Le Maui Vista Resort and condo est situé sur deux des meilleures plages. De l'autre côté de la rue se trouvent Charlie Young Beach Park et Kamaole Beach Park I. Cove Park, un endroit idéal pour surfer, est juste au coin de la rue et à distance de marche du complexe de Maui Vista. Le condo est entièrement équipé avec lit queen dans la chambre principale privée, cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse / sécheuse, télévision dans le salon, électronique, fer et planche à repasser, équipement de plage, Internet gratuit, tous les draps fournis dans le condo pour les clients. Great location

The Maui Vista is in a great location, right across from a beach. We could see the ocean from our deck. The grounds are well kept and having a BBQ close by was great for making suppers. The air conditioning was a welcome relief. This condo unit had all the necessities that we needed during our stay.

Location location location

We have stayed at Maui Vista several times over past few years. The location to Charley young beach is unparalleled. We love that it’s so close to all the great restaurants, shave ice and grocery we like. The condo itself is old and I updated, but you can see that in the pictures. The loft with twin beds for my boys and two bathrooms is absolutely amazing! Will come again. Love the pickle ball courts and pools are sweet and small.

Good Place

The location is nice. The condo was not as clean as I had hoped, and I had to do some cleaning. Overall it was a good place to stay. And perhaps book it again in the future. This was my first VRBO booking.

Just across street from Charley Young beach and Kam 1. Had 3 chairs but only 2 were real beach chairs. Not the good tommy bahama beach chairs. Had an umbrella and a large hard walled cooler. New a/c in the main room was great. Queen bed in main room and 2 twins upstairs worked well for our family of 2 adults and a 13 and 17 year old teens

Loved it. Centrally located. Easy to find! Really didn't have communication with property people. One suggestion, parking passes in the condo. Other resorts we've stayed in they have already been in condo. And when u leave early n come in late its hard to get one.

Due to flight delay, arrived 6 hrs late in the dark which wasn't ideal but found the unit easily enough. A mountain of 13 towels was left in the drier (which was stuffed full so it was no wonder they didn't dry quickly). I wanted to watch televised May Day celebration from Bishop Museum on Oahu but instructions for TV operation were not accurate. No help was available from property manager until too late on Monday but I figured out the correct remote use in time myself. The instructions need to be corrected. Comfortable unit in good central location.

Beautiful Maui, beautiful Maui Vista Condo!

Had an expectional time during this trip and this Condo only made the experience that much better. This location is near some of the most beautiful beaches Maui has to offer (C.Young, Kam1, Kam 2, Kam 3, & many more)...all within walking distance! This quiet, well kept complex is nestled in the between two Kihei hot spots that offers great restaurants and shopping just steps away. And if you plan on hitting the golf links in between your dips into the teal blue water of Charly Young Beach, you have that option just a short Uber ride away. Specifically about this well updated gem of a condo at Maui Vista, the recently renovated kitchen was a very pleasant surprise! Gorgeous!! With all of the amenities of home, the condo was clean, had an abundance of air conditioning (we really didn't need it though) and fully furnished with anything one may need to cook and entertain. The bathroom was nice (I'm confused about a previous review - we stayed their after them) and master BR was extremely comfortable. The grounds of the property are so tranquil and the well appointed condo decor only enhanced the stay... This condo is definitely for those who are looking to experience all what West Maui has to offer while staying in a relaxing ambience! The location, property amenities, and condo "a true home away from home" made it difficult to say goodbye to Kihei. We will definitely be returning to Maui Vista in the near future.

Filthy property with rude support

We arrived to a filthy condo. The carpets were filthy. The refrigerator had old food and spills. The bathroom floor was dirty and had a child’s medicine cup sitting on the floor. We had to wash the sink counter and floors. The carpet looked terrible so we vacuumed. We had to dump the canister twice. Then we cleaned the filter in the vacuum and picked up more dirt. It was then that we could finally see vacuum lines in the carpet. The light switches were full of dirt. There are dirty handprints on every doorway. The provided linens were dirty and dingy. The property has not been updated in very long time which we expected, however, we did expect that we would stay in a place that was clean. We had to scrub down everything and the clothswe used came up Black. The fan in the upstairs loft had a layer of dust on it so thick that we couldn’t even use the fan. The overhead fan had to be scrubbed. When we turned on the fan dust just fell around the room.our allergies were really bad. My daughter lost her voice from coughing so much. Don’t stay here. I called the managers and they were so defensive. Kathy called me back to continue telling me I was wrong.

