Villa Chris is an exceptional villa, has all you need for a pampered holiday-exquisitely furnished, spacious rooms, manicured garden and peaceful location.
The large and modern kitchen opens onto a spacious lounge where marble floors and high sloping ceiling keeps the room cool on hot days. There is also a sofa bed, providing a fifth bed in the villa. Sliding glass doors lead out from the living room onto the shaded veranda, from which stunning sea views can be admired.
Guests will find the accommodation of an excellent standard, along with the stone poolside terrace offering excellent views of the sea and the sunset over nearby Akamas national park. Ideal for families and couples wanting a contemporary style holiday home convenient for the beach or exploration further afield.
The villa is equipped with washing machine, TV, CD player, DVD, phone, broadband network, sat TV.

Golf information: Golf Information Golf Information: Paphos is the new jewel in the crown for golfers seeking golf breaks in the warmth of the eastern Mediterranean. It offers golfers challenging world class championship courses, warm hospitality and almost year round sunshine. There are two 18 hole golf courses to choose from. Tsada Golf Club which is just 20 minutes from Paphos town, on an elevated position 550 meters above sea level to ensure cool breezes during the summer months. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,060 meters. The Secret Valley Golf Club is 18 kilometres east of Paphos lying within a scenic valley and offers panoramic views. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,120 meters. The very newest addition is the luxurious Aphrodite Hills it plays to par 70 and with a course length of 6,299 metres.

Another Wonderful Trip

Our second trip to Chriseleni Villas. Once again great service with regular cleaning and changes of linen. We stayed in Villa Elias which is very well maintained and fully equiped. We love the location with views over Latchi and great views of the sunset. We shall certainly return again.

Fantastic stay!!

We had an amazing time at Chriselini Villas. Although we didn’t stay at the villa in the photo that we booked, we were in one of the other villas (Villa Fotis) in the complex of 6 which had everything we could possibly need and was beautiful. The ocean views in the morning were amazing to wake up to. Chris our host was great, quick on communication and friendly and welcoming when we met him in person. We had our villa cleaned and towels and linens changed twice in our 12 day stay, we have never experienced this in a villa before and it was lovely. We were a short walk from the beach and close to the harbour which was great for water sports and restaurants. Polis town also had a great selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. We were close to everything but far enough away to have our own privacy and a peaceful stay. We arrived in the middle of the night and really appreciated the food and drink essentials left for us by Chris. This saved us having to hunt around for breakfast first thing when we didn’t know the area. We loved Chriselini Villas and will definitely be back in the near future.

Peaceful escape

While Villa Cyprus wasn't the one from the pics on the listing, it was still a lovely villa. It's part of a small complex of villas not far from Polis (about 20-25 minutes walk or a few minutes drive). Villa Cyprus is tucked away from the other set of villas making it feel even more secluded. It provided the perfect restful place in which to relax and unwind, while close enough to amenities and sites to wander out if desired. Fantastic views looking out to the sea and Latsi harbour. Villa is well-stocked and maintained and Chris is a great and helpful host. Would happily stay in a Chriseleni villa again.

Fantastic Villa!

An immaculate villa that is maintained to the very highest standards. We are very fussy travellers, usually choosing to stay in 5 star hotels however this accomodation could not have been more perfect! Chris the owner is attentive and professional and the housekeeper keeps everything top notch. The pool was cleaned every day before 8:00am enabling us to have a swim before breakfast and the weather was so fabulous that we often had a dip a midnight too (the pool lights are a great touch!) We were delighted to find the fridge already stocked with water, milk, ham, butter, bread and jam. As we arrived very late on Saturday night we were also pleased to find two cold beers waiting for us too! I would not hesitate to recommend Chris's villas to anyone and hope to return before long myself!

Ein Traum für Familie mit 2 Kindern

Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool und die Aussicht ein Traum. Das Haus ist voll ausgestatt und das Internet/WLAN sehr schnell. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wenige Minuten mit dem Auto oder kl. Supermarkt wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Strand sind es 5 min. über einen Schleichweg zu Fuß. Durch die Aussicht konnten wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen :-) Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Villa Maria

We have been coming to Chriselni Villas for the last 7 years and we look forward to our holiday there all year. The villas are spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. They are in an excellent location for eating out with tavernas just a short stroll away. Lying by the pool you can totall relax as it is so peaceful. We always have a barbecue at least once. Chris has thought of everything to make your holiday special. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else and don't like going home at the end of our holiday.

Terrific Holiday - Great Villa

We have been returning to ChrisEleni villas for some years as they are in our opinion the best. Conveniently situated mid way between Polis and Latsi with a wealth of nearby restaurants and fast food outlets/takeaways. The villa is immaculate and fully furnished even including hairdryer and iron and ironing board and the pool very well maintained. The views are fabulous with wonderful sunsets and views of the Akamas Peninsular. Although this review refers to Villa Chris we have stayed at 2 of the other villas and the standard is equally high. Fully recommended to discerning holidaymakers - thank you Chris for a super holiday and we are already booked to return in the Autumn. Mike, Rosemary & Claire - Suffolk

VILLA CHRIS Highly recommendable!

Dear Chris, My wife and I had two wonderful weeks at your Villa Chrisvery The villa is beautiful, overlooking the coast, quiet, very spacious, well maintained and offers everything for a relaxing poolside holiday. For those (like us) who need to stay in touch with your office: The Villa offers internet access, Chris helps to hook up your laptop. Shops are close by (10-20 minutes walk). We enjoyed to walk to Polis (30 minutes along the beach) where you find excellent restaurants (cheaper and better than those in Latchi). Great service from Chris who helped me when my laptop broke down: He gave me his own laptop! Once again many, many thanks for your help and hospitality, Chris! We will return to Villa CHRIS!
