L'appartement très lumineux est tout l'étage d'un immeuble indépendant avec 10 fenêtres.
3e étage, escalier avec exactement 40 marches pour atteindre notre porte. (Pas d'ascenseur)
Chambre principale avec lit double, cuisine spacieuse, 1 salle de bain bien équipée.
Cuisine bien équipée où vous pourrez cuisiner de vrais repas gastronomiques.
Marché du Rialto à distance de marche où vous pouvez trouver d'excellents fruits frais, légumes, poissons et même La casa del Parmigiano pour votre parmesan original.
Tous les services tels que pharmacie, poste, musées, églises, très proches. Un très bon supermarché CONAD à moins de 15 mètres! Boutiques tendance (sacs en cuir et artisanat local) à proximité de chez vous.
Même le bar de nos voisins à Campo San Polo appelé Ristobar San Polo.
Nous nous occupons personnellement de notre appartement, moi-même Sabina, ma mère Marilina et mon mari Paolo.

What could be better for your first time in Venice than being met at the train station by the owner, who is also a tour guide, and walks you to your apartment all the while telling you about the city you are passing through? What an outstanding property. And Sabina is so nice. She met us at the train station and guided us to her family home. The location was perfect and everything was just so. We can’t say enough about how lovely this apartment & owner are! One never knows how true the photos are but with this one, we were so pleased to find it as shown in photos & in person even better! The apartment was larger than we expected with beautiful decor that fit the feelings of Venice. The apartment was spotless with all we needed for our visit to Venice. The owner’s husband was kind to meet us at the train station & help us navigate the way to the apartment. He shared helpful information as we walked. Sabina met us at the apartment after a through explanation of the working of the items in the flat. We appreciated having coffee ready for our use! We explored each day but relaxed once we returned, to comfortable beds. We are happy with the location as well. Close enough to all the places one wants to visit but in an area that is quieter at the late hours. We left with wonderful memories from this magical city

This was a perfect home. And when I say a home, it feels as though you live there. Its close to the train station and we walked everywhere. Everything about this stay was perfect! We could not have asked for a better host and better accommodations. We had a lovely stay at Sabina’s home! Sabina is an exceptional host. She was helpful and communicative leading up to and during our trip, and she and her husband Paolo met us at the bus station to escort us back to the apartment (which really is perfectly centrally located). Maybe best of all, they’ve put together a guidebook with all the information you could need about the best places to eat and shop, and how to navigate the city and the apartment. I would recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone staying in Venice and I hope we can visit again!

The perfect Venice apartment/host

Do yourself a favor and book this apartment! Communication with Sabina was exceptional and her warm welcome at the train station made our arrival easy and worry-free. The location is a comfortable walk to all of the popular Venice attractions, and a 5 minute walk to a Vaparetto stop, but is in a quieter neighborhood away from the crowds. The space is homey and warm, with plenty of room for our family. Laundry is an added bonus!

Wonderful stay in Venice!

Sabina and Marilina were wonderful hosts! Sabina met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment, while giving us lots of helpful tips about navigating Venice. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and cozy with many wonderful amenities like a full kitchen, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Smaller details like ice cube trays and wash clothes, which you don’t always find in Europe, made our visit even more pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay here in Venice and would recommend it to others!