Aloha Traveler, When I received the call today, over 2 weeks after your arrival date about the issues you found, I was shocked. As I explained, you should have called or left a message so we could have come by and inspected your findings or receive any pictures of your issues. You spoke to our after hours service about the electricity outage and wanting light bulbs, as she explained until the electricity came back on, new light bulbs would not help. She also shared with you where the linens were as you could not find them. We are always here to assist in any manner but receiving a call over 2 after your arrival and departure, I was surprised you had issues or concerns, with no call during your stay. As for being defensive, I did not appreciate it when you were speaking about your findings, when I was explaining you should have called and we would have come over, you chose to hang up on me. I then called you back and you hung up on me again, then I called back a 3rd time, which you would not answer. That is VERY Disrespectful when I was assisting you with your concerns, after the fact of your stay. On Island Management

Loft bedroom too hot to stay in

Pros- the unit has everything you need in the kitchen; plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkling gears and children beach toys left by previous tenants. Cons- the loft bedroom was pretty much unusable for us because it was too hot. I have stayed in another unit (different building/location) with the same loft roof structure and it was as hot so I'm learning to avoid this type of rentals from now on. There is one AC in the unit but it seems to be on its last leg. It's a typical window-mount AC unit you see in most rentals in Hawaii and it can only cover the lower living room area. It can't really reach the bedroom on the first floor. Because the same loft roof structure is in this bedroom, it also makes it hotter and harder to cool down, but not as hot as the loft bedroom. The entire place is carpeted... and there was a very musty/stinky smell near the entrance way.. I could faintly smell it in the livingroom area too, but it's worse near the entrance way.

Happy but Sad!!!🙃

Place was outdated, it could use an upgrade on cabinets, painting and bathroom. We were hoping for a place that was newly renovated. Towards the end of our stay we shared the place with a couple of bugs that shouldn’t have been there. I was horrified! Although, it was closer to beaches and eateries which was the only great part! I wouldn’t book at that place again but I will return to Maui!🙃

Property as described

Unit was more than adequate. Not updated but for the most part clean and in good condition. Loft worked well for two teens. As is common it is requested that you leave your shoes outside but the entryway is super narrow and shared with another unit. Once inside the unit there's no good place to leave shoes either. We did our best but didn't want to create a tripping hazard. I neglected to go to the office the first day and when we came out to our car the second morning there was a note from security. Went to the office that afternoon and it was easily resolved. Nice to be able to walk right across the street and down to the beach to view the sunset

Everything you need….

This is the second stay I’ve had at a Maui Vista property. The security, the grounds, the quiet are perfect. The beach accessibility and the walk ability of this property is perfect. I would recommend this property.

We stayed at this property for 4 days and had a really good time. It was clean, spacious and had all the necessary things to make our stay comfortable. Walkable distance to the beach, convenient location to take surf lessons.

Great property! Clean and very beautiful. The condo had plenty of room for us and fully stocked with all the cooking tools and towels/beach towels. There has a little mix up with paradise vacations that didn’t see our reservation but it was quickly resolved. Would recommend to others

Love the location and size of property!

This upper floor room was perfect for what we needed for our stay with 4 adults residing in for 9 nights. The upstairs loft gave us good privacy and the additional fans in the loft were much appreciated with the hot weather we had while on island. The view of the ocean was better than I thought we would have from the lanai. All in all we had a wonderful time in the condo and would rent this space again!

Kihei condo stay

Nice, comfortable unit. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and it was nice that there were a few spices, oil etc left from other guests to make shopping much easier. When there was a minor plumbing problem the property owner was prompt in responding to the problem. There were beach chairs and a cooler which were nice to have. We enjoyed our stay.
