A quelques minutes de la plage de El Portet se dresse fièrement cette superbe villa sur plusieurs niveaux, offrant des vues spectaculaires sur la mer et sur la vallée de la montagne. La maison a été conçue avec des amis et des réunions de famille à l'esprit, offrant un hébergement très flexible dans 5/6 chambres, toutes avec salle de bains privative. Wifi et la climatisation sont disponibles dans tout l'établissement. La villa est une preuve vivante de la façon dont la tradition et la conception peuvent se fondre en un seul, en créant un espace élégant et détendu. L'atmosphère semble informelle mais le souci du détail est évident partout. La villa est inondé de lumière, avec le soleil toute la journée à venir à travers de multiples portes en verre et de superbes baies vitrées.

En entrant dans les principaux niveaux de vie les clients sont accueillis par un espace ouvert et aéré, qui comprend le salon élégant, la cuisine entièrement équipée et la salle à manger intérieure; cette zone est le point focal de la mise en page de la villa car il permet un accès facile à la grande terrasse de la piscine et cuisine extérieure. Il est idéalement mis en place pour la vie à l'extérieur, avec plusieurs zones chill-out à tous les niveaux. Les clients peuvent décider si elles souhaitent siroter un apéritif sous les pergolas attrayants, détendez-vous sur le canapé est confortable ou nager dans la piscine fabuleuse. Number 22 est un sans vis à vis offrant une intimité totale et la possibilité de se détendre totalement. Emplacement

Moraira est une ville fabuleuse - "Le joyau de la Costa Blanca"; il était un petit village de pêcheurs mais il attire beaucoup de visiteurs chaque année sans jamais se sentir trop de monde, principalement en raison du fait qu'il ya peu d'hôtels.

El Portet est un village de bord de mer calme, un peu plus de 1 kilomètre de Moraira, et à distance de marche de la ville. Il est dans un quartier calme, baie abritée avec une pente douce, plage de sable de bain, idéal pour les enfants.

Il y a une superbe vue sur la plage de Calpe, et à l'intérieur il y a des pins montagnes vêtues. Dans le village de Portet il y a un petit supermarché et quelques bars et restaurants.

Les deux El Portet et Moraira ont une sensation plutôt haut de gamme avec rien à être vu des développements de grande hauteur qui ont cicatrisées grande partie de la Costas en Espagne.

Dreamy place, really top notch.

The house is stunning, the furniture, the beds, the fixtures and fittings, terraces and pool area are all very swish and beautiful. The pool was the warmest I have ever experienced which is a real treat for me. There were lots of towels and sunbeds and beautiful furniture to relax on. Speakers and games and multiple seating areas. Sue was very communicative and helpful and her housekeeper went above and beyond when we arrived later than expected. Really lovely stay near the beautiful town of Moraira.

Villa Veintidos

Beautiful villa but a little tired - in need of some TLC. We had a few issues - showers flooding the bathrooms, aircon in one room not working, a few broken tiles/missing grouting in the bathrooms. The kitchen would benefit from a deep clean. The villa is in a fabulous location - not far from shops, restaurants and bars. If the few issues were sorted then this would be a fabulous villa. In saying that, we would happily come back. Sue (Villa owner) and Fran (house keeper) were very quick to respond and sort things for us quickly.

Stylish villa with a wonderful view

A wonderful villa with excellent design features and practical at the same time for different age groups. 2 seating areas under pergolas were a welcome escape from the heat, and we always ate at the outside table, admiring the views.. The pool was very well used by all, and a welcome cooling down place. El Portet beach was very good for children, but did get crowded so better to arrive earlier. Mary who was in charge of the property was so helpful. We would willingly had stayed longer.

Ferieluksus for storfamilien

Luksuriøs ny feriebolig i vakre omgivelser. Vi var 10 personer med voksne og barn, og alle nøt oppholdet. Barna gledet seg mest i bassenget, de voksne nøt de store terrassene med gode stoler og langbord. Praktisk, komfortabel og svært romslig bolig. 15 -20 minutter å gå ned til stranden i El Portet. Moraira er et flott område som er et godt utgangspunkt for utflukter og fotturer, men bil er nødvendig for å komme rundt omkring og til de beste strendene..

