L'Appartement CASA JANCA, situé dans une rue calme du centre ville et de charme VIA DEI FOSSI -intérieur les murs de Lucca- à cÎté du Centre d'art contemporain Lucca, donnant sur un joli ruisseau, il est situé dans un bùtiment datant de 11Úme siÚcle qui était partie d'une forteresse médiévale antique.

L'appartement se trouve au rez-de-chaussée qui le rend idéal pour elderlies et dispose d'une entrée privée. L'appartement est situé dans aquiet zone de la ville surplombant un ruisseau: ceci est un endroit trÚs pittoresque! Dans le bùtiment à cÎté de l'appartement il y a le Lu sur mesure. C.C. UNE. (Lucca Centre d'Art Contemporain) et le célÚbre restaurant à l'intérieur de celui-ci a appelé Imbuto (1 étoile Michelin). Au cours du musée du flux continue et vous pouvez voir la magnifique église de San Francesco avec son marbre blanc romane Façade et de nombreuses fontaines. La Via Fillungo (principale rue commerçante), ainsi que Via Santa Croce et le Amphiteathre sont juste sur le coin.

COMPOSITION:
L'appartement dispose d'un salon spacieux avec un double nouveau canapé confortable lit pour dormir 2 personnes (les clients ont l'utilisation de leur propre salle de bain que la maison a total de 2 salles de bains), une cuisine entiÚrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, grille-pain , bouilloire, machine à café américain et italien et une large sélection d'ustensiles de cuisine), une salle de stockage avec une laverie (lave-linge et sÚche-linge + fer et planche), une chambre double avec un lit king size et une salle de bains.

Chaque chambre est climatisée.

L'appartement est équipé de la climatisation et d'une connexion wifi trÚs fiable fournie par la compagnie nationale de téléphone.

Le séjour minimum est de 4 nuits.

Chauffage d'hiver est facturé pour 6 euros par jour ou selon comsuption pour les locations à long terme.

S'il vous plaßt veuillez noter que pour l'utilisation des vélos, il vous sera demandé de souscrire une lettre de responsabilité

Le propriétaire devra régler un supplément de 50 euros à chaque arrivée à l'arrivée.

Fabulous stay

This is our fifth stay in a Lucca Apartments and Villas property and it was, as always, perfect. The apartment is lovely, well furnished and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. The best part though was the location. Lovely square nearby with great restaurants and bars and still only minutes walk to Fillungo. Looking forward to the next time and our thanks to all the team at LAAV.

Lovely stay in Casa Janca

We had a lovely week stay in the apartment "Casa Janca". Well located, plenty of space for two, very clean, all the facilities one could require. We particularly appreciated having a washing machine, as we were on a month long trip. Communication was very clear and timely, and Manuel who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. A very positive experience all round.

Good spot to enjoy Lucca

We enjoyed our time at this vacation rental. The apartment was in a great location and the air conditioning worked well, which was essential given the heat while we were there in August. The high ceilings make the place feel large. The bikes that come with the apartment were useful to get around the city.

Excellent accommodation in central Lucca

Beautiful, spotless and very spacious accommodation, with 2 shower/toilets. Excellent central location but in a quieter area of Lucca. Manuel was very helpful on 2 particular occasions and we were grateful for his speedy assistance. We would highly recommend this apartment and this company for a stay in Lucca. Nothing I can think of, all excellent.

Spacious one bedroom apartment in good location

The one bedroom apartment is accessed directly from the street using its own entrance. A bright and airy lounge welcomes you with the bedroom and well equipped kitchen directly off. The location is very good being a short ten minute walk to the main tourist areas whilst having good local restaurants and bars in a pleasant square two minutes away.

A really nice stay!

We had a really nice stay for 10 nights as a friend group in Casa Janca. There is alot to visit in Lucca and the surrounding region. If you come by car park at parcheggio mazzini, only 400m from the apartment. The check in went really smoothly with instructions and tips for restaurants and other activities. 100% recommend to book a stay in one of the Apartments of Lucca Apartments and Villas. Everything is like described and as shown on the pictures.

Well situated, well appointed. Beautiful experience in Lucca.

