Un ancien palais au bord d’un canal à quelques minutes de la Place Saint-Marc.

Caché dans la cour secrète ‘Corte Rubbi’, à la limite entre Castello et San Marco, ce bâtiment autrefois oublié a été transformé comme par magie par des restaurateurs visionnaires et rompus à la décoration intérieure.

Situé à la jonction des canaux San Zulian et Bareteri, très fréquentés par les gondoles, et comprenant 10 appartements de dimensions différentes éblouissants de couleurs, le nouveau Corte Rubbi n’est qu’à quelques pas de plusieurs attraits majeurs de Venise et d’innombrables points de vue fascinants qui sauront enchanter vos yeux !

Facile à trouver (quand on connaît le chemin !) depuis les rues commerçantes de Campo San Bartolomeo et de Salizada San Lio, sur l'une des "îles dans l'île" de Venise entourée de canaux, ces appartements meublés de façon imaginative disposent d'une connexion Wi-Fi et d'une buanderie commune et sont répartis sur 4 étages, tous les étages supérieurs étant accessibles par des escaliers.

Fabulous property. Great location.

Loved it. 2 bedrooms with excellent beds. Large main room with good European style kitchen. Bathroom was delightful, with extra large bath & shower. Our apartment was on the water level and we had gondolas leisurely sliding by outside our windows singing Italian songs! Charming. Hosts communication was superb. They obviously deal with guest with high standards.Great stay.

Location, views and lots of space. This was a perfect base to explore Venice. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Having access to the washing machine and dryer was a huge bonus. We would recommend this apartment to others.i t was perfect for our family of 3 adults..

Convenient and unique location in Venice

We loved seeing the gondolas passing by our window. Spacious with room to relax after a long day of walking around Venice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Wifi worked well. Overall a great place to stay!

our stay in 5514 corte rubbi

Loved the location - quiet and with direct views to a canal on the "gondola route". Centrally situated for short walks to Rialto, St Marks, and all water transport stops. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for our stay. No complaints. We were there in early November and tho the outside temps were getting chilly it was wonderful to return to the warm and cozy apartment. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Perfect spot

The location was great! Easy to get to the best sites but also in a quiet spot. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom nice and large. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we ever get the chance to go back will stay again! Property manager was very helpful and accommodating with every question and request. Wonderful stay!

Great apartment

The apartment is pretty small but worked great for our family. The location was outstanding - just a few minutes walk from Rialto and San Marco. The check-in process was very smooth. The management company booked our water taxi to and from the airport. Someone met us where the taxi dropped us off and even helped us with our luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures don’t do this beautiful apartment justice! It is so cute with a view right on a canal. It was very centrally located, close to Rialto bridge, so everything we wanted to do was walkable. Highly recommend!

Better than the photos!

We loved our stay at this property, where we visited as a family with a baby and toddler. We were close to the Grand Canal, but in a lovely and quiet part of Venice. The kids loved the canal views out of the bedroom windows and could have sat there for hours watching gondolas go by.

A beautiful apartment with bedrooms both looking out onto a canal. We loved every moment of our stay, and appreciated being met at the Rialto boat stop for guidance at check in. Great find!

Great location to vaporetto stops, shops and many of the city's highlights. Nice design insideand view out to canal is amazing! Great assistance from office staff about what to see and do and best places to eat. Maybe a second key would be helpful as my friend and I sometimes did different things each day which meant we had to coordinate to come back at the same time to enter apartment.

Fantastic

Communication from property manager was excellent all the way through a personal meeting for arrival. Pictures don’t do it justice. It is bigger and more attractive than the pictures. New, stylish, and clean. Great location with views of side canal. Some of the early service boats make noise at 6 am on weekdays so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall great. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location

The apartment is beautiful. It is clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The location is fantastic- only a few minutes walk to Rialto Bridge, St. Mark’s and the Accademia Bridge but in a quiet alley off the main squares. There is some noise when people are in the apartment overhead but it did not bother us. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic stay in a 500 year old build with all the mode conveniences.

My son and I rented this amazing property for 2 nights. We were so thrilled when the property manager opened up the door to the apartment seeing the beautiful Terrazzo floors, clean and inviting, the location was perfect and the views from both bedrooms overlooking the canal were great. No musty smell! We had everything that we needed and wanted and even some that we didn’t know we did. The check-in procedure was super easy and really appreciated the Manager meeting us at Renalto water bus stop. The property manager helped to arrange for a cooking class as well as a special Marino glass demonstration. It was absolutely perfect. I would not hesitate to rent this place again and highly recommend it.

Modern suite / Great location

This suite is so cute and has a modern/luxurious feel. It has hotel like linens and a remodeled bathroom. The views from the bedrooms are both on the canal and beautiful. It was easy to get from the train station to the suite and the staff was very communicative and gave us so much information about how to navigate there with the public water taxi. You do have to cross a small bridge if you walk from the taxi boat station which was a bit difficult with our large luggage, but manageable. This property and staff were a 10/10.

An amazing stay!

The view was incredible! Marco was so nice, and I so appreciated being picked up at the water bus area. I appreciated the store help as well. Loved being able to do laundry!, Fridge was perfect! Wonderful wonderful stay! Unfortunately Your apt ruined our other stays because nothing else has hit that standard yet! :) There was gum stuck to the floor in the kitchen and dishes in the dishwasher. That didn’t speak too high of the cleanliness. But, otherwise I thought it was very very very clean. Things to add for bonus points: More than one bath towel per person. Stock fridge with 1-2 bottles of water for long day travelers. One more dryer, or a place to hang clothes to dry. Also, maybe a few paper napkins or a roll of paper towels.

Un excellent séjour à Venise

L’appartement, qui vient juste d’être rénové, est idéalement situé au centre de Venise. Il est bien équipé et meublé avec goût. La salle de bains est très belle, les lits confortables. La vue depuis les chambres sur le canal avec les gondoles qui passent est typique. Il faudrait prévoir un peu plus de verres et couverts (6 pour 4 c’est un peu juste) et un système de fermeture plus rassurant car la porte donne sur la cour et pas mal de touristes s’y aventurent. Une fermeture avec une clé serait préférable

Views on Venice was founded in the late 1990’s when the concept of short term apartment rentals was in its infancy and rarely considered an option by most visitors to the city. As a ‘thirty-something’ Venetian excited by the new business and communication opportunities offered by the internet, I decided to link up with a close childhood friend in creating a partnership which, at the time, was a novelty in Venice.
The idea we had in mind was to approach the traditional management of my family’s apartments from an entirely different angle, while at the same time resisting the attentions of those wanting to transform my family's palazzo into a prestigious hotel.
Our aim was to offer these apartments, as well as those of friends, for rental to an international clientele who’d take pleasure in the comfort, freedom and authenticity of ‘living at home as a Venetian’ rather than merely observing the city from the confines of an anonymous hotel room or suite.
The common denominator then, as now, was to offer ‘something extra’ amidst an already extraordinary city - an added dimension which turns a ‘stay’ into an ‘experience’ and a 'dream' into 'reality'.