Fantastic!!!!!! Superb location high on a hill with amazing panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, sweeping down towards the beautifully peaceful and uncrowded beach of El Portet. Four beautiful spacious en suite bedrooms and the detached pool room suite provided plenty of room for ten adults. The amazing open plan kitchen/diner/lounge was well fitted out with enough cutlery and crockery for double our number. Made even better by the huge floor- to -ceiling windows offering those stunning views. Great pool and lounging area with bags of shade for those in our group who like the warmth but need plenty of cover for their sensitive skin tones. Excellent and prompt support from Mary & Jade in the local property management team addressed our enquiries qickly and courteously. We had a blast with our friends at this fab property!!! Amazing villa, perfect location

I’d visited El Portet previously and it is such a lovely place, unspoilt by tourism. I knew the villa looked good online but it’s even better in real life. The best place any of us have ever stayed. Perfect for a large family or group. Stunning views. Villa very well equipped, including to cook for a big group, and beautifully appointed. We felt like we were living the high life!

Fantastic villa with amazing views over El Portet

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. The location is great a few hundred metres from El Portet beach with several cafes and restaurants (although with a very steep hill on the way back) and a short driven or c.30 minute walk to the centre of Moraira itself. The villa itself is beautiful with gorgeous design features and finished to an extremely high quality. The villa is really well equipped with plenty of cooking and dining supplies. The views over the bay are fantastic. We found mosquitos quite a problem at the time of our stay (September/October) so remember your repellent! Overall a fantastic holiday and we are already considering a return visit.

a week of luxury

a fantastic villa - spacious modern and very fully equipped. great welcome package of foodie bits on arrival and well stocked kitchen with oils, condiments, and basics for creating lunches & dinners. Huge amount of crockery for 7 of us staying - no need to be washing up every day on holiday. bedrooms and living areas all spotless and well decorated with lovely pictures, sculptures and ornaments - felt very trusted to be with these lovely things. we didn't have a car but walked into Moraira and El Portet for evenings and shopping- 20 minutes and got a taxi back (8 euros). well worth the hour transfer from Alicante

Absolutely stunning property with a commanding view over the local area and 180’ views of the sea.

Luxurious villa which is also casual chic in style and creature comforts. Everything you need is in the villa with plenty of internal and external space for 10+ people. We were a group of 8 professional women and we couldn’t have picked a better villa or location. Outside space is superb - different areas for quiet contemplation or full on partying on the very large terrace with huge table and a dozen or more chairs. It’s an easy walk into Portet and we also walked into Moraira itself a few times. Portet is great for families with several beach side restaurants and cafes, the ubiquitous trendy hotel, a few essential grocery shops and a truly fabulous and very safe beach. There was more than enough crockery, glasses, cutlery, towels, bedding etc etc to keep 8 ladies happy so eating in is a definite must with those views from the two large outside dining / casual dining areas. The views are worth several mentions as that villa benefits from panoramic views out to sea while being very private as it backs onto private land all along the left hand side of the pool (as you look out to sea). The villa isn’t overlooked at all so is incredibly private without being at all isolated. That’s quite a remarkable achievement by the architect and interior/exterior designer. All rooms are large and en suite, most if not all had a private sun bathing terrace and the beds / bedding were very comfortable. We had a double wardrobe dressing area, a private sun terrace, a bath and a separate shower in our downstairs bedroom. Can’t recommend it enough and we will book to come back next year !

Simply Perfect!

A fantastic luxury villa with exceptional views, secure parking and every mod con we could wish for. The villa is a short walk from El Portet beach and an easy stroll to Moraira. We had a great stay and I highly recommend booking this villa.

Stunning Elegance...what's not to love!

Party of 4 May 2017. Upon arrival the scale of the property is breath taking. The sweeping driveway up to the magnificent entrance. When you enter the property the surprises keep on coming. I have never stayed in a rental Villa spec'd to such a high standard. It has absolutely everything you need for a week of sheer luxury. The bedrooms are simply stunning, like a 5* boutique hotel. All ensuite! The living areas, both inside and out, have the most magnificent furniture and decoration. Outside there are so many seating areas you are spoilt for choice, each one giving you a different view / aspect to the local area. We were a party of 4 but even in a larger group you would never feel like you were on top of each other as it's so well appointed. The surrounding area is beautiful. The local shops and beach are a short drive away, you could walk if you didn't mind the hill on the way back, although we were feeling lazy!! The kitchen in the Villa has everything you need if you wanted to stay there all week, and in addition a huge gas bbq. If you did want to venture into town for breakfast, lunch or dinner there are many many options to suit all pockets. I literally can not rate this Villa highly enough, we have already booked to return later this year!