The stay was very very nice, and the apartment had everything one would need for a family stay. The manager, Sonia, was very helpful, and there is a complete local guide to restaurants and attractions at the apartment that will more than keep you busy for over a week. Lucca is amazing and I would easily recommend this property to anyone contemplating staying in Lucca. (Do bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as the apartment is on a road that does see early morning traffic which may wake some.) The stay was great. We hope to return soon to Lucca, and this property, next year.

Very comfortable, beautiful apartment.

This is the most fantastic base from which to explore Lucca. Just a couple of minutes from the beautiful shopping streets of Lucca, it provided us with a quiet sactuary. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The bed was really comfortable and the info left by the host was really thorough and useful. It was a little chilly as the heaters aren't really designed to warm the large rooms but overall we wouldn't hesitate at all about returning. We loved it!

6 weeks in Lucca

we felt very comfortable and considered the apartment our second home we found the location excellent overall we were very happy insect screens on the windows would improve overall amenity. we suffered significant & painful insect bites during our stay, and we could not open the windows for fresh air without letting insects in. providing a picnic or ground blanket would be a great asset - we had several picnics on the wall, and it would have been nice to sit on the grass with a picnic blanket

A perfect stay

The accommodation more than lived up to the photos shown on line. Extremely comfortable especially the bed which in holiday rentals is often a letdown. Plenty of kitchen equipment to prepare meals if you are prepared to stay away from the restaurants. Its position is ideal on a quiet road with the very attractive stream just a few yards away. Even for us as a couple getting on in years and with arthritic problems we were able to explore with ease. Lucca is a magical city and Casa Janca was the icing on the cake. Thank you Wash basin plug does not work, especially needed when shaving. Plastic plants do attract dust and the many knickknacks must be a nightmare for the cleaners.

We loved it!

This was our return trip to Lucca after several years and we remembered this street. My husband actually bought a bag at the leather store on the corner in 2012 and was able to go back and meet the same artisan who originally helped him (and laugh at how much older they both were in the picture!). The apartment is exactly as described. The bed is comfy. While the windows are high, they allow in a ton of light. Two bathrooms were a nice touch. Well stocked kitchen and a perfect place to work remotely (and run out for a gelato between meetings!). Cost saving hint with a car - We parked at the local lot on the first and last night to have luggage access and just walked from the free lot outside of the walls (10-15 min) the rest of the time.

Overall, the apartment was very good. The only concerns that we had are when we checked in the coffee maker was not cleaned. The grinds had to be emptied. The apartment is in a good location. Suggest taking a taxi to/from the train station with luggage. Areas can be rocky and may damage luggage. The water fountain was was outside of the apartment which was great to refill large water bottles. The quality of Lucca water is excellent and safe. The bed was comfortable. WiFi is good. I would stay again. It is hard to maintain the heat so there should be better quality throw blankets , one for each person. We left some supplies there but there is a super market about a 7 minute walk away.

Nice location, well furnished (except for light bulbs!)

Overall the apartment was nice. Location not in the middle of everything but Lucca is a small village so walking around is easy. The apartment itself was clean, well furnished (washer AND dryer!) and comfortable. Two things stand out as negatives though: the induction stove top was incompatible with some of the kitchen items (don't put glass cookware/kettle together with an induction stove!) and over half the lights were burned out in the kitchen and sitting area. Which leads me to the most negative thing about our stay:.. Sonia made a point of telling us how available and responsive she was when we checked in. Sounded nice but completely untrue. I texted her about the lights the very first day we were there and she said she would be over later. No showed. Next day I texted her again and she again said she would be over. No showed again. Then, on the third day, we came back from walking the town to find water puddled around the base of one window. There was no obvious leak from the window (the sill was dry) so I once again texted Sonia to let her know. Her reply (and I kid you not) - SHUT THE WINDOW! Really?? Did she think I was an idiot? I replied It IS closed and she replied the owner would be by the next day. Needless to say we never saw Sonia, the owner, or any light bulbs. So if you don't mind being lied to this is a nice place at a fair price. Just know you will be on your own should anything unusual arise.
