       DEUX UNITÉS ADJACENTES DISPONIBLES
  Carolina Cottage (chambre à 5 lits, 5, 5 salles de bains) ET Hideaway (2013) (5 chambres, 5, 5 salles de bains) sont de nouvelles unités de maisons de plage adjacentes qui sont imagées en miroir. Ils peuvent être loués ENSEMBLE ou SÉPARÉMENT pour des mariages ou des réunions de famille. Ensemble, ils offrent 10 chambres, 11 salles de bain et peuvent accueillir 28 personnes !!!!
«Carolina Cottage ET Hideaway sont des unités de maison de plage avec le meilleur des deux mondes; un pâté de maisons de l'océan Atlantique en face et situé sur le paisible Garden City Marsh à l'arrière. La propriété est située dans une rue assez calme avec un trafic minimal.

Passez vos matinées à jouer sur la plage et vos après-midi à traîner dans votre piscine privée avec vue sur le marais de marée avec les aigrettes, les balbuzards pêcheurs et les pélicans. Le coucher de soleil sur le marais est à couper le souffle. Si vous êtes prêt pour des événements plus excitants, essayez le CRABBING, le SHRIMPING ou le FLOUNDER FISHING sur le quai (qui sait, vous pouvez en attraper suffisamment pour offrir à votre famille un excellent dîner de fruits de mer!) La vie est belle à Carolina Cottage et Hideaway!

Les deux maisons sont décorées de manière comparable avec un thème de plage coloré. Les SALONS ont un canapé, une causeuse et une grande chaise avec pouf, écran plat 50 ', lecteur Blue-ray et câble. Les CUISINES sont entièrement équipées et les appareils en acier inoxydable. CHAQUE unité a DEUX CHAMBRES PRINCIPALES l'une au rez-de-chaussée et l'autre à l'étage. Les deux ont des lits king, grande salle de bain principale, balcon privé, télévision à écran plat et HD Blue-ray et câble. Quatre autres chambres à l'étage. L'une est la deuxième chambre principale, deux avec lits queen et une avec trois lits jumeaux pour les enfants. Toutes les chambres ont des bains privés, des téléviseurs à écran plat connectés par câble et des terrasses extérieures. Système de jeu Wii Lecteurs DVD Blue Ray disponibles à l'étage. WiFi partout.

Ne ramenez pas à la maison ces vêtements sales, profitez de la laveuse / sécheuse et faites-vous plaisir quand vous rentrez chez vous.

Wonderful interactions with owner. Everything was perfect. Plenty of room for large families. Super close to the beach. Enjoyed the dock on the marsh way more than we thought. There was even some crab traps there and we caught some blue crab!

There were 14 in our family and the house was very comfortable and clean. Outdoor space was great. The pool has a leak and we had to fill it with the garden hose which was not a problem. The only other thing is that the kitchen could use some more dish towels and wash clothes. Great location! Would definitely rent it again.

Great space with private baths for every room

Great house, plenty of space, even an extra half bath outside of the ones allotted for each of the 5 bedrooms. Balconies for each room, plenty of parking and an overall great experience. The owner was super nice and personable, she made the experience so easy and comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

We could not have been more pleased with the house and the location. Fun riding golf carts to most areas we needed or wanted to go. The beach was not crowded at all. Linda and Dennis (owners) were wonderful and answered all our questions promptly. Highly recommend this property!!

Thank you for letting me know about the towels-- I did see that some were mismatched With your suggestion I have purchased new matching towels. Family Fun

We enjoyed our stay very much. Linda was a joy to work with...she quickly responded to our questions and provided solutions to any concerns. The house is very well designed with a bathroom attached to each bedroom...perfect for our 3 generation family. The pool is clean and delightful to use. We also enjoyed the dock and easy beach access.

A great family time together

The house was as described. The location was great. Very nice to have a private pool. Grown kids and grandchildren enjoyed catching crabs off the dock. The dock was very nice, sunsets were beautiful across the marsh. Great space for everyone to have their own private bed and bath. I would recommend this house.