A simply stunning place for a holiday

This is a simply stunning villa, in an amazing location. We stopped at the villa with a number of friends mid May for 8 days and found the villa perfect in every way. Four very good sized bedrooms in the villa and one in the pool house, all decorated to the highest specification. Kitchen, dining room and lounge beautiful and well equipped. Outside is perfect for both sun bathing and there is plenty of room to sit and chill during the day and to have great outside meals and barbeques in the evening. El Portet has some great bars and restaurants and Moraira is walking distance. A great time was had by all and we will be back.

Comfortable luxury, perfect for families

This villa is simply stunning, we spent a week here this summer just gone and we adored it. Our two boys (age 5 and 7), loved every minute of it. They spent every waking hour that we were at the villa playing in the pool. The nearest beach at El Portet is shallow and safe, and we took advantage of the water sports hire available there to take them kayaking which was a great adventure. Morairia itself has plenty of restaurants, all family friendly. The villa itself is perfectly kitted out for families, with all the facilities that you might need - washing machine, outdoor drying, plenty of linen, big barbecue, tv snug with cartoons in english for tired little boys at the end of a busy day .... The indoor and outdoor living space works really well, beds are comfortable beds, bathrooms are spacious. The combination of the fab decor and beautiful views just lend themselves to relaxing and unwinding, long leisurely meals, a glass of rose as the sun goes down. I can't recommend this villa highly enough.

Pool fun by day. Al fresco dinner by night. Bliss.

This place really is special and every bit as as beautiful as the photos show. Light and bright, the views inside and out are spectacular. We spent a very happy week here in August with family friends - 7 adults and 4 children with plenty of space for all. The property is equipped and finished to an exceptional standard, including kitchen and bathrooms. It's an easy space to feel very comfortable and relaxed in. However, our favourite part of the stay was evenings on the terrace - watching the sun go down over sea views, drinks by the pool and then dinner around the outside dining table. Air con meant the baby slept, so we did too. We enjoyed relaxed days on the beach at El Portet and Moraira, but always found an excuse to jump in the pool at the end of the day - the children especially loved this. We're looking forward to our return - absolutely recommended.

Overall fabulous time!

My son and I stayed with friends at the villa in August 2016. We had an incredible time from the moment we arrived. The house is gorgeous, every room is more lovely than the next. We stayed in one of the downstairs rooms, which was like our own little wing of the house, away from everyone else. The owners have thought of everything, from comfortable linens to a well appointed kitchen, with all the necessary items for cooking up some delicious meals. The surrounding towns have all you need, some nice restaurants and fun places to hang out, but we really just wanted to stay at the house, enjoy the pool and relax. This a one-of-a-kind place, don't miss out!!!

Luxury in Moraira

Four days in paradise. What a beautiful house, furnished to the highest standards and offering comfort beyond any other rental property. Huge bedrooms, sumptuously comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The peace and quiet of its hilltop position and the sheer space inside and outside the house make it the perfect retreat when temperatures soar. The temptation is to stay put and enjoy the glorious views of the mountains and the sea. But El Portet and Moraira are but minutes away and both are delightful. This is the kind of property I thought only existed in glossy magazines. Can't recommend highly enough. Will definitely be returning.

The perfect holiday villa

The villa was pristine and immaculate. Not a thing out of place. The villa also combines complete comfort and a feeling of luxury with a laid back / chilled out / holiday vibe. The kitchen is brilliantly stocked and has everything and more that you need. The bedrooms feel like boutique hotel rooms. The outside terrace is stunning with views to the sea and mountains - we did yoga on the deck with a local husband and wife team and it works really well for this. It will probably work just as well for a more energetic crowd with children. There are loads of excellent reasonably priced restaurents / bars / ice cream shops a short car ride away. The weather was lovely for November - in fact unlike most holiday villas I have been to this one worked just as well in the bright sunshine and the doors open in the day, as it did at night when the temperatures dropped and we were indoors. Thoroughly recommended.
