• Stairs required to access living areas and bedrooms

• Pool is not heated

• Guests should provide their own pool and beach towels

• Please feel free to use the beach gear in the pool room. Please take care of the equipment so the next guest can enjoy it as much as you :)

• BBQ grill is charcoal (guests provide charcoal)

• For our guests' security and safety, there is a Ring security camera located on the stairwell post facing overlooking the driveway, street, and front yard.

• This property is treated for Pest Control on a monthly basis from April to September, and bi-monthly otherwise

• The pool is cleaned twice a week from April to September, and once a week otherwise



🚫 House Rules:

- NO PETS ALLOWED - If you bring an undisclosed pet your reservation will be canceled

- Maximum of 14 guests

- No glass in the pool area

- No parties or events allowed

- The guest who books the property MUST be present during the booking & will be held liable for any damages

- Smoking Inside Is Prohibited: $250 minimum fine for in-home smoke damages. Smoking permitted outside, please maintain a safe distance from the home. Please put out your cigarettes and dispose of them in the outdoor trash bins.

You will receive all of your check-in details - home address, door code, parking, Wi-Fi and more, 1 day prior to your stay
