Flip Flops à Garden City Beach est proche de nombreuses attractions tout en étant proche de toute l'action à Myrtle Beach. Spacieux 2400 pieds carrés 5 cac. 4. 5 ba. qui a un grand salon qui se connecte avec la salle à manger et la cuisine afin que tout le monde puisse se réunir pour les repas ou simplement se détendre et regarder la télévision sur un grand écran plat LCD. Les chambres ont tous de nouveaux matelas confortables et une nouvelle literie. 3 lits King dans les suites Master, 2 lits Queen, 1 double 3 simples pour dormir 15 personnes. La cuisine a des appareils en acier inoxydable avec des comptoirs en granit et est très bien équipée pour tous vos besoins. De nombreux petits appareils électroménagers (mélangeurs, plaques chauffantes, gaufrier, cafetières et un Keurig, grille-pain, casseroles à rôtir) remplis d'extras pour que vous ne soyez pas sans. Refroidisseur de vin et de boisson supplémentaire pour vos boissons. Nous avons une connexion Wi-Fi sécurisée et un téléphone fixe avec interurbain gratuit. TV / DVD dans chaque chambre.
Flip Flops a des ventilateurs de plafond dans 4 chambres et salon. Luminaires encastrés tous avec gradateurs pour donner une sensation confortable. Salle de lavage a une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur avec fer et planche à repasser. Flip Flops est à 4 maisons de l'accès à la plage au bout de la rue. Vous avez une vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis les balcons avant pour commencer ou terminer votre journée. Vous avez votre propre piscine privée chauffée 9X20 avec douche chaude / froide. La piscine a 7 chaises longues et table de pique-nique et parasol. Grand barbecue au charbon de bois surdimensionné et une autre table de pique-nique pour manger en plein air.

La plage de Garden City est une plage familiale située à seulement 13 km au sud de Myrtle Beach. Les tongs viennent d'être mises sur le marché locatif après avoir été nouvellement décorées et stockées pour répondre à tous vos besoins. C'est à 1-2 minutes à pied de la plage ou vous pouvez louer la voiturette de golf et monter à la plage et à la jetée pour la pêche. Près de Walmart et de nombreuses épiceries, restaurants, golf et centres commerciaux. Marché commun est à seulement 15 minutes. Murrells Inlet a les meilleurs restaurants célèbres pour ses fruits de mer à seulement 15 minutes pour dîner. Il y a de nombreuses attractions nocturnes telles que des spectacles, des comédies musicales, des manèges, des manèges pour enfants, des tyroliennes à proximité.

Great place

Place was beautiful with enough room for everyone! Close walk to the beach and really cute private pool in back yard! Would definitely recommend this place!

Great location

Property is a block from the beach and the host was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this house, the pool was a little small but with being a block from the beach it’s not a problem.

Garden City House close to Beach

We loved the house. Big enough we can spread out some if we need to. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pans and dishes. We only ate out 2 times so it worked good for our family! We stayed here in 2021 and loved it them too!

Great Fall Getaway!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops. The location was perfect, and the house was great. Comfy beds and absolutely everything in the kitchen one could want. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Cathy!!

Spring Break Baseball Tournament

We had a great spring break at the property. There were 3 families staying at the house for a baseball tournament. The house was a great size to accomodate all three families. We were a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to grocery shopping. Even the baseball locations and restaurants were close. Fun week!

Great House / Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops. It's a great house at a great location (a block from the beach; and a very short drive to stores/churches/etc.). Cathy was very responsive through out the entire process and very helpful. Would definitely re-rent this house if we return to the area.

Family Vacation

Flip Flops was a great house for our large family vacation. Each group had their own room/bathroom and the kids loved the bunk room. The balconies were so nice to do some reading and chatting. The pool was great and we used it multiple times per day. The proximity to the beach was perfect. We could easily walk or take a couple golf cart trips to carry our things if needed.

Spring break trip.

We had 2 families stay at the house and there was plenty of room. Any questions that we had were answered by the owner quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only thing I would suggest is to read all the fine print.

AMAZING

Cathy was awesome! She gave us a ton of information and gave her advice on where to go. House is so much nicer than pictures and it is so close to the beach maybe a 2 minute walk. Highly recommend this rental and you won’t regret it! We had the best time!!!

Flip Flops Family Vacation July 8 thru July 15, 2023

We enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops very much. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. My family likes a place to be clean so we very much appreciated that. There was plenty of room for the 9 adults and two children. And the dining/living/kitchen area was very nice and large enough to easily accommodate all of us. The distance to the beach was only a short walk or you could use the golf cart which we did rent and shuttled our beach stuff back and forth. Very good restaurants nearby with great seafood. Enjoyed our vacation very much with all our immediate family and Flip Flops was a very important part of that experience. The pool was very clean and nice. We liked the privacy of our own pool. Hope we can stay at Flip Flops sometime in the future. Also, Cathy was a very kind and gracious host and answered all our questions very promptly. She made our reservation experience very easy. Thank uou Cathy.

