Seven Palms dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant des armoires à cerises, des comptoirs Corian et des appareils en acier inoxydable, dont un micro-ondes et un lave-vaisselle. Les caractéristiques supplémentaires comprennent une laveuse, une sécheuse, une chaleur centrale et une climatisation, des ventilateurs de plafond, des planchers de bois franc, des plafonds voûtés, un jacuzzi et un accès à l'ascenseur sur demande. Sept téléviseurs (câble, un écran plat 52 pouces), deux lecteurs de DVD et wifi sont également fournis. Les chambres à coucher comprennent un roi, trois grands lits et deux lits jumeaux, un canapé-lit double et deux lits de nuit. It was a great experience and we recommend this house! The elevator was a great addition for us. The owner was readily available and timely assisted when needed. We would stay there again!

Wonderful property Close to beach. Clean. Well equipped. Wayne was great to work with. Prompt with replies. If I was to pick anything wrong, it would be the 6th bedroom. It is meant for a child staying with the adults in the master bedroom. No door and must go thru the master to get to it.We worked it out! Overall, would stay there again!

Wedding

Property was ideal for 50 person wedding ceremony and reception in backyard. Parking area great for food truck! House was perfect for wedding party. Master bedroom has adjoining sitting room with queen size bed, making the 6th bedroom. Nice size pool and close to beach. Wayne super accommodating and communicative.

Great Vacation Rental

House was as listed. Very clean with large bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Large pool and easy walk to beach. We very much enjoyed our stay. The house could use a better supply of towels, toilet tissue and thrash bags

Enjoyed our stay!

Rented this house for a golf weekend with family and friends. The house was perfect! It was well maintained and had an open living room/kitchen area that allowed everyone to interact in one spot. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Week at Seven Palms

We loved our stay here! The house was very nice. Location is great, really enjoyed the pool and having the beach so close. Layout of the house worked great for us with teenagers downstairs and adults upstairs. Wayne is probably the best host we've worked with, ensuring we had all info needed and was very responsive to questions via text.

Excellent weekend stay

The house had everything we needed! The house was very clean, kitchen was stocked and the beds were comfortable. The elevator, fenced yard with pool and short walk to the beach was a bonus. I would recommend to others. The owner was a pleasure to work with and made check in simple.

From the moment I booked this property Wayne was super attentive, very detailed, and extremely helpful and flexible with our travel plans. The property was spacious, comfortable, and close to what we needed. I highly recommend booking Seven Palms and we will be back!

Great Location Home

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. Our Host Wayne our was very responsive for all our questions. House is located conveniently just 3 minute walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the house with our friends. Just need updates like Dishwasher is old, and bathroom shower doors needs to be replaced.

I throughly enjoyed the vacation ! House was ver accommodating and welcoming to us , Wayne is a terrific host he was prompt with messages when we had a minor issue and sent his fix it guy promptly . I would definitely recommend him and this home for a future vacation

Beautiful home, great location

If you want the plethora of activity available in Myrtle Beach, but a small town feel, this is the perfect house! We had ample space to spread out. The pool was the most used amentity and lots of yard space for Cornhole. Will definitely be back!

Nice house for big families

Great communication with Wayne & it’s a very nice home for big families. The walk to the beach is short and overall a good location. 20 min from the boardwalk and other activities. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Pool and yard were nice and accommodated yard games and lots of seating.

Location, location, location!

Seven Palms was a perfect choice. Roomy and easy access to the beach. Having a nice pool added to the experience. Also plenty of parking around the property. We rented golf carts also! Wayne, the owner, is extremely responsive to our needs.

Perfect Family Vacation Home.