Garden City 2021

Great family time in Garden City. The beach was a short walk. The downtown pier area was not too far. Plenty of restaurants from which to choose. Lots of room at the house. The smaller children enjoyed the pool. The adults enjoyed quiet evenings and a glass of wine while looking out over the marsh.

Amazing Property and Location!

My family has been coming to the area for years and this is our favorite property we stayed! The house is just as shown from the listing. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved being on the marsh and caught some crabs. The beach is so close. we rented golf carts and you can drive around town. Note - the immediate beach by the house didn’t allow tents. If you have a tent go down a few blocks from the hotel and we were able to use ours

This House is Perfect for big families.

The house was nicely equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with. The bedrooms where very nice and clean. 5 bathrooms was awesome! Esp for big groups. Nice pool and lounge area out back and a nice deck for fishing on the marsh! I highly recommend this house! Until next time! Ryan and the crew!

The space was very roomy and quite comfortable. It has the best of both worlds. I particularly love the salt marsh. Which the house is located on. For those who wanted the ocean, you could throw a rock and hit it. Literally one block to get to public access. Perfect.

Perfect Getaway

Our family had planned this multi-generation vacation long before COVID-19 hit. We honestly felt as safe in this home as we did back home. The house was perfect for us, along with our children & grandchildren. The beach was very easy to walk to—even carrying beach chairs, etc. The neighborhood was quiet! What a way for our family to reconnect & recharge our batteries! We couldn’t be more pleased.

WOW. WOW. WOW- this brought tears to my eyes. Families NEED this time to reconnect and re focus on what is really really important. I’m also happy to hear we are doing the right things to help y’all feel comfortable in the house. Nancy and her crew put alot into the new COVID cleaning guidelines. We open all doors and windows for 4 hours to insure clean air is inside for our next guest. They are also using all the cleaning recommendations and products from the CDC. Thank you and hope to see y’all again Stay safe and healthy- this too WILL PASS Linda and Dennis

Great location perfect for a big group!

Check inIt was a bit confusing since we were given the entry code for the wrong unit and were settling in when we quickly had to change to the adjoining unit after getting the correct code from the host. After the first day confusion our accommodations were just as advertised and the host was very communicative. It is fun to be on the marsh with a shortwalk to the beach. They do accept pets but be sure you check with host since anyone who treats their pets as members of the family may want to book a more pet "friendly" location. It is a large roomy house with plenty of room for a large family or group. Nice pool and dock on the marsh.

Thank you for taking time to submit a review for your stay at Carolina Hideaway. Nancy and her team at Beach Bum Cleaners work very hard to make sure your vacation is as enjoyable as possible. For the record you WERE given the correct entry code for Carolina Hideaway (Unit B). You entered and settled into Unit A which was not locked since the cleaners were still in there. The code for Unit B does not work on Unit A. Once the mix up was resolved your group and the five dogs moved over to the correct side but we had to completely reclean Unit A for our other incoming guests. This delayed part of their vacation and incurred additional cleaning costs for us. Our VRBO listing clearly states we welcome dogs provided we are notified up front the type of dogs and how many. We do charge pet fees as cleaning a unit that has had dogs in it for a week takes extra time and incurs extra expense. When you registered you did not disclose you were bringing any dogs much less five of them. Also allowing all the dogs to get into the pool required us to shut down, clean the filters, and call in our pool service company to shock and retest. This too incurred extra costs for us. All in all it worked out. We really appreciate you giving us a five rating. That means a lot to us. Also you guys left the place very clean. Thanks again.

We bought this home because we love the way we are surrounded by water. The beach is in front and the marsh in the back. Hopefully, we will be able to live here one day.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our favorite things to do while we are there, are to walk the dogs on the beach while watching the sun come up over the horizion, stroll to the pier and eat breakfast, go crabbing in the marsh, and watching the sun set over the marsh. BREATHTAKING
