We had a good experience staying here. The apartment is small but was fine for our short visit with 3 adults and one dog. It is nice and bright, with close places to walk the dog. Mounir was there when we checkd in, and easy to communicate with. The location was fantastic, only a few blocks from one of the major metro lines, so very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. There is a bakery just downstairs and across a small street where we got coffee and croissant for breakfast every morning, and only a block and a half from a grocery store, so everything we needed was very convenient! For the most part the apartment was clean. The kitchen set up is very basic, so if you plan on doing lots of cooking this may not be the spot for you, we had planned to take advantage of fabulous French restaurants, which we did, so this wasn't an issue for us.
Overall, it was a good experience and Mounir is a great host!
We stayed in this apartment in June 2018 with our 3 teens and found this a great launchpad for a fantastic time in Paris. The apartment itself is bright (as advertised) and well equipped. We cooked most of our meals in the apartment. There is a supermarket close-by where we did all our grocery shopping. The dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were all very useful. The apartment is close to the Mitterrand station making both metro (#14) and RER (C) good options. This made travel to and from the CDG airport, Versailles, downtown Paris easy. It is so conveniently located, we were able to spend the morning in museums or attractions, head back to the apartment for lunch and a short nap before heading out again for the PM shift. Mounir was very helpful. Saturday evening we had an issue with the dishwasher and he came out just before midnight to sort it out. We can highly recommend this apartment.
