The first day we were stuck in the vrbo waiting for serviceman to install new, internet boxes packaged up in a closet. We were not compensated at all for our time. The condo was dirty, carpet stained, light bulbs out, microwave door broken, and host never returning our calls. Bad vrbo. Stay somewhere else

I've seen better places for the price

Overall not bad experience. Locality is good, very close to Walmart super center. Nice spacious rooms, Living room and sit out areas. Cleanliness could have been better. toiletries are not sufficient, kitchen utensils are little bit greasy and rusty. Could have been better for the price.

Worth the price

My family spent spring break visiting Disney. Positives -location is very close to the parks and easy access from the main road -very clean and spacious -priced well for what you get -extra pool toys in the garage Negatives -not enough linens - towels, pillows in short supply for the number of people allowed to stay -stove is not in great shape, and coffee pot is inoperable -plenty of dishes but NO kitchen cooking essentials (oil, spices) hidden in the cabinets (except salt & pepper) Overall I would recommend. It worked well for our family for this trip!

Everything we needed

Nice little condo that was in fairly good repair. Not very modern but the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 3 of us. We would stay here again.

Disappointed

As soon as we walked in, there was an overwhelming smell of mildew. The queen bed had a broken slat and the box spring was on the floor on one side. A side rail fell off of a dining room chair when we pulled it out to sit down. The coffee pot water reservoir is warped and will not close. The lid to the carafe is missing also. There were several missing vertical blinds on the sliding glass doors. The tv in the bedroom at the top of the stairs didnt work. The screen door off the back was missing a hinge and wouldnt close. Overall, it wasn't very clean. The carpet in our bedroom had candy wrapper, cellophane, tags from clothing, and a toenail! Downstairs there was a gummy bear on the floor and the furniture was very dusty. The downstairs toilet is oval with a round lid - obviosly doesn't fit - and it was missing a bolt. We contacted the owner upon arrival via text message as it was late at night. No response. We text him the following morning and sent pictures of the issues listed above. No response. The third day we text and called leaving a voicemail. He did call back and had someone come fix the bed and the screen door. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and the condition of the property. We will not be staying again.

Comfortable townhouse close to Disney

We enjoyed our stay- everyone had their own space and we had all that we needed. The gated community felt very safe and there was a lovely pond with fountains out the back. There were a few small maintenance issues that could be addressed: There were a lot of light bulbs out so we had to buy a box of candle bulbs so we had adequate lighting in the dining and entry way. There were not enough wash cloths in the bathrooms- only 4 total, and 2 of the beach towels had large holes in them. Several light fixtures did not work at all. The cable in the master bedroom did not work. But overall the place was clean and we were comfortable for our 8 day stay. The Disney parks were just a short 15 minute drive away. And Walmart is right next door!

Super easy check in and close to everything

Loved the location, check in/out process super easy. TVs were a small, but barely had time to watch them so it was fine with us. Kitchen was stocked nicely, had many things other rentals I have been to didn’t have. Would stay again!

Buena estancia

En general nuestra estancia estuvo muy bien, la casa estaba completamente aseada al momento de que llegamos, el vecindario es tranquilo y los vecinos muy amables, hacen falta algunas cosas de mantenimiento a la casa pero nada que impidan disfrutar unos días tranquilos en familia. Le daría un 10 solo que nunca pude contactar al propietario para aclarar unos temas de accesos peatonales. La gran ventaja es que tiene el Walmart a unos pasos y los parques a 15 min.

Great location

The gated community was nice the hot tub and pool were great in the evenings after Disney! Walmart is literally within walking distance and a gas station with it. Easy to Disney! Trash dumpsters are by pool so we just took them when we went. Property was clean had the starters except dishwasher fluid, all the kitchen needs you need, basic coffee maker with filters on hand! It was nice and clean, and man the beds were so comfortable I slept like a log! Had to wash the kids clothes all week but it was wonderful not having laundry or stained clothes when we got home! Walk in shower in upstairs bath, tub and shower in upstairs bath. Huge closet in MBR. Couldn’t figure out the bedroom tvs how they worked but we didn’t really have time for that. Big screen was downstairs and half bath and a pull out couch, plenty of blankets upstairs and there were extra pool toys and strollers in the garage. Owner was delayed in responses but he has a regular job so totally understandable, be prepared for delays for questions lol. He was very accommodating and understanding when we had some issues with the website and billing!

