Superbe séjour dans superbe villa

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour entre amis. La villa est autant adaptée aux adultes qu’aux enfants. Propreté irréprochable et grands espaces! Le plongeoir a été très apprécié ainsi que la grande cuisine extérieure et la climatisation dans les chambres. Chiara et Luiggi ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Améliorer la puissance et la taille des frigos des cuisines intérieures et extérieures rendrait le séjour plus que parfait ! Merci encore Chiara et Luigi !!!!!

Belle maison confortable

Maison conforme à la description propriétaire très sympathique à l'écoute avec de bons conseils super piscine un frigidaire un peu plus grand dans la cuisine extérieure serait souhaitable . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 8 adultes. Merci à Chiara et Luigi.

Super schöner Motorrad-Urlaub

Hallo liebe Urlauber. Wir sind am 25.Mai mit der Fähre aus Genua angekommen und nach einer schöne Fahrt in der Villa von Chiara angekommen. Es handelt sich dabei um eine super schöne Anlage mit großem Pool und großem Garten. Alles sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Es gibt genügend Gartenliegen und dank dem großen Garten immer ein stilles und schattiges Plätzchen um sich zurück zu ziehen. Dank der 4 separaten Schlafzimmer mit großen französischen Betten konnten wir 4 Pärchen den Urlaub sehr genießen. Dass es nur 3 Bäder gab war nicht schlimm, da noch eine 4 separate Gäste-Toilette da ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Bettwäsche , Handtücher, alle sehr sauber! Neben dem sehr vielzähligen Geschirr im Haus gibt es ja noch die große Außen- Küche mit Gasgrill und separatem Geschirr und extra Kühlschrank. Der Pool war top-sauber und nachts toll beleuchtet und verfügt sogar über ein Sprungbrett. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie Gott in „Italien“! Der Kontakt war sehr nett und der Mann von Chiara hat uns bei Fragen immer sofort weiter geholfen. Also rundherum ein sehr empfehlenswertes Anwesen und ein sehr netter Kontakt. Nebenbei gesagt ist Sardinien ein Motorrad-Paradies, da es ganz tolle und kurvenreiche Sträßchen mit immer sehr gutem Straßenbelag gibt. Außerhalb des eingezäunten Anwesens ist ein großer Parkplatz. Innen ein Überdachter Stellplatz wo locker die 6 Motorräder und der Auto-Hänger sicher untergestellt waren. Das Anwesen liegt absolut ruhig und ca. 5 Auto-Minuten vom Ortskern mit mehreren guten Supermärkten entfernt. Also absolut empfehlenswert !!!! Wünsche allen Sardinen-Fahrern eine schönen Urlaub. Nach 11 Tagen mussten wir leider wieder nach Hause!

Tolle erholsame Ferien in Arzachena

Nette Begrüssung von Luigi. Wir hatten immer die Aussenküche benützt da immer Sonnenschein. Pool wurde viel benützt war genial. Würden jederzeit wieder dort Ferien buchen.

Wonderful family holidays in Sardinia!

We just spent 12 wonderful days on the stunning island of Sardinia in the Mediterranean Sea! This was our annual family holiday with my family (one little boy), my brother's family (with two teenagers) and our parents. Chiara's amazing Villa Mathilde located in Arzachena is located inland in the northeastern region of Sardinia which allowed us to easily explore this region and the coastline from Olbia to Santa Teresa Gallura within a 15 to 45-minute drive. This coastline offers countless stunning and wonderful spiaggias (beaches) in small creeks, some accessible from nearby parking and some that are more secluded and remote, offering a great walk. The unique, beautiful and scenic Maddalena archipelago is a 20-minute ferry trip from nearby Palau, and offers many more incredible beaches and creeks with pristine water, and the rounded granite boulders in the water and on the edges of sandy beaches... reminded me of Seychelles. The wonderful hills in the region are usually topped with pink granitic boulder formations, and the vegetation is dense and equally beautiful. The region around Arzachena presents seven nuragic archaeological sites that you should definitely visit also. The old town of Arzachena is beautiful and a walk to the Chiesa (Church) di Santa Lucia is definitely worth the detour for its scenic panorama. The Villa Mathilde matched the description on the site. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the common spaces were well equipped and comfortable also. The garden is green and includes many local flower plants and trees, cactuses and succulents. The swimming pool (with salt water) is just amazing - although a bit fresh (understandably) at the end of October. The pool also has a diving board - not safe for children without supervision (but so is the pool). And next to the pool is a fantastic roofed outdoor table and kitchen area with a plancha, fridge, etc. The Villa was really wonderful and very comfortable for our family of nine people, and we had plenty of space! The Villa, the garden, the pool and the entire property were very clean, tidy and well taken care of. Chiara and her husband were very welcoming during our entire stay and were very responsive to our questions. Chiara gave us some great tips for places to visit in Arzachena and the region, and she accommodated all our queries. I thank Chiara for everything and for making our holidays so special, and I would like to recommend this Villa to anyone visiting Sardinia!

