Un appartement panoramique élégant et entièrement rénové avec une vue fabuleuse et une grande terrasse sur le toit situé sur la Piazza San Michele, la Via Fillun-go, la gare et les parkings.

L'emplacement ne pourrait pas être mieux et est un rêve pour les amateurs d'art. Les bâtiments voisins de l'architecture médiévale à l'architecture baroque et les places principales de la ville ne sont qu'à quelques pas!

Parfait pour deux couples, ANNEMARIE est indisponible pour les toits de Lucca.

Canapé en forme de L, tapis sur mesure avec parquet poli, étagères et meubles sur mesure avec télévision murale et foyer au bois, ainsi que plusieurs fenêtres donnant sur les magnifiques tours médiévales de Lucca à la recherche de TORRE GUINIGI. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et équipée d'une large gamme d'ustensiles de cuisine. Une machine à laver et un sèche-linge sont fournis. Les deux salles de bains ont des douches. We loved the location of this place. Close to everything but not in the middle of it all. It was close to bakeries and restaurants. The stairs up to the apartment were definitely worth it and even in the winter we were able to enjoy the rooftop terrace. Having a clothes drier was also a bonus. I would consider it again on our next trip to Lucca.

Beautiful views from this very cozy apartment. Great location close the the train station and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Lucca.

Great Apartment in a great location

The Apartment was perfect! I stayed with my Wife and Parents and the facilities and location were ideal, either for staying in and enjoying an evening on the balcony with some locally sourced food or nipping into the many piazza's that Luca has to offer. Right outside the appartment is a lovely cafe and next door a restuarant, we would highly recommend "nona's". I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Luca, that wants easy access to everything Luca has to offer!

Perfect stay for visiting Lucca

The apartment is very well located to visit Lucca. It is well equipped, restaurants, bakeries and other shopping are within walking distance. Nevertheless, the appartment is quiet. The care by Lucca apartments was very good. I can recommend the appartment. It's just a pity that the induction oven is not suitable for the "moka".

A beautiful apartment in a great location in Lucca. Away from the main square with everything easily accessible and quiet. Many local shops, restaurants, bakeries, wine shops and tavernas in easy walking distance. Lots to see and do. Great info from host. Very helpful fixing the power outage problem following major outage in the area. Always communicative and helpful.

Modern apartment in ancient town

We liked being met in person and Manuel was very gracious carrying my suitcase up the stairs. The balcony was great but it has no shade when it gets very hot. An umbrella for the table would be a welcome addition to the space.

Peaceful location

A beautiful appartement in the historic heart of Lucca. We enjoyed our stay, especially the rooftop terrace and the short ways to restaurants, shops and the attactions of the city. In the flat was a detailed booklet with touristic tips inside and outside the walls - a lot of which we tried and were totally satisfied. The rooms are fully equipped and nicely furnished. The quality of the towels was above normal standards, the whole flat was super clean. All organisational aspects (communication, arrival instructions, check-in etc.) were perfectly managed. The location ist absolutly recommendable and we would book it again for future tuscan Holidays.

This is a classic apartment in the old city with all the charm one would expect but with updated kitchen and bathrooms offering modern amenities. The kitchen is easy to use but would benefit from an update. The terrace is a highlight but without shade is definitely not an option on sunny days. One downside would be the power supply to the unit as we found that the circuit breaker would trip frequently if we tried to use anything more than the A/C. The property manager met us at check-in, showing us the property and responded to our questions in a timely manner.

Lovely Apartment

The location of the apartment is perfect, central for everything but in a quiet street. Everything in the apartment was as described, and when the electricity tripped (our fault), Chiara was quick to respond. The stairs are steep going into the apartment, but you get used to them. The terrace was brilliant for reading it was rather hot when we were there, but in cooler months, it would be lovely to eat outside. Nothing, the apartment and the communication prior, during and afterwards was excellent. We will definitely book with you again and recommend your services to others.

Nice apartment but ….

There are 62 stairs to the apartment not 42 as advertised. The electrics are very flakey 5 trips during our week stay and the power board is outside the apartment down 40 stairs in dark! The balcony is nice especially in the evening but too hot to use in the day with no shade. The second bathroom is down 12 very steep steps so not child or older people friendly. Good facilities and nice decor in the apartment.

Wunderbare Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig mitten in Lucca mit einem prächtigen Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern sehr nett und aufmerksam. Unser Highlight:Das tägliche Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse und das Glas Vino in der netten Bar direkt vor der Haustür.
