"TERRASSE BELL"

La "Terrasse à Campana" est situé à Panzano in Chianti, à moins d'une heure de Florence et de Sienne. Idéal pour visiter toutes les villes de la Toscane, mais aussi pour un séjour de détente entouré seulement par la paix et la tranquillité. Notre appartement est situé dans la place du village. L'appartement est sur le même étage. La cuisine-salle à manger, grande et lumineuse est équipée avec four, réfrigérateur, congélateur et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner. La chambre principale est grand et lumineux et sa fenêtre donnant sur la terrasse. La deuxième chambre dispose de 3 lits simples. La terrasse est fournie par une table avec des chaises et un parasol, et un grand coin salon pour se détendre en profitant de la belle vue sur les collines du Chianti. L'appartement est équipé de chauffage central pour l'hiver mois accueillent également.
Dans la maison il y a wi-fi, télévision et lave-linge. De la terrasse vous pouvez profiter d'une vue panoramique à couper le souffle.

It was wonderful! The view from the back porch was the highlight of our trip! Carolina was very accommodating. Restaurants right across the street. No stairs! 1st floor apartment!

Wonderful stay in comfortable villa!

We stayed in Carolina’s villa for four nights and it was great. She was great at communicating and helped us with questions and needs. The home was perfect for the four of us with all needed amenities and a nice terrace with views. It was so close to the town square in Panzano we walked everywhere. Took day trips in Tuscany and used the local bus for a day trip to Greve and our return to Florence. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic apartment stay in Panzano

Just returned from a 3 night stay in Panzano. Very well appointed apartment with incredible views of the Conca D’Oro. Clean, with comfortable beds and all of the amenities. A definite “ must return”!

Incredible view from charming apartment

Our host was delightful and so helpful during our stay in Panzano, a charming village in the Chianti area of Tuscany. A spacious two bedroom apartment with nice kitchen and two baths was a perfect companion to the terrace with a "to die for view" of beautiful hills covered with vineyards and groves of olive trees. Located close to other villages in Chianti, restaurants and wine bars were wonderful. Old walled cities are not far away and there are many vineyards to visit. An exceptional place to enjoy a stay in Tuscany!!

This place was perfect! From the beautiful view off the balcony to Carolina’s highest level of hospitality, Panzano was just what we needed to recharge during our tour of Italy. I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to go back! The property and Carolina exceeded our expectations and we’re so grateful!

The apartment in panzano was perfect .

We were two women in our 70s. The apartment was lovely , very clean and well appointed . The patio deck was spacious and well furnished . Views were amazing . Carolina and husband Francesco were extremely helpful and open to our questions . Gave us wonderful suggestions for restaurants and how to maneuver around market day and bicycle jamboree. Apartment was close to square and coffee shops , wine bars and excellent restaurants. Trips to Siena, Pisa, and Florence easy by car . or bus. Greve close by was an added pleasure. I highly recommend a visit to Panzano , and experiencing the comfortable and beautiful hilltop apartment #4

Lovely apartment with a large terrace, overlooking the beautiful tuscan countryside. The apartment is large with all the modern conveniences but decorated in its original style. Carolina is a very attentive and friendly hostess!.. She provided many suggestions of places to eat and things tondo...Hope to stay there again in the future

Wow! What an incredible stay in Panzano!

All modern and wonderful amenities wrapped in old-world charm! Our stay at Terrazza a Campana was fantastic. We arrived early in Panzano and were delighted when Carolina said she’d make arrangements to get us in to drop off our luggage so we could explore quaint and beautiful Panzano. She met us later to give us a rundown of the apartment and shared some “insider knowledge” of the area. Everyone in our party of four agreed that this is somewhere we’d love to return to.

Great Place to Stay for Visting Vineyards

Francesco & Carolina have a beautiful apartment in the heart of Tuscany. Panzano is a lovely place to stay. We visited many Vineyards and had a blast tasting the wine. The Apartment was very clean and the view from the back terrace is AMAZING. Highly Recommended!

Wonderful apartment with a spectacular view.

We love Panzano and this apartment’s location is ideal. It is very large and sleeps 4 or 5 comfortably. It is close to many wineries and our favorite sites are about an hours drive through the beautiful countryside of Tuscany. Our hostess was very kind and stood out in the rain to look for us when we got a little lost finding the place. Free parking is nearby.

Fantastic Location

Beautiful. Such wonderful views

Well, this is a beautiful, charming apartment. Spotless, modern inside a very old and charming building. Carolina and Francesco are perfect hosts. Such attention to detail. We thought the views from the apartment were stunning. We are planning a return visit in 2019. The location could not be better, right in the middle of Panzano a stunning town in Tuscany. There is a great bus service to both Florence and Sienna, also serving many of the surrounding towns and villages. What a wonderful week.

Beautiful location, very caring host

Because of airline delays we were a day late. Caroline kept checking on our progress. She left her child’s birthday to greet us and help us get settled in. That evening she arranged for a driver to take us to wineries the next day. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The view of the countryside from the terrace was terrific. There a number of good restaurants and wine bars just up the street. It was a great little town, just what you picture in the Italian countryside, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Caroline continued to check and make we did not need anything. I would highly recommend this property if you want to spend quality time in the Italian countryside and visit some excellent small wineries.

Fantastic location with incredible views

We spent 2 weeks in this gorgeous apartment in the lovely town of Panzano. The view from the terrace was quite simply breathtaking. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped property. Carolina was friendly and helpful . The small market on Sunday morning was worth a visit as were the local restaurants. We enjoyed the meat from the local famous butcher very much. I can’t rate this property highly enough, it was wonderful and we didn’t want to leave.

Wonderful Panzano Italy

We stayed 21 wonderful days in this apartment and it was not enough!!! Centrally located for great day trips everywhere. The apartment is located just steps to wonderful bars, restaurants, grocery store and cafes. The owner/manager was wonderful and took care of all our needs and questions. The family has totally renovated the apartment and the best views ever from the terrace. Even has great parking behind the location with easy access!!! We re already planning our return trip next year!

Traumhafter Ausblick

Sehr schön Ferienwohnung in einem renovierten historischen Haus mitten in Panzano. Das absolute Highlight ist der traumhafte Ausblick von der üppigen Terrasse auf die sanften (Wein-) Hügel des Chianti. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und zentral gelegen, schattiger Privatparkplatz hinter dem Haus. Die Vermieterin Carolina ist sehr freundlich und hilft in jedem Anliegen weiter. Eine echte Empfehlung im Chianti-Gebiet!
