Great Getaway

Very cute little place and excellent location. Nicely stocked kitchen with a great view. A short walk to the beach.

Great place!

Lovely property, close to the beach. My only complaint was the wall heater in one of the rooms did not work and it was quite cold but the bed was nice and warm!

Great spot near the beach!

My husband and I brought our two kids for a long weekend in Dillon Beach! This was a great spot within a five minute walk down to the beach! The beds were comfortable & the place was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls weekend

Fabulous beach location. Quiet at night. Comfy beds. Great place on the coast for our explorations. Highly recommend visiting the Point Reyes National Seashore.

Cute House, Close To Beach

The house was perfect for a relaxing weekend. Clean, had what we needed. Walking distance to beach. Easy hour(ish) drive to SF, Napa and hiking in the Redwoods.

Very nice, small, beautiful and close to the beach.

I came here with my 4 children and had a great time. Short walk to the beach, the kids didn't even complain walking back after 5 hours of playing in sand and water. The house was perfect for 5. Very nice and very comfortable.

Enjoyable time

Enjoyed the view from both decks n inside home. Cute n cozy. We cooked each night had oven issue, door wouldn't stay closed but we managed n had an awesome weekend. Great location beach was 10 min walk away.

We'll equipped and excellent location

Excellent location with beautiful views and walkable to restaurant, store and beach. Thoughtful items in kitchen and bathroom...things that you might have forgotten to pack like qtips, lotion, etc. The host responded very quickly and clearly. The whole family appreciated the space.

Perfect home for a lovely time at Dillon Beach

This home was the perfect spot for our family to stay during our time at Dillon Beach. Comfortable beds, nice shower, well-equipped kitchen, spacious and conveniently located for a short walk to the beach. And the beach! Dillon Beach was the most fun beach we have ever been to- beautiful dunes the kids loved to run down and play on, dramatic scenery with fog and waves crashing on the rocks, super fun tide pools to hunt for treasures in with starfish, crabs, and mussels- we wished we scheduled more time at Dillon Beach!

Quiet getaway with nature right outside your door

Wild turkeys by the driveway, ocean breezes, and a peaceful neighborhood. We loved this house. Everything was clean. Decor was attractive. Perfection.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

My family and I stayed here for a local basketball tournament. It was beautiful and quiet. I slept so well as the bed was very comfortable and the room was dark. The home is accross the street from an amazing, cozy and delectable restaurant as well, which made it very convenient (not a lot of restaurants close by...). I’d highly recommend this place.

A lovely stay

We had a great experience at the Beach Break house. Everything was as pictured. Beds were comfy and there were beach chairs to take to the beach as well. The only recommendation is to bring or buy key staples (coffee, butter, olive oil. garlic, spices, and foil or plastic bags for picnicking or grilling) but there was a great selection of cookware, dishes, and utencils. We'd stay again!

Nice Dillon Beach Experience

Our overall experience was very good. The property was clean and comfortable. However, the on line photos don't show the wear on the property and furniture. The view of the ocean and beach was limited but we enjoyed it. Being able to walk to the beach was wonderful. The cottage was right on Dillon Beach Road which made traffic noise an issue at times.

Excellent communication!

The location was perfect! We didnt have to drive to the beach or store. The only that didn't work out on this trip was The Dillon Beach Cafe closed at 5pm when the told us 6pm the night before. Obviously not a problem caused by the vacation rental, but don't count on the cafe for dinner.

Nice close getaway

This was was a nice last minute holiday for 2 nights. The location close to the market was very convenient. The rental was as expected. No real complaints. It for a little cold in the evening but space heaters were available and very helpful. this would not be an issue during summer months.

I'll be back!

This location in the hidden gem town at Dillon Beach is amazing! The resort restaurant and general store are across the street and it's just a 5 min walk down the street to the beach. 1 hr to San Francisco or Napa and lots to explore in the nearby towns like Freestone. The house has a well stocked kitchen with newer appliances and is well maintained. I would have loved coat hangers in the bedroom closets to hang clothes, but otherwise the place had everything I needed! Can't wait to come back.
