these components are often the first to malfunction in refrigerators, especially with frequent use. Please note that we are not responsible if the ice maker is not working during your stay. In most cases, repairing the ice maker would require replacing the entire refrigerator, which isn’t practical.

Elevator Notice

The elevator is only available for guests who booked before June 1st, 2025. Any reservations made after this date will not include elevator access unless an additional fee is paid.

The elevator is not part of the standard amenities. To use it, the booking guest must pay an additional fee of $150 for the entire stay, which will be added after the reservation is made. If no payment is received, the elevator will remain locked.

Residential elevators are complex and sensitive to misuse. Even if the fee is paid, we only guarantee the elevator’s functionality at check-in — we do not cover repairs for damage caused by misuse, heavy lifting, or luggage.