Im Haus keine Beanstandungen, Sauberkeit gut, Ausstattung gut, sehr geräumig. Bis auf fehlende Trockentücher und zu kleiner Kaffeemaschine (Filtergröße 1x2) alles ok. Außenbereich sehr schön, großer Pool, hinterm Haus Möglichkeit zum Wäsche hängen. Allerdings war die Außenküche unsauber. Unterschränke verschmutzt, Grill fettig und viele Ameisen in den Unterschränken und auf der Anrichte.

Sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Garten

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Luigi und Chiara waren sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Haus ist auch für 10 Personen gemütlich und komfortabel. Der Außenbereich ist genial! Ein großer Pool, viele Liegeflächen, die Außenküche mit großem Essbereich und der schöne Garten laden zum Entspannen und gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Anke, Axel und Familie

Happy family holiday

Chiara was very welcoming and helpful, and organised a boat trip touring the islands for us which we'll never forget.The property was very spacious and comfortable, and with such fantastic weather we made lots of use of the outdoor kitchen and the lovely big pool. The location of Arzachena was good for touring NE Sardinia, also handy for eating out and supermarkets by car. Great holiday.

Big House

This house big with a beautiful pool and deck. But it is not a single Villa. The caretaker lives under it. Part of the deck area is reserved for him and the workers. It is in the suburban area of the town. We enjoyed the house, the kitchen was bugging and well equipped. It had a coffee maker which most places do not. We were not able to enjoy the outdoor area due to rain. The gardens are lovely.

perfect family villa

the villa is very well appointed, the kitchen is fully equipped, we appreciate the dishwasher a lot! the outdoor area is superb, our kids had a lot of fun. the bedrooms are very large and there is enough space for everybody. supermarkets and shops are nearby. i highly recomend this house for family holidays, it's perfect!! most of all we had a wonderful boat trip in the islands, organized by Chiara with their own boat!! fantastic!!!

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at the house. We were 4 adults and 5 kids. The house is very spacious and well maintained. There is a lot of room in the garden and the pool is just magnificent. It is only a 10/15 mins drive to the various ports and beaches on the costa smeralda. The hosts are very friendly and accomodating. Overall an excellent stay with nothing to complain.

Indimenticabile

abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile! siamo stati così bene che pensiamo di tornare anche l'anno prossimo! Chiara e Pierluigi ci hanno coccolato e consigliato in tutto, le spiagge più belle, i ristoranti migliori, veramente merita!!

La villa è enorme e bellissima! Non manca niente. Il proprietario Luigi e gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.Una piscina enorme aiuta tanto per passare la serata dopo tutto il giorno sotto il sole! Per i bambini c'è tanto spazio per giocare. Un posto bellissimo e assolutamente consigliabile!

What a base for a roving holiday

We decided upon the villa as it was slightly removed from the coast yet accessible for the north coastline. Luigi made us most welcome and was helpful throughout. The villa wanted for nothing really and was extremely spacious with an amazing patio / pool and covered bbq and eating area. I'd highly recommend it.

Big house, HUGE swimming pool in Paradize

We spent one week for a family holiday! It was perfect! Big rooms, bathrooms... The outside kitchen by the pool is just awesome!!! It's where we spent most of our time! The swimmig pool is huge, huge, huge!!! Chiara and her husband are very welcoming!! Thanks a lot, we definitely recommand this place!!!

Tolle Ferien

Wir waren 2 Familien und haben zwei wirklich schöne Ferien in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Speziell Luigi war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Einziges Manko ist, dass das Eine oder Andere im Haus fehlt - so hat es keine Moka-Maschine, keine Weingläser und etwas spärlich Geschirr.