No owner. No management company. NO communication. No cleaning

Since i booked, more than a month before check-in date, i sent a couple of messages to the owner/management company through VRBO and never got reply, also called an went to voicemail. This was an alarm ringing... but since i was already charged, and refund was not possible due to being close to the check-in date, we kept the faith. Before arrival we got an automated message with detailed check-in instructions, and mentioning to call the owner upon arrival. Check-in info was good, and we got in... found the house was not cleaned since last guest. Tried calling the owner, again went straight to voicemail... there was a cleaning company phone... disconnected number! By this time we were friking out, was owner alive? Anybody could get in the house with the same code we got. Called VRBO, and got a lousy support... they couldn't help nor refund or relocate... they onlly offered $50 so i can buy cleaning supplies and clean the house myself. Real crazy... i thought VRBO was serious. We started looking for another place to stay... and later like 7pm a girl arrived and opened the door and started cleaning like nothing. She didn't know anything... just was sent to clean. Owner or management company never showed... or called during stay. Besides that, the house looks dated and poorly mantained... but since it was cheap we imagined this could be the case. It's a nice community and a nice property, i could be brought to good standing with little... but it's like nobody is behind the wheels. NO COMMUNICATION EVER! Idk how VRBO allows this listings...

It was very spacious. Entry and check in was easy. Location was excellent,close to all attractions. It had everything we needed. Was clean enough (room for improvement) Would definitely stay here again.

This home had everything we needed!!! The community pool is amazing with water from 2 inches to 6ft. For all ages! We also enjoyed fishing in the pond and caught so many fish on every cast! Great place for my family! Thank you!

Didn't give 5 stars for cleanliness because the cleaning people did not come before we got there so the place was still sitting from previous tenant. Rashid had it handled ASAP and they came a few hours later.

Great property and location

The location of the property is ideal for families looking to take advantage of the entire area. It is only a few miles from Disney, about 10 miles from Universal and 8 miles from Sea World, so using Uber and Lyft was very easy and affordable. It's about 25 miles from the Orlando Airport. It is secure (gated community) and well lit. Mr. Khan provides you all the information you need to enter and take advantage of the amazing pool and club house in the community. The townhouse itself has a nice layout and all of the amenities you need including washer and dryer on the second floor. Very quiet area so getting good night's sleep was easy. The main tv is a smart TV w/Roku so you you can use your own streaming services and there is cable tv and wifi as well. All appliances in the kitchen were in working order and clean. Overall the place was spotless and we appreciated the starter supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. What is also nice is there is a WalMart less than 1/2 mile away so if you do grocery delivery you're set for the week. We saved a ton of money by eating breakfast at the townhouse and packing sandwiches/drinks for the theme parks. There is also a vacuum in the townhouse so if you're a savvy traveler and use those vacuum bags to maximize your luggage it was nice to be able to re-pack the same way. If you rent a car you have your own driveway parking spot. Overall, we had a great week, a few families we met in the community were super nice and we would stay here again.

This is very clean and 5 Star property only 1.5 mile from Disney. The rate is the lowest guaranteed. I will match any rate for the same kind of property. Two level town home 3 bed 2.5 Bath 1750 ft2.We provide starter paper towel, bathroom tissue paper, laundry and dish detergent, trash bags and soaps. Renters WILL HAVE TO BUY more supplies as needed. Starter supplies are just to give a head start.

Very quite resort you can come and go at your time. Swimming pool is fantastic view of the lake. Hot tub is there to take all the body aches and relax to keep ready for the next day of fun and activities
