Dear Guests: A Queen bed is 5 feet wide FYI& do you have a second bathroom at this condo. I have a king bed and another condo if you want to request it? All but 1 Kīhei oceanfront condos are on S Kīhei Rd and TOP FLOOR 5 is farther than most others as well as not by a trash shute or elevator which are something this guest doesn’t realize what she missed, too bad she didn’t read description or look at photos well. The following UPDATES: new microwave, new Aircon units,new pineapple carved bamboo barstools, new sheets& comforter &towels& NEW DISHWASHER (I’ve tried to get granite counters and since pandemic things are backed up unfortunately therefore I offer lower prices than anyone in Maui Sunset OCEANFRONT resort with TOP FLOOT OCEANVIEW walking distance to SHOPS! Scuffed are the fridge handle and abit on counter tops,chair legs as usual on sturdy bamboo furniture which is STANDARD In MAUI HAWAII (+a sectional comfy sofa which is not bamboo standard) You can get cheaper in third floor or less where palm trees block the oceanview partially or get a king bed for future stays. Or book something different than this condo which is advertised AS PICTURED. I strive to offer value& do sincerely want guests to be happy so it’s disappointing when guests don’t read description carefully or choose someplace with photos they like and just look at price or book last minute like mine was only open because of a last minute cancellation president holiday week(fyi Valentines week is our MOST BOOKED week of the year second to 12/26 week)book early and please ask for LONGER TERM &single occupancy discounts as I AIM TO PLEASE:-) also Thank you for taking the time to submit a review, Aloha, Sincerely, Nida

The tv was replaced twice, bigger now and no more issues! I am sorry that Spectrum created a problem for many owners in the building but I’ve resolved mine, at the expense of this guest’s time. While there are a futon plus 2Queen airbeds, 5 people only stay here a week max for vacation when they can’t find 2 bdrms. This has TWO BATHROOMS so better for getting ready in mornings/for dinners out, etc. This lady lives on maui in a luxurious house most likely her view is better than here as well as size because if you read my other reviews are mostly 5 stars and people super pleased with location and amenities including many spices, cooking oil etc- again, things this guest didn’t need, but a vacationervis happy not to have to buy a new container of spices for $7 when they only need a pinch. We have not just the minimal coffeemaker and toaster, we have many extras like steamer, RICEMAKER, French press& more, toaster oven too:-)

I have many lamps in my garage so I could’ve easily brought one! There’s a new lamp there now and in daytime there are huge windows and a sliding patio glass door all across one wall. There’s also an overhead light. Anyone staying should always request needed items as I can usually deliver them in under 24 hours! For paper supplies and soaps, we start you off and you supply your own during your stay we are not a hotel so don’t deliver towels or room service. Thecondo is well stocked and rarely without needed items. There aren’t lights on the balconies so as not to disturb neighbors nor attract flying pests. Any questions - please ask!

I’m glad to hear she gave this condo 5 stars and we turned the fridge dial down from 10 to 7,so eggs don’t freeze! The measuring cups are large 2-cup Pyrex and a plastic measuring cup above the coffee maker and don’t fit into the drawer with the spatulas and measuring spoons,There are a little under cabinet lights that you push above the breakfast bar that need batteries changed out if people leave them on constantly and forget to turn them off after their use. Salt and pepper and oil are standard-the other spices vary-that are left by guests in the condo and are not stocked as a standard condo item here in Hawaii . We hope you’ll come to Maui Sunset And if you have special requests I can often move acertain Spice or item from another condo into yours for your stay., sometimes I can take a photo of what is in the fridge or the cabinet so you know what you don’t have to buy before your arrival ,I hope I can make everyone’s stay the best possible experience, and she texted me to ask about the measuring cups or the lighting order the fridge I could have told her where to find those things or ameliorate the issue.