Great Location

Upon arrival the house was clean and orderly and very inviting. We had ample space for every family member to move around and we never felt confined or over crowded. The front porch was a great place to sit and have our morning coffee. Road noise was very minimal making it enjoyable to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. The only downside of the porch was a large palm tree blocking the view of the ocean but could be easily rectified with a little tree trimming. The pool is s a nice feature and the grandkids enjoyed it but was unable to stay in very long due to the pool temp being set only at balmy 73 degrees. The pool man said that the owners have to give him permission to turn the heater on. This was my only downfall during our stay at the property. The location also makes for a very easy and leisurely stroll to the beach. Cathy McClure is an outstanding host and a very personable woman ensuring that the house was in order for our arrival. She made you feel comfortable and answered questions promptly. I didn’t feel as “just another” renter making everything relaxing. Thank you Cathy!! We definitely would consider staying again. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOUSE!!! We have not ever had such a horrible experience. The AC went out upstairs on Sunday and they fixed it. It went out again on Monday and wasn't going to be fixed until Friday. Cathy expected us to stay in the house with fans without AC in July. It never got below 80 degrees inside. Fans did nothing to help. She then said she would refund our money. She went back on her word and is not refusing to refund us. If you have already booked here, cancel and book somewhere else. Trust me. You do not want to deal with all the issues in this house. Other issues: 1) The pool area has been very neglected. There are lots of weeds, broken pool chairs, and cracked concrete. 2) There is a pipe draining into the road in front of the house. It created a huge puddle nonstop that smelled like sewer. 3) The beach is dirty and insanely crowded. 4.) Many upstairs outlets did not work. 5.) All lights flickered on and off. This was especially noticeable after we plugged in the fans. The biggest issue that cannot be ignored is no AC. At the beach, in July, with 5 small children. It’s not safe for babies to sleep in those temperatures and doesn’t make for a pleasant vacation. Everyone sleeping on couches and air mattresses when we paid for 5 bedrooms is unacceptable. We had to throw away so much food. We grabbed enough for the week and a lot of it had to go in trash. We paid for a week of golf cart use that we now can’t use. I am flabbergasted that she said she would refund us and then refused. SHe knew Sunday the AC had a leak and was extremely old. Expecting us to stay there with temps over 80 is ridiculous. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great stay at Flip Flops! Cathy was great to work with and was quick to respond to anything we needed. Great location, short walk to the beach and plenty of stores of all kinds within two miles. House was perfect for our family of fifteen. Would definitely stay here again!

Garden City Beach Area

This was a very nice location and house. The house was very nice and lived up to all of the information in the listing. We were able to make the short walk to the beach access or could take the golf cart we rented from the owner. We were fine with our location but if you wanted to be closer to the heart of Myrtle Beach and it's attractions you were about a 30 minute drive depending on traffic. We did drive there a few times but there is also enough food/shopping/and some entertainment within the Garden City area too. Overall a wonderful family vacation.

Great Time at a Great Place

We had a fantastic week. The process from booking to checking in to communication with the owner was great. House was setup very nice, close enough to beach to walk, or use the golf cart. This was the most stocked kitchen of any rental that we have been in. Lots of room inside and out to do things together or on your own. we definitely will be back.

Good time had by all!

I had never used VRBO before and was nervous about it, but Cathy was great to work with and the property was ideal for our family of 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 2 (celebrated her birthday on the beach) to 7 years old. We rented the golf cart, which really added to the convenience, especially for exploring the area. We cooked and ate in most meals—plenty of room! The beverage coolers were a great touch too. Loved the pool! Thanks for a wonderful time!

Wonderful home

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. We felt at home. Plenty of room for everyone. Best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. Beds were so comfortable. So close to the beach we were able to easily run to the house during the day to grab things. Owners were so kind and easy to communicate with. Hope to be back soon.

Garden City Getaway

Nice property that is very close to the beach. The optional golf cart was handy for my wife and the small children to use back and forth to the beach. There was ample room for our party of 7 adults and 2 small children. I had a couple of questions after our arrival and within an hour the nearby caretaker had addressed them. That is a great feature of this property.

We are a family that has been vacationing in Garden City for 20 years. We loved the area and dreamed of buying a beach house in this area. We love the warmer water of the south carolina beaches. We were blessed with the opportunity to buy our own house finally. Now we just hope to share the experience with others

Location! Location!Flip Flops house has a private heated pool and close access to the beach. We have been coming to Garden City for 25 years and love the area. Its near all the fun and activities for the family without the crowd of Myrtle Beach. We love the family feel of Garden City. Garden City is close to all the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer within a 15-20 minute drive.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We are just steps to the beach with access at end of street.
We are very attentive to keeping the house clean and up to date. Having a fresh and clean house for each guest is a priority to us.
We have 3 king beds that have private bathrooms. Very comfortable sleeping. We have put great detail and attention to making your stay a memorable vacation experience.
The kitchen is thoroughly stocked for any guest that plans on cooking.
